Thank you Tom and Johnny what a great wedding day our daughter and husband had. You made the day! Johnny was awesome making sure the schedule worked all was spot on with 3 pickups and drop off. Limo was fabulous! We were relaxed and not concerned the day was perfect. Thank you again!

This was a terrible experience. Our car arrived two hours late for pick up. I was concerned about the lack of communication & accuracy of details on our contract so contacted the owner Tom Mahood 5 hours prior to our pick up to confirm & his response was that we were good to go. When our limo was late I called him to inquire & he scrambled to get us a car. We were two hours late for a concert in Toronto. I have reached out several times & he will not respond to me. No apology nor compensation has been offered. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I wish I had checked the google ratings prior to booking. I also wish I had never held up my end of the contract & paid the balance three weeks prior to our date. I upheld my end of the contract but Tom did not uphold his

Driver was half hour late showing up from when we were supposed to depart. Driver had no idea where to go, even though I clearly laid out weeks in advance with Tom Mahood where pickup and drop off was. He had no GPS and was lost so my wife had to give him her phone on her data for the whole ride to london as he didn't know how to get to Budweiser gardens. Limo was filthy (gum in the cups, empty bottles laying around). Driver didn't know how to turn the a/c or radio on so we were absolutely ROASTING on the hour long drive. Driver was extremely unprofessional (possibly hungover or coming down from something) and when we asked for some form of discount for the terrible service he blamed his managers and told us there's nothing he could do we had to pay in full or find another ride home. Happy birthday to my wife! I should have listened to the bad reviews on here that sound on par with our experience. Did I mention the door didn't open? Our friends wife tried body checking it to open it but it was jammed. So we had to enter/exit into traffic downtown London.
