Ontario Medical Imaging

I don't usually write bad comments. But I concur most of the people what they said in the reviews.the front receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful. Yes, she gave incorrect instructions to me and tried to turn the table saying that I wrote down the wrong instructions. I will never go back to this location. I mentioned it to my family doctor as well. Not worth submitting photos of the place.

They are so unprofessional, the other day I saw there 3 time and they closed for no response, when I asked them what was the reason, the answer was we can close anytime we want, we don’t need reason

Ultra sound/X ray lab - the most unapologetic and pathetic service.
Family Dr says they did not receive report
The lab says they sent.
7+ days and still they haven’t sent report.
