Technician was curt, but professional. Making a phone appointment was smooth, but actually going in there and speaking with the folks at the front desk - ooh boy. They were either having a bad day and taking it out on the people checking in, or just generally unpleasant and snippy.
I was in shock at the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the technologist when I took my mother here for checkup. After the check up, she told me: "I never want to see your mother again because she has a skin problem. " My 68 year old mother has eczema for over 10 years. I explained. She said" whatever you say it is~ Next time, ask some other technician to do it, not me! " My poor mother was very sad after hearing these comments.: (The technician is caucasian and didn't speak english that well. Maybe she hates her job, is in depression, has mental problem, I dont' know. I hope she gets the help she needs before coming back to work so no more people get hurt. Anyways, I should have read these reviews before choosing to come to this one. Be ware!
Staff has terrible attitude it's unbelievable. Took forever to send the results to my doc and when finally they sent, my doc basically said it was taken badly in wrong position and I had to get it re-done, obviously at another place.
I received excellent customer service by Mandy and her colleagues. They were very passionate about having my family getting an early service by helping to provide another location
Fast booking, but accuracy of the report leaves room for improvement. For example, the ultrasound technician wrote "right side" in his report when it should be the left side.
The ultrasound technician who speaking in really bad manner and her attitudes toward patient is feel like we are stupid and she is the best, I will never go back to her at all, also my neck ultrasound result not do it properly andy family doctor nerd me to do it second time.
