I have recently needed to find specialty products which the staff at the Kingston office found for me and went out of their way to get the products to me and when I required urgent support, they were there for me, specifically Pat the store manager. Pat Markland, Retail Store Manager in Kingston has been exceptional in helping me and my husband with Ileostomy Supplies. Stopping there on the way home from the hospital, she set up my husband with everything needed to ensure he would be comfortable with our new reality. My previous chair was too big for me and caused a lot of health problems. I am thrilled with my new Golden Technologies chair and it helps with the pain when in the twilight zone.
