They give false guarantees of providing jobs 100% and charge much more in the sake of job. Kindly donot waste your hard earned money and have your security license and training from any other agency who is really genuine.
And why are you lying that i reached late i reached at job fair at 2 and the timing was 2: 30 on your website and moreover i want to clarify that you told that job fair is not as much important as instead of attending job fair u can go to your shift this is your wording sir.please be real and do not misguide innocent students.

This business will loose customers because of your poor customer service. This comment is for your front staff. Well somebody recommended, I have to say this place has no regard for other people, they are not kind after you pay fee they treat you like you are they own you when they themselves have huge ego problems specially the girl that sits there. Everytime I call, she has zero customer service skills. The owner, if you can not take responsibility, is going to lose business and may be a mentally harassment case. I have read all the reviews. reviews are for a reason.
Treat others how you want to be treated. Ppl give you money for licenses not to handle your staff tantrums. Won't recommended just on the basis how your staff treat others. Not recommend. Poor customer skills, unprofessional, and they look your name up in the system so they can may be harass also. If this keeps happening you won't do anything apart just ignoring this. Somebody will report this company. FYI there is no reply to your comment so I edited my review. You are lying this post isn't a scam. I see the owner is also involved in this and have ego. Your staff is unprofessional and place also.

Absolute Trash! Avoid this place if you can!
I enrolled with Ontario Security Training with high hopes of securing a job as they initially promised. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Not only did I fail to land a job through their services, but when I expressed my dissatisfaction by leaving a review, things took a turn for the worse.
To my shock, they revoked my access to the training portal that I had fully paid for. This meant I was unable to obtain the training certificate I rightfully paid for. When I reached out to resolve this issue, their response was nothing short of unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they resorted to blackmail, insisting that I take down my negative review before they would provide me with the training certificate.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of Ontario Security Training. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative options. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would caution others to avoid them at all costs.

Worst security agency in GTA. I will suggest everyone not to apply security licence from them. I had tranfer money on September 6 but still they are not giving me TCN to apply for security test. I have all proofs of transaction. They are not picking calls and responding to messages.
