Sick kittens in Barrie we adopted sweet fay very sick heart problems and kidney issues they obviously didn’t do health check and fay died 10 days after we adopted her. Don’t adopt from this organization
The team at this location is nothing short of wonderful. Everyone there worked together to deliver a wonderful and positive outcome from a situation that began very negatively. I originally had my concerns about the policies of the organization as a whole but I am glad that I had the opportunity to speak and work with the members of the team at the Barrie location as I learned a great deal about what the actual policies of the SPCA are. Everyone there should feel very proud of the work that they do and a special thank you to Jacqueline who was very happy to answer all of my many questions and display a kindness that was beyond expectation. Thank you from myself and Tucker (stripes)!
We were there today at the Marion Vernon clinic to have our Stella spayed. This is our third dog that has been done by them.they are amazing. Can't wait to get Stella at 3
Making the appointment over the phone definitely felt rushed and left me feeling a little worried. However, once I brought my dog there the staff were amazing and took excellent care of her! No regrets whatsoever. My bernese mountain dog is healing great! If you manage to get a spot, definitely worth it and inexpensive.
Honestly, I know places like the SPCA can get a bad rep for not taking care of animals among other things but let me tell you now.not this place, the amount of care and compassion I see in all the staff and volunteers is beyond anything I've seen at any other animal shelter I've visited. I want to thank everyone at the Barrie location for being so amazing and loving to these poor animals! Keep being awesome!
Was a great experience! They were very organized both dropping off my pet and picking up my pet. Looked after my feline fur baby very well even though she was spicy with them.
