Lela, Filip and the team at Ontario Stone Design were amazing to work with during our recent kitchen renovation. Lela was extremely detailed when it came to the design process. Her knowledge and expertise allowed for a stress-free renovation. OSD turned our builder grade kitchen into the kitchen of our dreams. Had a great experience with Ontario Stone Design! Lela was so friendly and informative. She helped us from the very beginning with picking out a countertop and sink that worked best with our powder room space.

Even after making our selection she kept us informed of the next steps and what we could expect. On the original day of installation we were blessed with a bad storm. Lela was on top of it all ensuring the safety of her team as well as the product. Even though there was a slight delay she was always in contact with me to make sure we weren't worried about anything.

When finally installed, it was beautiful! And fit perfectly! Lela even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the product and that there weren't any issues.

If I could put more than 5 stars I would. We had a great experience from start to finish doing cabinets and a HUGE desk area. Starting with the design process, there was a lot of communication and they worked with us to bring our ideas to life. Lela and Sue were amazing! Then came picking out the final touches and the granite- there were so many choices and they assisted on making sure we could see everything come together. Then the biggest part- installation! All I can say is WOW- Filip and his team were amazing! They were there everyday with a smile on their faces and left everyday with a smile. They also did not leave a mess when they left either which was great! Filip answered every question we had and if he didn't have the answer them he would make sure he got it for us. During this time, there was also constant check ins to ensure we were happy with the progress. This was a huge undertaking for us- time wise and financially but they made us feel calm at every step. The finish result looks ABSOLUTELY amazing and we can't wait to host Christmas Eve in our new kitchen!
