I took the Baby Steps Workshop I with Patty, and it was fabulous. Honestly, I just wanted to get out of the house but it ended up being fun and informational. Every week I got new games and things to try with my little guy, plus she helped set my expectations for what’s in the normal+healthy range for milestones.

I’m looking forward to taking the Baby Steps II class next!

Mira is very thoughtful and clearly super dedicated to her craft. My wife and I felt better educated and more confident after her Newborn 101 class!

Would love to see an extension of that with some more hands on training (ie.tying baby wrap, bath time, diapers etc!)

Have used multiple services at OONA- Pelvic Floor PT, paediatric PT, group exercises prenatal and postpartum among others. Incredible multidisciplinary clinic providing exceptional care throughout the pregnancy journey. Recommended OONA to several friends and family. Will continue to use their services as long as needed!

I only have amazing things to say about West End Mamas. I went for a pelvic floor physio with Dr. Alison. She was caring and helped ensure I was doing my exercises and breathing correctly. Always explaining each step of the process before, during, and after care.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience so far with West End Mamas. Melissa went above and beyond to get my appointments booked as soon as possible and I'm incredibly grateful for that! Olivia created a stress free first experience with a chiropractor making sure everything was well explained and checked in often to confirm how I was doing. And Priyanka is super friendly, very supportive physiotherapy, also created a comfortable environment and helped ensure I was actually doing stretches correctly which my OB didn't. All around I could not have asked for better experiences, I only wish I had found y'all sooner. Thank you for all the support and help during this sensitive time.

I came to Oona for Parent & Baby Yoga and stayed for the atmosphere and friendly service that made me feel welcome and at home. One of the few places in a busy city where you can "come as you are" whether you're preparing for a baby, pregnant or a new mother. I've since tried more of their sevices and would recommend Oona to anyone seeking care, peace and community.

Had my first pelvic floor physio appointment with Nupur at the Toronto location and it was great, I learned a ton and am feeling confident about my healing journey.

We went to West End Mamas for pediatric physiotherapy. I would give our experience 3.5 stars. Kathy is friendly and energetic and my baby had a really good time with her. She is also very supportive of the parent through the process. I found the front staff very kind and helpful as well. In terms of what could be improved, as another reviewer said, Kathy doesn't give you photos or instructions for exercises you can do at home - you hope you remember things well or that they stick. Her preference is you book another appointment if you still need to get the hang of it. This can be prohibitive for people with limited resources and it isn't friendly to people who learn differently. On my last visit, Kathy made reference to my baby having recovered from issues he never had (she said his spine had improved) - I had to press her a few times to explain herself until she finally consulted her notes and corrected herself (he never had a spine issue). I became concerned because I don't want my son treated for a condition he doesn't have due to the provider neglecting to review their notes. So a very friendly experience, and I really liked Kathy, but I'll seek out a different pediatric physiotherapist in the future.

Best pre-natal massage I've had, and this is my 2nd pregnancy. It was so specific to my needs, educational and incredibly relaxing. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and feeling all the aches and pains. Not only were they addressed, but I learned quite a bit about some of these new pains and how I can help address them at home. I strongly recommend West End Mamas. The RMT who I was with is Doug Hayter, he was amazing and I strongly recommend him. I'll definitely be coming back to him. But I've heard everyone at West End Mamas is really awesome, you can't go wrong.

I only have amazing things to say about West End Mamas. I went for a pelvic floor physio with Dr. Alison Hock. She was caring and helped ensure I was doing my exercises and breathing correctly. Always explaining each step of the process before, during, and after care.

I came here for 2 ultrasound treatments for clogged ducts. Honestly the treatments seemed like a waste of time and after I got worse instead of better. When booking they kept changing my appointment which i found annoying and they later apologized (thats why 2 stars instead of 1). The two people i saw gave me conflicting advice. One said one thing another said completely different so i was just more confused than before. The physiotherapist also offered to send me resources and exercises to help me out with my issues, mentioned it a few times actually, i never ended up hearing from her again. Overall very disappointed in my experience here.

West End Mamas was a second home for me during my pregnancy and post. In particular, I always looked forward to seeing Emily for my pelvic floor physio appoints and Andrei for my massages. They aren't just good at what they do, but they are what made the space so welcoming and warm - I always felt so supported throughout my journey.

Didn’t have the best experience. Came here twice once for Acupuncture and then a massage. The front desk wasn’t welcoming what so ever BOTH TIMES (2 different girls). Even tho I had mentioned my insurance when booking the app and they insured me that they accept it, and logged my info at the time of booking the receptionist was gone by the time I finished my treatment So I had to go through the process my self, which was annoying and Alexis said next time mention it to them when you get there.

Second time came for massage, the receptionist was worse than first time! Lol I had to ask her how she was doing! Like she was doing me a favour. Than when I asked about insurance she rushed me and asked to email it to her. Which I did and when came back she said they don’t accept it.

The massage was booked for 45 min, I got a 28 min massage. (Had a timer on my phone)
This also includes taking off my outfit and lying in bed and her getting set up. No massage on my arms or fingers or foot which is most important.
Very disappointed as was hoping this would be a regular spot to go back to.

Highly recommend Emily at West End Mamas! I came here during my pregnancy for pelvic floor physiotherapy and came back for postpartum care as well. Emily is really great to work with! She's very friendly and very knowledgeable. After 4 appointments, I've seen a lot of improvement!

Came here as a first time client for a prenatal massage, Ron my RMT was both knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be coming back for another appointment with him! The only downside to my appointment was the lack of direction or acknowledgement by the front desk staff both on arrival and after my appointment. Since I wasn’t sure of any protocols or procedures I was just left standing around the desk without being acknowledged. An initial warm and welcoming greeting and explanation for a first time client goes a long way.

Posting on my husbands account. I have received postpartum pelvic floor therapy on and off between both of my babies. West End mamas have eased my mind, given me the tools to rehabilitate, and have shown me how to care for my pelvic floor. They are a beacon in some of my darkest times (no, really!). Thank you for always being there for women. I will always recommend West End Mamas to any of my mama friends.

I started seeing Emily for pelvic floor physio when I was ~25 weeks pregnant. We've worked on both strengthening and relaxing, as well as techniques to minimize various pregnancy aches and pains. It's been great seeing Emily every few weeks to stay healthy during pregnancy and to be ready for labour.

I was referred to West End Mamas by my
OB. After delivery of my son I experienced bladder issues. I just started pelvic floor physio here and am impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and support. They have given my hope for getting back to “the old me”. I couldn’t recommend them enough. So happy I reached out for help and got sent to the best.

I've been visiting the West End Mamas Toronto location for about a year now doing acupuncture and recently had a naturopathic appointment as well both in support of fertility. The staff are so kind, caring and knowledgeable and truly make you feel very comfortable and supported. It's a very pleasant environment and the online booking and payment process is also easy and seamless. I would highly recommend their services to anyone going through fertility challenges.

West End Mamas, Bloor and Jane location, was recommended to me by a friend and I was very satisfied with the various services I received. I would highly recommend all the providers I interacted with:
I did some prenatal massage with Doug for my hip pain; he was professional and made me feel at ease, and the massage really helped provide some relief of the pain.
I did acupuncture with Erica, she took the time to explain the process before starting and to explain every step as she went along. I also appreciated that she took the time to review nutrition and my prenatal vitamins to ensure I had sufficient intake of essential nutrients.
Finally, I did post-partum pelvic physio sessions with Emily. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way, she took into account my personal objectives, she would send me email summary of the recommended exercises after each session to help remember, with images and video explanations for the more complex ones. I felt that she was genuinely invested in helping me recover and achieve my objectives.

The waiting area and treatment rooms are nice and clean, the administrative staff were all very helpful to help book follow-up appointments, help with insurance payments and provide general information about the various services.

This is my second time using West End Mamas for my pre and postnatal needs because they are simply amazing at what they do. The staff are extremely knowledgable and caring. For my first pregnancy I did pelvic floor Physio with Amy and she was great. I also did prenatal yoga which I wish I did more of because it really helped with stress management and overall stretching. Now with my second pregnancy I am seeing Nupur for my pelvic floor Physio and she is extremely knowledgable and really takes the time to help explain everything to you. She was also very caring and incorporated a more holistic approach to her treatment which included mental health. I would 10/10 recommend going to the place for all of your pregnancy and postnatal needs! ️

I was reflecting on my time here. I didn't love the parking situation and the walk up the stairs. I did appreciate how clean and relaxing the space was. What I was reflecting on was my pre labour acupuncture appointment, and it prompted me to write this review. It was my first time (and last) ever having acupuncture done. I laid down 37 weeks pregnant and had a bunch of needles inserted into various parts of my body. Not much was explained to in terms of what I should be doing or thinking, nothing about how long it should take, ot what I should expect, not a whole lot of anything really. When the needles were in she gave me a button to push and said if I needed anything to push it and she would come. I laid there confused. After what seemed like a long time, I suddenly I started to get hot, sweaty and nauseous. I pushed that button several times and no one came. I had to get my very pregnant self up off the table to call for her. Perhaps she was with another patient, but she told me she would come if I needed her, and I did. She sauntered in moments later still seemingly oblivious to my calls for help. She barely apologized, didn't ask what had happened or if I was alright. I gathered my stuff, paid and left. Very disappointed. Fortunately, It worked, I had my son not even 20 hours later, but it was a very frightening situation.
I came back a couple of days following my c-section, paid for a band I wasn't shown how to use, come to think of it I paid for a couple things I didn't know how to use and was never properly shown how. I was told to look it up on the website. The butt massager was amazing, they know what they're doing, I just didn't appreciate some of the ways I was dealt with. Eventually I just stopped showing up. It came highly recommend by a friend. I would also reccomend it, but not to everyone.
