Dawson is honest, gave us cautions in our purchase, informative and accommodating. Hoping will still have the same experience with services and maintenance.

We had a great experience buying an RV at Open Roads. The staff were pleasant to deal with especially Dawson Connors the salesperson who helped us choose the right motorhome for our needs.

Day 3 of a beautiful motorhome having 2 days monsoon rain pouring in the back kitchen! Would have jumped the fence to close it to much barbwire. Feel bad for the sucker that has to purchase this unit as new at 150k yikes. How did you not see this driving out the lot to the Canadian tire centre! I’ve been driving by it for days lmao

Our purchase of our RV was pitiful. This is a first for us to get an RV like this. We purchased it in full and were not given the option to understand all the workings of everything so as to have no issues while camping. Rob, our sales person, just wanted the sale. We haggled over the tires being bald. Finally, They changed them to new for safety and greased the bearings. Well, if that was it, I wouldn't complain. We didn't feel right after driving home on a Friday night after picking up our RV. On Monday morning, we took it to another RV place with great reviews for a safety check. Well, we are lucky we didn't go camping like we were scheduled to this week. Far too many issues to count for health & safety, mold, water damage, & mouse dropping. Just to name a few. We paid $20,000 for this RV, and after the safety, it's only worth $3,000. If you are looking to buy an RV, this isn't the place. We will still camp in the future, but after talking to an honest dealer.

Would highly recommend this team. Bob was extraordinary in sales and so was Moses. RV Canada that provides delivery service in Stittsville however.the absolute worse experience ever.and we have owned over a dozen campers and motorhomes. Never even got a sorry for the delay and mix-up from them. In fact we did our own commissioning and check out including installing our own new license plate after more waiting. Seriously! Not a soul in sight!
