Despite Optical Trusts reputation for great deals from personal experience over the years, my recent visit left me with mixed feelings. Usually, the owner is there to provide excellent prices, but this time, he was absent. Unfortunately, I ended up being charged close to $150 more than I would have at other stores for the same model Oakleys I purchased. After calling the next day to ask why such an up charge I was given an odd excuse about using my benefits and they offered me 30$ credit next visit. (In 2 years) or next time my family needs new glasses. I won’t be returning tho. It's a reminder for everyone to watch price tags and consider checking online to ensure fair pricing. I didn’t even look at the price tag knowing they will be covered but to get the best experience make sure the owner is present to get best value considering we usually don’t take the more expensive lenses and walk out with a stock pair

Hamid is a fraud and cheat. He sold me FAKE Gucci prescription glasses and charged me over $500. I already reported him and the store to the authorities. STAY AWAY FROM OPTICAL TRUST.
Hamid should be in prison for scamming people.

Recent experience of buying 2 pairs of frames with prescription glasses was excellent. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I recommend this store for others.

My overall experience was nothing but easy and satisfactory. There was a great variety of frames to choose from and I was able to purchase a pair of prescriptions alongside their friendly staff!

While the staff was friendly the attitude is pretty poor. Won't allow you to take a pic of the model number. Then I was quoted $1150 for Maui Jim prescription sunglasses.

Have been to three other authorized retailers since and the price difference is night-and-day. Ordered the same frame I tried here, with original MJ prescription lenses, for $650.

Older lady who works here is terrible. Asked for a receipt for my purchase and she said no without a prescription. Why would I buy contacts for fun? Clearly I need them to see and don’t carry my prescription with me. WORST customer service I have ever seen.

I love this place! I used to buy my glasses from my optometrist & found my expensive glasses broke & repairs took weeks since they were sent off site. 6 years ago a friend referred me to Optical Trust & I've been back every 2 years with my new prescription. This year I also added my new prescription to frames I bought here 6 years ago so I have an emergency pair. Beautiful high quality frames, excellent pricing, free adjustments/repairs & glasses ready in about 4 days! Repairs done on the spot! The owner, Hamid, always makes me feel welcome and I know I'm getting the best eyeglass service possible. My husband switched to Optical Trust 4 years ago and has been as pleased with his glasses as I am with mine.

Amazing store with amazing help! Needed replacement glasses and they took care of me right away with 0 issues. Staff are beyond friendly and helpful! Also provided direct billing to insurance which also saved me tons of time! Will only be visiting this store from now on for all my glasses needs.

Couldn’t give price over the phone even though I stated that I am in contact with vulnerable people! Horrible attitude! Not even going to visit if I could.
