OPTIMAX Vision

I have been a patient here for years and they are the best in Peterborough. It was really tested when I was in a crunch and needed contact lenses after a manufacture defect in the ones I had purchase months ago. I need my contact lenses for my Halloween costume. I brought my prescription to every place in Peterborough to see if they had a pair and most places were nasty to me. Optimax looked all evening and called me this morning they found a pair for me. They work so hard for their patients and are always so sweet.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful service you provided to my husband and I when we dropped by to order and pick up our glasses, once again!
Each time, from the friendly and genuine 'welcome' when we entered OPTIMAX and until the goodbyes we said, after we were treated like royalty (we really mean it, not kidding), your service was fantastic, dedicated, flawless and admirable. We have not felt this good when we have gone into a store in a long time, and it is the testimony for the special people/staff who are employed in your store at OPTIMAX. Every one of your staff were exceptional in making sure what exactly we wanted, and went above and beyond their call of duty to make sure we were happy with our choices and the cost.
We want to thank you profusely for being so welcoming, kind, professional (but not pushy), happy, peaceful (you did not rush us) and pleasant service. We want to thank Najeeb very much, and want him to know that you have employed wonderfully capable and enthusiastic people in your store and that speaks a lot about your care and dedication to everyone who walks into your OPTIMAX Store in Peterborough.

Fantastic friendly staff, great selection and an easy process! My go to place for glasses!

I was really amazed. No other store in Peterborough was able to do edging for my lens but Optimax did it easily. Great service!

I just want to thank Kawaljit S for helping me a lot. I ordered a frame and lense from Optimax and it came out to be crooked. I tried to wear it for a week but my eyes were straining. I came twice to the shop to fix it. Frist time the staff helped me but they were not able to fix the problem.
Second time I came and met Kawaljit who helped me and replaced my frame with a new one which was not crooked.

I really appreciate the customer service which the store provides

Amazing! My friend recommended me here for frames after her great experience. The staff member who helped me (I believe it was Natelie?) was so nice and helpful; helped with some amazing picks of frames that suited me, made the process very easy, as well as extremely quick! Love my new glasses! Will be going back and would 100% recommend!

I was out of cleaner and came in at 6: 45 the gentleman handed me some cleaner and said not to worry about it when with the $10.00 pricetag!

My husband had dealt with this store on several occasions and because of great service I came here as well. I had a pair of sunglasses that I had actually purchased elsewhere (years ago) that needed a new screw so I figured I would ask them if they could help. Not only did they not charge me but both the women I spoke with were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to purchase a new set of glasses and highly recommend this place! Thank you!

I was a first time shopper for glasses. So I had a lot of questions. Erin was wonderful in how she interacted with me. I would have loved to purchase my glasses at Optimax. But unfortunately I found a better deal for me at another store. Based on experience and environment. I will definitely visit that store again. Thank you Erin:)

I had to have 3 prescriptions filled and knew the total amount would be over my benefit plan. I went to other eyeglass places who denied using 2 of my existing frames. Natalie, the optical assistant said it was doable without hesitation. She also found me a new 3rd pair which I love and negotiated a very affordable final amount for all 3. I was given one hour service for one pair and had all eyeglasses within a week. I will highly recommend Optimax to my family and friends and tell them to definitely ask for Natalie!

Went in very intimidated because I didn't have +$600 to spend on glasses. The sales associate was so nice, helpful, and even helped me pick out the right frames for my face shape. I would recommend everyone to go there for their next set of frames, even if you have a bigger budget; that's how good their customer service is!

Got us all in for our eye exams, put our eye exam cost towards the glasses we bought, worked patiently with our family of five to our pick glasses, and worked so hard to get the best advantage of our benefits/coverage!

Wonderful service.atmosphere.selection.they are very dedicated to good customer service. We have been going here for over 2 yrs now. I've been wearing reading glasses for about 5 yrs and this is the first place to get my prescription right! My other glasses always seemed a little off. I highly recommend this business!

Replaced my broken sunglasses lenses, even though it’s a discontinued model (impossible to find anywhere). They explained me that it would not be possible to obtain the replacements from Ray Ban (which I already knew since I’ve been exchanging emails with those guys for weeks), but somehow the girl who helped me managed to find ones that perfectly fitted the frame. I was helped by 2 different girls the 2 times I was there and they both did everything in their hands to see a happy customer leave their store. Now that’s what I call customer service.
