Always a very pleasant visit to the office. Dr. McAlear is wonderful with my daughters. They always look forward to their appointments.

Been going here for a couple of years now, the staff are always very friendly. They are fast and efficient and keep on-time almost all the time. It's the way optometry should be. My Optometrist Dr. McAlear is really great to deal with, me and my spouse really appreciate his personable approach. He's never rushed and takes the time to explain everything to you. Really can't say enough good things about this place! Thanks guys.

I've been coming to see Dr De Rubeis for years. He is an amazing eye doctor he's very compassionate who takes his time to explain things no matter how busy he is. The staff he has are amazing people always going out of there way to help with any questions, to giving honest opinions on how glasses look on you! If you are looking for a eye doctor look no further they are the best around!

I always have such a great experience when visiting. The front desk is always very friendly and the facility is top notch. Dr. Jeff McAlear is very knowledgeable and thorough in his exams. When I was dealing with eye emergencies in the past he was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

After an eye injury this is the only place I trust with my eye care, they can fit you in, if it's an emergency.

Had to order replacement frames for safety glasses was told $59 and one week to get them delivered. I get a call 12 days later and told the price is now $79. I informed them i wouldnt have paid that so they offer $10 off. I couldnt believe it. Made me wait an additional 5 days for the wrong price then insult me over $10? Train your staff better on pricing and honour your word. My advice is get a quote in writing or an email sent. Lesson learnt.

I was referred to the Optometry Clinic of Stoney Creek by a close friend and finally decided to make an appointment. Upon first impressions, the lady at the door was very polite, offered me some hand sanitizer and asked me a few questions that were covid related. I thought it was lovely to see them following protocols and doing their part to ensure everyone's safety. Once I was inside, the receptionist was very friendly and got my account all set up. I did not have to wait long before I was called in to do my eye exam, which was done on time. This was convenient for me as I had to go back to work and did not want to be waiting there too long. I had the pleasure of meeting with Felicia for the first time, and she was very professional and answered all of my questions. Overall, she was very friendly and even offered me some great advice! Also, I wanted to say that the lady who cashed me out had taken time out of her day to help me choose the right glasses for me, which I appreciated dearly. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

IMO the best optometrist around. Staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. Dr De Rubeis is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions that you may have. Give him a shot, you will not be disappointed.

I had an appointment in June 2020. I felt so comfortable because this office was so clean and has many protocols in place to protect from COVID-19. I never felt that I was at any risk at all. Dr. Felicia De Rubeis was very patient and informative, she explained things to me in detail so I could understand. The staff helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses.

First time here, I came in to see Dr. George De Rubeis for what turned out to be a scratched cornea. End to end a fantastic experience, from the front desk staff finding me a quick appt to leaving with a prescription and dark plastic shades to protect my dilated pupils. George was both professional and friendly and didn't rush anything. Coming back for my next eye test even though it's less convenient than where I've gone before.

Absolutely amazing staff and doctors are just as good. For someone who got their first pair of glasses recently, they made the process easy and fast. When I had complaints about the fit the staff easily fixed them on the spot. Couldn't recommend them more.

Dr. Felicia DeRubeis is amazing. She makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing advice on anything to do with vision. They have a fantastic selection of eyewear and the staff is wonderful. Not your normal eye doctor.they have a way of treating you like special guests.

Arrive on a Saturday at 11AM after driving 25 km to get here only to see a sign that they're closed for the holiday. Not impressed.

Dr. George De Rubeis is friendly and answers all of your questions. Deb takes care of all of your glasses needs.

Display of glasses are easy to navigate and there's mirrors everywhere to get a good look. Waiting room is a fair size and has educational videos playing and toys to keep the younger ones occupied. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. I always feel at home here. The one doctor I'm never afraid to visit!
