Orange PC Computer Sales and Services

My son's computer stopped working and he needed it for school quickly. We found Kal and orange PC computers online with a high rating. So we thought we'd give him a try. I brought the laptop in about an hour before close. I was there for about 10 minutes and he solved the problem. What a great deal. What a competent repair technician.
Thanks for saving me a ton of stress and money.
We'll be back.

Orange PC has been around for over 30 years. I remember getting my second computer from Kal. I recently was having issues with my 2 years old desktop and to my surprise Kal was still working. 15 years later I walk in and Kal hasn’t changed a bit. He is very respectful, listens and provides advice. In my situation he exhausted all avenues to fix the pc. After a few phone calls the motherboard and power supply had to be replaced. He was able to save some components from the old pc keeping the price down. His price was very reasonable and on top of all that, the pc was fixed in 3hrs. Just incredible service. It’s difficult now a days to find someone that is honest and provides great service. Like all the other reviews go see Kal. I will continue to see him for all my pc needs. Kal again goes over and beyond. Making time during the holidays to make sure my computer is running smoothly.

I had a custom gaming pc made here 10 years ago (2013). It was worked flawlessly in all that time but it's time to update. Highly recommended!

I was having issues with my old Dell XPS & decided to take it to Kal after reading a few reviews. I knew his storefront had been in the same location on Howard for quite a while and assumed he was still there for a good reason.
I have several peripherals which I really did not want to see become obsolete.
He pinpointed the problem with the pc, and suggested a replacement, as the motherboard and hard drive were showing signs of imminent failure.
He migrated all the components he could from from my old PC to a used Precision T1700 Workstation.
In all fairness, the transition did not go exactly as planned.
I made a number of trips back to Kal for problem-solving. Never once did he hesitate to stop what he was doing to help get the new machine up and running.
In the end, Kal did what he needed to do, to leave me with a working desktop.
I admire him for his work ethic, his honesty and his determination to make sure I was happy.
I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is a fair, hardworking and honest businessman.
I just wish there were more like him.

Went here to upgrade my computer a few weeks ago. Has very fair pricing and is really good with his work and is very informative when talking about what works with what and what's needed. Would return back in the future to have him make anymore upgrades.

Absolute best place to bring your pc or Mac for repair. Kal is a miracle worker. We thought my daughters Mac was done and only brought it in to confirm and see if we salvage anything. Kal immediately opened it up and diagnosed it for us and quickly gave us a quick estimate of cost and a time line. He was honest, straight forward and very knowledgeable. He told us what to expect- and then literally a couple hours later completely exceeded expectations. He fixed it completely and for a very reasonable price. We have been there in the past for my sons gaming laptop and my old
Laptop and every single time we have recieved absolutely the BEST service possible. I recommend Orange PC to everyone as the best place in Windsor for repair and parts for PC or Mac.

A debacle, in the end got my refund from having a second opinion ty oc outfitters for printing it black n white, I knew it wasn't my laptop.

Brought a new gaming pc I purchased locally and was not working. On a Saturday morning he had it fixed in no time at all working super smooth now at a low charge. Very professional work. Would recommend to anyone.

Went in to get my laptop fixed, he knew immediately what was the problem, and recommended a few options to go with. The guy was very honest and straight to the point, and I truly appreciate it. I would really recommend going to Orange PC for any issues. Am going back there if I ever need an experienced repair guy.
