I had a great experience with this taxi service! The driver was really friendly and arrived right on time. The car was clean and comfortable. Overall, excellent service—I highly recommend this taxi company!

I was picked up by a driver whom had a passenger in the front seat.
They had no meter, no taxi licence, no taxi number.
When I reached my destination, the driver and the passenger quickly made up a price in there head for what I owed them, after I asked what the total was.
I was informed the driver for this company is driving illegally as he is not licensed as a taxi driver.

Called at 3am on a Tuesday and they came right away no delay. Very reasonable price. I called all the local cabs and Orangeville Mono Taxi was the only one who answered.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DRIVER REFUSED TO TAKE ME TO THE TOWN I ASKED AND DROVE ME IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, THEN EVENTUALLY LEFT ME AT A GAS STATION MULTIPLE TOWNS FURTHER FROM MY DESTINATION THAN WHERE I STARTED.
