My experience with Lucas and the team at Orangeville Nissan was nothing less than exceptional. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to expedite my wishes for a vehicle in a timely manner. I was able to purchase a vehicle that my wife and I were comfortable with. Several months later I was experiencing some issues and there was no hesitation to take it back to Orangeville Nissan For repair. Overall excellent customer service and I would recommend Orangeville Nissan to others.

I wholeheartedly recommend the services of Orangeville Nissan and especially Lucas Kitazaki-Hall and Edison Wong. Lucas helped me find exactly the car we were looking for. When some impossible to predict difficulties arose after the sale, he and Edison Wong were prompt to address the issue and make things right. You are in good hands at Orangeville Nissan.

Once again just completed a lease for a 2023 Murano and dealt with a wonderful salesperson named Brienna Boddaert. A complete professional who is witty, knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of humour. A pleasure to deal with her and everyone else at this location.

My wife and I just completed the purchase of a car from Orangeville Nissan and were overcome by the positive experience.
To a person, starting with Brienna the Sales Consultant, Shari the Financial Services Mngr and Jay the General Sales Mngr, they redefined the car purchase process.
They were all helpful, courteous and professional and went out of their way to answer any concerns that we both had.
They have reset our standards of Customer Service and are now the paradigm by which we measure everybody else in this regard.
If you search for a definition of "customer centric", you should see a photo of all the persons listed above.
Couldn't have been happier and more satisfied with what used to be an unpleasant experience.
Congrats Orangeville Nissan, you crushed it!

I went into Nissan Orangeville in January 2023 to buy out my lease at that time I had to get a safety done to transfer the car over into my name. At that point I was giving a list of items that had to be fixed which I was ok with fixing. Andrea one of the advisor came to me and said everything was ok. At that time she told me my shutter grill was damaged and asked if I wanted to have it fixed. I asked Andrea if the shutter grill was my front bumper she replied "yes" Since it wasn't mandatory I said no, not to fix it at this time. In February 2023 I decided to have it repaired again me thinking it was my front bumper because that's the only damaged that was visible on my car. While waiting for this part to come in I spoke with Andrea and Stephanie several times to get updates on when I should expect the part to come in and each time I asked when my "bumper" was expected to come in. Each time no one corrected me or said its not my bumper that was being replaced. I got a message last week that the part was in to fix my car. I got my car fixed yesterday June 7th. When I went to pick up my car I saw that it was still damaged. I then asked Stephanie another advisor want was fixed on my car.she said the shutter grill. At this point I was confused because I also had a conversation with Stephanie who also told me the shutter grill was indeed my front bumper. I was never told something behind my bumper was damaged and I didn't know they took my bumper off. At that point I asked to speak with there manager I got Jerod who was not helpful at all. He just told me they do not do body work at there location which was weird to me because there the ones who removed my bumper and saw something behind it was damaged. I am not happy with there service and the way I was treated and mislead to believe my front bumper was going to be repaired. After paying $850 I still have a damaged bumper. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION there service advisors need to be re trained and know what parts are called when they are quoting their customers and getting them to buy parts to repair there cars

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle for my father in 2021 from a young gentleman & have had nothing but issues ever since - have had to spend 4,000+ in repairs recently.
Feel as if they did JUST enough for the Safety inspection to pass & get the vehicle off their lot.

By far the best car buying experience for my wife and I (we love cars - owned over 10 cars in the past 13 years). Ryan and Nes went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Quite rare to experience this level of customer service at this day and age, in any service industry. 10/10!

Absolutely amazing experience buying my first car here! JOSH was phenomenal and such a great help with absolutely everything. He made me feel so confident and excited about my decision. His team always welcomed me with open arms, big smiles and lots of laughs but still kept it professional and made me feel secure. NES was also amazing, he gave me so much knowledge about cars and kept it real with me since this was my first time ever buying a car and driving alone. I appreciate it so much when people like JOSH and NES can do more than just sell cars, they teach you and provide a fun environment and overall an amazing friendly experience. I will be returning to Orangeville Nissan for ALL my car needs thank you guys!

This dealership was beyond amazing to deal with. Very efficient, organized and pleasant. Lucas and Lindsay were so great and really helpful in assisting me with buying a vehicle. I just picked up our families 2nd Nissan this year. Adam was our sales rep, highly recommend to anyone looking for great and professional service.
Orangeville Nissan has a warm atmosphere and there was no pressure. Lindsay and NES have been excellent and have made it easy transactions for us.

Was greeted even though they were busy. Throughout my appointment was kept up to date with how long it was going to be and what they were doing. Surprised by the washed car at the end, something other dealerships don't do. Besides spending a ton of money it was a great service.
