Nicest doctor I've dealt with. Professional, yet takes the time to explain in layman's terms all the medical vocabulary, make you understand why you should do this or that and what consequences will be.
Their whole team is paying so much attention to your needs, questions.

A great experience from start to finish! Dr. Patafio gave both me and my husband the most thorough exam and analysis that we've ever had. We're still marveling at how well we can see (lol). Can't recommend the team at OOC enough!

It was a great experience, from the initial call to book an appointment to the thorough eye exam with Dr. Silva. He took the time to explain the findings and also helped with the challenges I was having. Definitely recommend Orangeville Optometric Centre!

Best optometrist around by far! My children were seen by both Dr Wong and Dr Steel and they were AMAZING. Very informative, very friendly and ultimately amazing with all three of my kids. Even going out of their way to help my 11 find her frames. To the amazing lady who sat in the floor and helped her go through a million frames, bless your heart you made her day! I brought my 2 year old daughter in today (August 17th, 2023) for some vision concerns to include squinting. It was a very good experience from the greeting of both Receptionists at check-in. I had an appointment and did not have to wait long, the environs were clean and simply decorated with pictures of the human eye, and Dr. Catrina, who did a thorough exam of my child's eyes was very calm, gentle, and lovely! She answered all my questions and provided reassurance where necessary. My 2 year old sat on my lap the whole time and she and I felt comfortable in the office. Dr.listened carefully to my concerns, cleaned her hands before touching my child's face, and did not rush through the eye exam procedures. At the end, the Receptionist gave my daughter a Moana sticker that made her smile so much and she kept it all day! Thank you very much Orangeville Optometry! My family and I will be back for any eye care concerns!

I have to say my experience with these folks was extraordinarily positive starting with the staff that got back to me very quickly to book my appointment. The day of my appointment I found every single person I interacted with in the office to be professional, knowledgable, and well trained in customer relations - right down to the lovely young “summer student” and the new young lady doing the initial tests. AND I can’t say enough about Dr. Wong - WOW - explained everything so clearly. Walked away feeling so secure in the hands of these folks.

The staff at Orangeville Optometric Centre are always friendly and pleasant to deal with. I went to the optical dept to look at getting a pair of glasses as mine were scratched. I was told my lenses were under warranty and I was entitled to new replacement lenses at no cost.
Fast forward 5 months. My old frames break. They were able to find me a new frame that with a minor reshaping, they were able to fit my old lenses into the new frames.
Dr. Patafio is very methodical and completes a very detailed examination and explains my eye care in great detail, without making it complicated and difficult to understand.
I feel extremely comfortable trusting my vision with Orangeville Optometric Center.

I couldn't recommend this place more. So professional, so helpful, and such a great team of professionals. We've always gone to Dr. Costanzo for our eye exams but recently had to go to them for an urgent concern regarding my son's eyesight and Laura made it her mission to get him in as soon as possible, even with a fully booked schedule on her hands. I'm so grateful for their efforts and their kindness and I would recommend them to everyone!

Extremely professional. Dr. LeBlanc and his team have been looking after our family's eye care needs for 20 years. My only concern is that the Optometric centre does not offer a seniors discount. They should! Our seniors need any financial assistance they can get.

I cannot speak more highly of the Orangeville Optometric Centre. Dr. LeBlanc is amazing: so kind, willing to take the time to explain things fully, always a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians to the eyeglass department: top notch!

Dr. LeBlanc goes so far and above that it's hard to believe. He explains everything clearly on every visit, he's great with my kids, I'd never see anyone else. The staff are always friendly, and there's a great selection of Eyewear readily available in a huge showroom.
