The receptionists are the RUDEST people I’ve ever met. They have no compassion, no empathy, and absolutely NO manners. If it wasn’t for the incredibly nice pharmacists I would’ve given this walk-in 0 stars.
Didn’t get a chance to see any doctors for my strep throat… it takes 5 minutes for the test and 1 for the prescription, and they would not let me see him. (This is strictly walk ins only, and there were only 3 patients in the waiting room. I got there at 4: 30 and they close at 6: 30… and they couldn’t fit me in?)
Extremely disappointed in my visit.

Took my toddler in for ear pain. In and out within 1.5hrs including the prescription fill.

This clinic is incredible at what they do. I am so impressed with the bedside manner of the doctor here. When I went a few days ago with complications after my surgery, he actually listened to my symptoms and history and was very thorough in his assessment and understanding of my condition and medications. (I know he had just come from another patient’s room where the young child was having a really hard time and was scared and very upset. When the doctor came in he wasn’t frazzled at all and completely calm and professional. I don’t think that’s an easy thing to do.)

I know a lot of reviews have commented on the receptionist, but I thought she was great and just focused on doing her job. I have come across a lot of front desk people who are far more intense and rude than she was.

Such a great clinic doing a wonderful job and helping people when they need it! I won’t be going anywhere else in the future after this recent experience. Thank you to the team here!

Visited the walk-in clinic today and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was attentive and efficient, ensuring a minimal wait time. The doctor provided clear explanations and was genuinely caring. A great option for those in need of immediate medical attention. Highly recommend!

I called yesterday morning in regards to my 17 month old daughter who was sick to ask if I could come in. The receptionist was so freakin rude. She put me on hold at first which of course was fine, but when she picked up the phone after she answers with “yeah”. I honestly wanted to call her out because as a mom with a sick child I’m already overwhelmed and her attitude was disgusting. The whole phone call she spoke to me like she was annoyed, like if you don’t like your job why are you there? From someone whose job use to be answering calls on a daily and booking appointments I never ever spoke to my customers that way. You are dealing with patients you don’t know what they might be going through. No one is asking you to be all peachy and happy. But at least treat people with mutual respect, you don’t need to have a stink attitude. And I am not one to ever leave reviews, but this lady was ridiculously rude and this is not the only review about her clearly others have had this issue. Get your receptionists to take some classes in learning how to speak with people.

Great experience at this location.
It is a walk in clinic. You will have to wait depending on the number of people that have shown up.
I waited almost 2 hours with my 2.5 year old but it was ALOT shorter than a hospital.
The doctor was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say and was very thorough looking after my son.
I was very happy with the service I had.
I feel a lot of compassion and understanding needs to be given to these doctors. If you aren’t close to dying (which you probably aren’t if you’re not at the hospital), there should be no complaints about waiting times. Would you be happier if the doctor rushed you through in minutes on your turn or listened and gave you proper care? You’re waiting in order for everyone to get good care.

In my opinion, this clinic should be rated based on the quality of the medical care that you receive. For us, this was excellent. We had previously sought medical assessment for our son who had been vomiting and in significant pain at Groves Hospital. Although they took it seriously, their assessment was not fulsome and it revealed nothing. We went to this clinic 5 days later and saw Dr. Awad, who also took the concerns seriously and sent us to Headwaters for ultrasound and a comprehensive assessment, calling ahead to let them know that we were coming. This revealed a life-threatening condition and currently we are at Sick Kids. We are very grateful for the quality of the medical assessment and follow-up provided at this clinic.

Worst walk in clinic in Orangeville, Nobody wants to do there job properly. The staff are inpolite and unwilling to help you

Love the doctor but the receptionist is a cranky and rude. If you do not like people then please do not be in customer service. Receptionist is the first point of contact and having a negative experience right off the bat should not be allowed, patients are coming in for help and could possibly be already feeling nervous anxious etc. Either talk to the receptionist or find a new one. Plenty of people who need jobs and

Secondly I know walk in clinics can have long wait times but I should not be placed in a room and then not seen for over an hour, mind you it was only me waiting out front I was placed in a room after about 10 mins and then left to wait for over an hour. To the point where I’m standing in the halls so they see me. They are suppose to be providing health care. And then when asked their excuse “ it’s a walk in” I’ve been in and out of emergency faster and with better service. If you don’t like your job get a new one
