Excellent customer service. I was only moving a small amount (1.4 cubic metres) of personal goods, mostly books and some small breakables, to Indonesia, but I still received a high level of service. My first contact was with Tomy who conducted the virtual assessment. He was friendly, professional and always prompt with email responses and his assessment was accurate. Then I was passed on to Jared who arranged the moving day and other details. He was also very prompt with email responses. On moving day there was a bit of confusion as to who was actually supposed to do the packing, mainly due to a language barrier. Jared was easily reachable via phone call and cleared everything up. He was also very friendly and professional. I'm afraid I can't remember the packer's name but he was very helpful, fast and packed everything very efficiently. My shipment arrived on time! Orbit's partner in Jakarta, Retrans, was very good. They were helpful and transparent with the customs dealings. Again, the level of customer service from start to finish was excellent.

Since our first experience shipping goods abroad with Orbit, we continue to be impressed with the professionalism of the company’s staff and the service that they provide. We look forward to working with Orbit again in the future.

I’ve used Orbit to move my belongings from Canada to Qatar. Easy and fast booking. Good communication all the way through with friendly stuff in Canada as well as with their partner in Qatar. My stuff arrived intact one week later than estimated but that’s actually goood in ocean shipping (I was told it may take longer). After living many years in Canada, I decided to moved back to Israel. From the minute I met Adi, I felt that I can trust him and his company Orbit Intl. Moving Logistics, not to mention, that his price was way cheaper than other companies.
All through the process (that took over half a year, not for their fault) the staff was very professional, accommodating and friendly. They did everything in their power to make one of the most difficult stages in the moving, easier and cheaper for me. I knew that I am working with the right company.
When Dennis and his team came to pack my house, the same professional and friendly attitude continued. I was in awe on how fast they tackled my belongings.
On the Israeli side, I did experience a bit of lack in costumer service (after all, it is Israel we are talking about….) but as soon as I contacted the Canadian team, they took charge and solved my problem.
To anyone who needs a moving company, I will 100% recommend: trust Orbit Intl. Moving Logistics and you will sleep good at night!

Absolute scammers.from the time
of surveying where they couldn’t bother to come home and wanted to survey it via zoom even though we had Covid restrictions lifted for over 6 months, I was quoted a certain price to which I agreed (30 boxes) and on the day of moving and packing, they came in, packed 5-10 boxes and went they need more boxes and upped my price three times the initial price.it changed to 57 boxes, wonder how they surveyed 30 when it was double the amount.we were leaving the country in 10 days and they packed 10
boxes, while I was managing two kids so had no choice but to proceed.they ended up charging me $100 a box and used about 10-15 small boxes to make sure the load increases.further to that my shipment was delayed by 4 months and I was charged a Demurage fee even though i had no control on the shipment timings.stay clear of Tomy Klein who is lazy and inefficient and will only reply through Susan.and Jared who’s only response is not our problem. I feel bad for Susan who has to deal with the clients as her team is not making the right impression.will never suggest them to anyone.i rather keep my cargo in toronto instead moving it even if they were the last company in town.i was hoping they would be more efficient and professional given they are the more pricier than the rest. Lesson learnt, never again!

I moved from downtown Toronto to The Netherlands. From the quote to the delivery overseas, everything was well communicated and shipped for a fair price (Household + Car).

Thank you Tomy and James for taking care of the whole process. James is excellent, he's on top of everything and one step ahead if you have any questions. The guys worked hard to pack everything carefully and get it down 27 floors into the truck. The company in The Netherlands was also good. All customs forms were provided on time and the delivery was a breeze. Everything arrived without any damage.

I recommended this company to my colleagues and friends and would definitely use their services again.

The business has some good reviews however their quoting process is done over the phone with the client walking around from room to room. I can see an AI doing this sort of thing in the near future scanning for volume and estimating weight but I prefer a more hands on approach especially when quotes are in the 20-27k range for a container.

I was very satisfied with Orbit International. From start to finish. The crew that came to my home was amazing (Alex and his team). They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I did not have a single scratch or a broken item how well they packaged the items. They are true champions at their job. I had never seen such well organized and effective team that payed attention to detail.
Communication was absolute pleasure thanks to James Kelso. He was there to deal with small and big issues in very timely manner. Words cannot describe how professional, and customer oriented he was. Orbit movers did a really good job organizing, scheduling, communicating about, and carrying out our move. We sought quotes from multiple movers, and selected Orbit mainly based on their clear and timely communication. On moving day, the pick-up crew was fast and friendly. Orbit coordinated with an affiliated mover company at the destination, who delivered our load as agreed (also friendly and effective). 2-3 (non-fragile) boxes did arrive somewhat crushed, but contents were OK. I would recommend (and use) this mover for the future.

All my dealings with Orbit in planning the move have been clear, responsive, and reassuring. They answered ALL questions quickly - clarifying the process and helping us plan it out in advance. Used Orbit for my internetional move the first time and had an amazing experience. The move was done faster then expected, everything arrived in a beautiful condition as it was shipped. Overall acceded my expectations. Thank you guys.

I had a very bad experience with the Company. They promised to deliver my shipment to the Gulf within certain timeframe, and the shipment was delayed more that 6 months. Whenever I call them they claim they could not find vessels to my destination, where when they took the goods, they clearly mentioned that a vessel is ready to move within few days.

Lately, when I send them emails and call them they never responded to my emails.

Very poor quality and I definitely do not recommend them at all.

First, thanks for your reply.

Second, concerning communication, please go back to your inbox and check the emails I sent you on 28 March and 30 May which you never responded to. I even asked you how to claim the damages from the insurance company and you never replied back.

Third, I was clearly promised by Tomy Klein verbally and through email which I shared with you that my shipment will take an average of 12 to 14 weeks. And I received my shipment after 29 weeks and a half. What a great service. And yes you offered a faster shipping solution at an extra cost. So in spite of all the challenges you mentioned in your reply, you can still fasten the process but through extra money!

Fourth, and even as per the contract which Tomy clearly assured me you never reach that time limit, you exceeded the time by 12 weeks.

Fifth, I was asked to pay an extra 295 CAD for customs, which again Tomy assured me it’s very rare in Dubai and if it happens, a roughly estimate for my used stuff will be CAD 100 maximum.

It was a terrible experience and you never fulfilled any of your promises to me.

Definitely I won’t recommend them at all, especially if you are moving to the gulf area. Very poor service and not responding to my emails. Worst service, and worst communication. They didn’t keep any of their promises to me.

Orbit did a fantastic job moving my household 4500km through three countries. They provided a accurate estimate, professional packing and everything made it in one piece. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the worst movers we have ever experienced. They lost 3 boxes of our possessions, signed off that they had all arrived, and have taken no responsibility and now refuse to respond to emails. At best incompetent. At worst scammers. Avoid these guys at all costs.

We did not commit directly with Orbit, they were the Canadian partner of our moving company from Holland (who showed quite good customer service). Our first connection with Orbit was for documentation for Canadian Customs. I provided all the documents they said we need for customs, which was a massive list and took a long time to gather. Customs needed 1, I repeat 1 of these documents - our stamped arrival form when we arrived in Montreal. Next we bugged Orbit time and again for updates on our shipment and got snippets and nothing concrete with finally "it should be in Toronto next week". At the end of that week we emailed them again for an update to be told "oh yeah, it just arrived in our storeroom. ". Unbelievable.

It gets worse. On the day of delivery the truck was able to park within 20m of the front door of our apartment building. I then received a call from Orbit management that we need to pay $200 or they will stop the delivery because apparently they count the distance inside our building to our apartment too, despite me stating directly in email that the truck can park with 20m of our apartment building door.

The movers were actually friendly and the driver signed off on items at the back of the truck (not in our apartment - our big mistake). He said everything was there (checked off). We tipped them and they left. As we started unloading we realized one thing after another was missing. In total 3 boxes of toys (some hand-made family heirlooms), bike stuff, storage units, and other stuff all missing. That evening my wife went to the foyer of the building and discovered two large pieces of furniture left there that we moved up ourselves. Of course they refuse to take any responsibility and as I said, they won't even respond now. Because of the signed documents, we have big issues with insurance claims - sadly, this means don't trust people. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but it was a mistake here.

Please, do yourself a favour, avoid this company.

Eric has been very detailed and straightforward; the moving process was smooth, and the crew was friendly, careful, and professional.

Orbit delivered our household stuff that we shipped from California to Ontario, Canada. They were really good. Communication with Eric the project manager was positive. Delivery crew was professional, courteous and helpful. They delivered an entire household of stuff, moved it up and down stairs, and unpacked and set up furniture, and cleared up all the paper/boxes at the end. Couldn't really have asked for better delivery service.

Orbit international was a part of our international s move from US to Canada. Eric was our relocation manager in Canada here! We had a good experience with the move. I originally hired Orbit movers to transfer most of my household items from Belleville Ontario to San Jose del Cabo Mexico. With COVID and all the extra layers needed to do that cancelled that plan. Because they were so helpful, and tried to find other solutions decided to have them professionally pack what turned out to be 29 boxes and have them transport them to FedEx in Toronto where there is a larger depot.
Considering this happened at probably during the busiest 2 months for moving, managed to store things for me first and then worked on the myriad copies of paperwork FedEx required.
I highly recommend Orbit Movers for your next move either within Toronto, the province or anywhere else in Canada and the USA.
