I purchased the top package for the red seal electrician study guide that included a new code book, two online courses and two paper back books for roughly over $700.00.
The online courses were only valid for three months on-top of me not passing my exam, so I wasted my money. Especially since I have tried contacting orderline to voice my displeasure with this robbery. I literally threw away money to fail a course, funny how something like this has a timeline but yet so expensive while I'm trying to work and provide for a family. It actually made my situation worse. Really disheartening that orderline can't seem to answer the phone orspeak with me via email or message, after taking my money.

Update: not to mention I deal with ulcerative colitis so when it comes to writing exams, it's not my strength due to anxiety and illness. The more people I speak with, the more people tell me to take this Orderline situation to the media because it seems to be rather cruel on their part

I orded one for my skill trade exam sturdy, the content of test is very easy in comparision to the actual test and high cost as well. I didn't recomment to buy!

This company has by far the worst customer support I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR BOOKS.

I purchased OBC exam preparation material, but they did not give me any access code. Therefore, I sent an email, but no one replied for three days. When I called them, the customer representation was rude without a detailed explanation. In conclusion, They DID NOT SEND THE ACCESS EMAIL. You guys must change the behaviour and attitude for the customers. I have never seen this uncomfortable and unsupported customer representor.

Had some issues with some amendment updates, but the customer service was able to help.

In May 2021, I ordered one online Practice Exam Questions for a building code course "A". I found it was very helpful for me to pass the course "A". In June 2021, I ordered another online Practice Exam Questions for another building code course "B". Unfortunately the course "B" online Practice Exam Questions was disabled after 90 days. Then I called the company customer service and asked them to extend the course "B". After a few days, I received an email from the company and told me that they did update the course "B" for me. Definitely I would recommend "online Practice Exam Questions" service to my friends.

I bought the Master Electrician's License Practice Exam Questions on May 12 2021 and I still don't have access to it. I called MULTIPLE times and no answer and left 1 vocal message and no reply from them. I sent an email and no reply from them. I sent another email today and if I don't get access to my Master Electrician's License Practice Exam Questions by the end of tomorrow the May 18th I'm going to call my credit card company and report a FRAUD!

I'm preparing to take a couple of the Ontario Building Code exams and found some study materials on Orderline. I purchased some of their online courses and practice exams to use together with the Building Code Compendium. So far, I've really enjoyed using their materials. They are easy to understand, straight to the point and most importantly, helped build my knowledge and confidence to take on the exams.

One little hiccup was that I only found out after the purchase that the practice exams expires 3 months before the courses. I contacted their customer support and received a prompt response the next day, letting me know that my access is extended for another 3 months.

Therefore, I would definitely recommend Orderline to anyone looking to expand their knowledge in the construction industry because of their fair prices, excellent quality materials and good customer support.

Will not allow you to return a product in original packaging. Told me that I will have to try to sell it privately online. Gee thanks

I purchased MASTER ELECTRICIAN'S LICENSE COMPLETE PACK it had all of the practice exam questions I needed. When I was confident in my score, I was ready for my exam – I passed

The books I bought were in good condition and I received great service, will definitely recommend and order from them again

I'm was very happy with the study material for the master practise exam, I spent around $500 on the pre master exam study guide from ESA and spent a month studying it. Then 2 weeks before my exam I bought the master practice exams and I will honestly say that if I went in just doing the ESA pre master's I would have failed. There practice exam is what really helped me pass the exam. It helped me with timing, searching, and with becoming more familiar with both books needed for the exam.

There customer service was exceptional, I would take the test and every time I passed it had to be reset and within an hour Sue responded and had reset it so I could try it again. It helped me feel alot more confident going into my exam

What a scam, the quality of their workbooks is beyond terrible, they basically copy straight from the OBC, additionally the customer service is almost non existant and when they do respond they are incredibly rude

Don't bother with any of the training manuals, they basically rip content straight from the Ontario building code and sell it for hundreds of dollars. Additionally you aren't able to save the file as a pdf you must access it through their website

I ordered a few books and there was an issue with the address. Customer service was helpful, I was able to fix my address and received my books less than a week later!

They advertise the learning material as 'updated for 2018 CEC' but there are so many questions that are based on 2015 and/or just plain WRONG.
I emailed to voice my concern and I have had one reply.since then, NOTHING. Just completely ignoring me. I paid $80 or so for learning material that is rubbish.

DO NOT BUY THE ELECTRICIAN LEARNING MATERIAL!

I cancelled an order, and have now been waiting 6 weeks for a refund. I made contact with Maureen Brown via phone, and email, who told me the refund has been processed. I emailed their customer support 2 weeks ago, still no answer. They dont update their inventory, so you buy stuff out of intentory, then have to wait months with no response, to keep their books showing profit. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau. This is bad business!

I had three phone calls and talked to different people there regarding purchase and I was shocked by their super unprofessional and rude attitude behind the phone.
Surprisingly, their tone was so disrespectful and they all were talking down to me like it was a common thing in their office while I was politely asking for information and help to purchase the book on the phone as their website was nor working properly!
Definitely, their staff need training in customer service!

09/01/2020 - I feel obligated to write here again that a friend conviced me to buy The exam questions and answers for General Legal Process (OBC). I studied with it and passed the exams at one go. It might be helpful to someone.

Don’t waste your money. I paid for the pre masters exam course and practice tests on the same day. I was unaware that they expire at different times. The course is nothing more that a list of code rules with jot form notes beside each.
The practice tests expire 3 months prior to the course. Backwards isn’t it? Tried calling for about a week before I ever heard anything back and finally when they lady called me she had the audacity to tell me she is unable to extend my permission to access the tests unless I pay her again! Like I’m going to give this scuzzy company any more of my money.

Save your money and don’t support poor business like this one!

Zero star for this company. No way to reach them to follow up on purchases. Do not take the option for fast delivery through premium shipping. They will take a month anyways to get your item to the shipping company. Extremely disappointed.

Please DO NOT buy any training packages or study material from Orderline!

I've bought over $700 (AUD) of material and I've only received 2 online PDF's that barely load half the time and my online course that I also purchased my login doesn't work. I've sent countless emails with no reply!

I bought a PDF manual and it's missing from their database. I cannot download it nor see it. I cannot get a hold how anybody to help me their customer service representative keep telling me that IT was notified and there is nothing else that she can do.

Total scam business aimed at profiting off of students and apprentices. They never answer their phone it's like the company doesn't even exist.

Bought a. PDF manual. Could not save it to my computer - tried several times. Spoke with their customer service, the person I spoke with made it sound like it was not the first time she's had to deal with frustrated customers not being able to save their manuals. They have very unforgiving way of "printing" the manual to save it - this did not work for me after 4 tried and I am very experienced with using computer programs and writing, reviewing and approving product specifications etc.

I sent them e-mails and never received responses. I will contact my credit card company to have the charge removed.

Try to avoid this company at all costs. Terrible customer service, will purposely ignore you if you try to get anything out of them.
The security features kicked me out 9 questions into a test and i was unable to redo or get a refund of my $50.

VERY poor customer service, selling the FREE building code book for $85 and no refunds. If ZERO starts were an option, I would do it.
I was looking forward to the illustrated Home Renovator's Guide and Housing Design PDF, but got sucked into the their PACKAGE deals and it was a joke. They are charging $85 + tax for the Ontario Building Code and calling it theirs.
After the immediate purchase I realized I didn't need just the normal OBC, but it was too late. NO REFUNDS and garbage service.
They offered an instore credit, but I was appalled that they could even sell the 'free' Ontario Building Code in the first place. The 2 other books are fine, but taking an extra $85 to offer me nothing I can't get for free from a government website feels like robbery.

I accepted the credit. It never came through. I waited a week and called back. They had never issued the credit, I had to ask again for the credit to be applied and they did. The woman was impatient and very standoffish.

Don't know how a company like this can operate on garbage integrity and high-school grade customer service.

WORST SERVICE! I waited too long for my order then decided to cancelled it 1 month ago. I followed with them by both phone and email, and noone send me confirmation. The email system kept notifying mail not delivered. I called them on Monday this week and they said they had cancelled my order 2 weeks ago. However they hasn't return my money, or even didn't contact me to pickup my books. Now I lost my money and don't have the books with me. Keep calling them when my money will be returned. However there is noone in the office pick-up phone. Find another place to buy the book that you need. Wait another store has book available. DON'T USE SERVICE OR BUY BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Worst customer service ever. I am a student and entitled to a discount. They would not fix it for me. They also did not provide tracking information with Canada post. Not sure where my 400$textbooks are.they taking for ever to get to me.
