If you care about your clothes, do not go there!
You will be blamed for their mess. Worst customer service and cleaning experience I came across by far.

On the positive note: gentlemen who is working is so nice and friendly. Unfortunately the overall experience (wi the the lady) was so bad and took away this positive note for me.

I had nasty experience and got RACIST comments at Organic Dry Cleaners, 10385 Weston road. I brought them a carpet to clean, I measured it at home, and got a quote from the front lady, east European in her 50's. When I came to pick up the carpet, I noticed that two things are not right: 1- The size of my carpet is different than what I measured at home, 2- the price per sqf has jumped. I asked the front lady for explanations and all she said was: I have nothing to do with it, it's the company we send it to, they decide, and my price was wrong! Anyhow, I told her that let's measure the carpet and see the size ourselves. I thought that she would be reasonable, but instead, she freaked out and shouted RACIST comments and slurs based on my look and name I gave her. From here to there, I decided that since I have to deal with RACIST people who refuse to measure my carpet, I will fight for the principal. I paid her with credit card and filed a dispute for fraud, no need to say that I got ALL my money back from my credit card! PLEAS, I LOVE TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS, BUT I DO NOT SUPPORT BUSINESS THAT OWNED BY RACIST PEOPLE!
