Yesterday evening (Jan 21,2024) I ordered two chicken Shawama wrap by phone I picked them up afet 15 minutes. I have been ordring from this restaurent almost every week for the last two years. My yesterday's order was a disaster, it was clear that both Shawarmas and fries have been prepared long time ago, apparently for another pickup or delivery order that was not picked up or delivered and remaind in restaurent until I placed my order and was given to me just to git rid of it. I have been happy from the food of this restaurent and I have been using it for the last two years and the staff are familiar with my face. I am very upset that why they have made such a terrible decision? I am familiar with the quality of their food, please do not make excuse that I made mistake, I really need an answer that why you have given me such a terrible food yesterday? I may still come to your restaurent but I never forget this stupid decision that somebody in this restaurent have made.

The service is amazing! The food is delicious. I absolutely love this restaurant and I highly recommend. Everything I’ve tried has been excellent!

I have been going to Original Shwarma for about 2 years now and the food has been one of our favorites. As my condo has many residents that have Halal diets, I reached out and ordered for a party in the summer. It was so well received that I ordered again for my building holiday bash. Over 100 attendees. Yaseen was so helpful in setting up the meals. 100 chicken tenders, fries, and 4 family shwarma platters. The staff had everything ready and it was cooked perfectly.

It used to be one of the best shawarma stories in the whole GTA. I used to drive to it specially from hamilton. Since almost ramadan it turns to be a very average place. The lamb is mixed of ground lamb has no fat no lamb test same as if I am eating gyros not worth the $14 for sure. Also the chicken shawarma test has changed alot.

This place has amazing food, great customer service with quick speed and affordable prices. I ordered the cheesy volcano. Special thanks to Zaki helping me through the menu options. Totally recommend.

Ordered and picked up chicken sandwiches and a large platter and was very disappointed. Chicken was overcooked, hard and stale! This is the second time these guys handed me their about to rot food. Never going to this place again!

It tasted amazing. Yesterday, I ordered a family platter mixed with Saj bread. It tasted amazing, good customer service, and the prices were worth the huge portion. Excellent dealing, and great to finally have some indoor dining after some time.

I got chicken volcano Shawarma And that’s bomb! Highly recommending this place very good service people are very friendly!

Best shawarma ever deserve when you paid for it keep going I have only complaints about the lady she works there she not understand any language English or arbic when we make order she make me crazy but anyway is amazing that’s all

The original Shawarma is a food like no other. Food is delicious at all times. In my experience, the brothers who work in shawarma are very wonderful and their services are wonderful. Much respect and appreciation to them

Quality dropped massively in this restaurant, the lamb shawarma was over cooked & the tahini tasted really bad

Been a regular customer from the time we went there first, though they busy most of the time, they maintain their quality And are punctual with the timings that they promise to deliver.

The taste is really good. The chicken shawerma tasted a bit sour you can easy find the lemon taste. I like that taste maybe some other ppl don’t. But overall all always come back to eat here.

Taste good but they messed up my orders and even didn't give one item. Had to show 2 of them the bill and count the item in my bag and show them that the 4th item is missing!

This is my first time to complain about something. Went to Original Shawaram ordered chicken wrap and asked for a little bit of hot sauce inside of the wrap they added too much hot sauce in the wrap. After my second bite the wrap was messed up and burned. This is how it looks like.

The shawarma was only okay. I asked for extra garlic sauce a few times and I don't think they even put any garlic sauce. The service was good, the girl was nice, the quality of the food was good but like I said there was no taste other than the pickles and the spice.

Tried many Shawerma places, you guys are by far #1

We went here when a friend recommended this place. The original chicken shawerma was not so original, we've had better tasting shawerma somewhere else, and we don't think we would be back here!

The name of the place says a lot about the shawarma they offer, its actually original just like how we make it back home (Syria). The chicken was clean and properly seasoned and their garlic sauce is on point. The girls on the counter were super sweet. What a great service. I have been dreaming of a shawarma like this since forever and was always disappointed buying it from other places, but original shawarma finally earned the first place on my best shawarma places list in Canada.

I wanna start off by saying Mashallah the food was amazing really good customer service the food was really really good very well made all the staff were very nice and friendly I really recommend this place it is exactly like How they used to make the shawrma in Syria very well guys 100% recommend this place for a visit

Great taste and flavours, i always eat chicken sandwich with pita with everything and the flavours are mesmerizing!

Food is below average, over priced, they got our order wrong.missing all the sauces, cold fries, and small portions, even the chicken ask was wrapped like a 5 years old made it.a disappointment.

WORTH EVERY DOLLAR! I have been coming here for weeks now and I am hooked! The best place to get a shawarma! My whole family loves it! Kids and husband are obsessed! Owner is very kind man! One of the best if not the best Shawarma in GTA, the hospitality and the spirit of the staff and welcoming smiles is making it wonderful and always the best.

I tried Original Shawarma for the first time and it was delicious! We tried the cheesy chicken volcano and the lamb saj. The lamb was amazing! The meat was perfectly seasoned and so, so delicious. On top of it, the customer service was excellent. The girl at the cash was very helpful making suggestions as we ordered, very friendly and kind. We will be back again to try more of the menu and pick up one of those delicious looking platters we saw going out as we waited for our food.

Truly a hidden gem.till you know about this place Undoubtedly the best shawarma we had ever since we left KSA. Very authentic, good value for money, the staff is really pleasant, Naya is always ready to help in selecting the best option

Very tasty chicken shawarma. Chicken marination was really good and different than other shawarmas. Truly an original shawarma place.

Visited Original Shawarma today, was welcomed and greeted by Naya. She recommended I try the lamb option that was absolutely incredible. Service, staff, quality all 100%. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
