Horrible place to deal with.ordered a part 2 weeks later they still have not shipped it.tried calling to find out what is going on and no one will talk to you or return any calls.if you dont want to sell parts just say so.

Earlier this week my son and I broke down just up the road from Orillia Auto and Truck and they stopped to help and gave us the coolant we needed to get home, for free. What a truly thoughtful and kind random act of kindness. I will definitely use their services when needed. Thank you Bruce and Jamie!

I have a 12 year old car whose Navi system broke down on me leaving me without any controls of the technology it comes with. Dealer quoted oem cost for the part alone was above 5K before the tax. I was either to drive the car without tech or replace the vehicle since spending 5K was a no go for the age of the car. For this particular case aftermarket wasn’t an option either since they sometimes work. Sometimes don’t. Orillia recyclers came to rescue. Got the part shipped and installed here locally for a tiny fraction of the cost quoted for oem. Communication, fair price, shipping all went great. It was basically a plug and play solution for me. I am a happy driver back on the road. Thanks guys there at Orillia. Of course people looking for parts have to be lucky to find their match when shopping in the scrapyard market. But if you do I recommend this place.

First and last time trying this junkyard. Monday I called to order, not just to get a quote, but called to order a rim for a client. Was told it was still on the vehicle and that they needed to take it off, the girl said she would call me back once its off to take payment so they can send it. Wednesday I called back in morning, to inquire the status, they said the girl wasn't in until 10h30, that he would leave a note for her to call back. Mid afternoon I called back, they put me on hold because the girl I was dealing with was on another line, waited 15 minutes then someone else picked up the phone, I said I can't keep waiting can I not just deal with you, he said sure, I hear they're phone ring, he says hold on a second, puts me on hold, waited two more minutes and hung up. It is now Friday evening and still not heard from them.

Horrible customer service, I will no longer waste my time trying them again.

I bought expensive engine from them, paid the mechanic 4K for installation. After we found that the engine is not good (noise & smoke) and wasn’t tested right.
I lost 10k because of them…
I will not recommend doing business with them.
