Called for front stabalizer links. Said they only had one in stock. Would be over a week for another one. Kindly asked for the part number and was immediately told WE DONT GIVE OUT PART NUMBERS. Was quoted 45 dollars each. Told him to pound salt and called Barrie hyundai. They have them in stock and was quoted 38 dollars. I have owned may Hyundai and this was the worst I've ever been treated by them. Orillia Hyundai is dead to me and I will buy my parts and cars from Barrie. Plus their parts are cheaper anyhow. Way to go Orillia Hyundai. Your fired.

Excellent Service. Service Team was AMAZING! Hyundai Orillia you have a solid Service Team. I had a flat tire passing through Orillia and they took me in right away and patched my tire within 30 minutes to get me back on the road. Very polite, professional and experienced. I was there on Wednesday August 23rd. If I lived in Orillia I would definitely take my cars to this location. Thank you again. It was a pleasant experience.money well spent!

Yesterday I got my first car Hyundai Tucson hybrid. I got my deal from Tyler much thanks to him he made my first experience amazing! He has a perfect energy and he was very informative yet not pushy at all.
He was able to walk through the car features almost an hour with me in a very nice and friendly way.

I bought this car 6 months ago and after 2 months my car started to having battery problems time to time when I came to my car the battery was already dead in the morning and needed to open manually and reset the engine and in the beginning I didn’t give too much attention but the frequency of incident got increased and I took the car to the service. They replaced the battery they were kind and fast but after only 3 Days I started to experience the same problem again.
Opening manually also cause to damage my door hand now it has lots of scratches.
I am not sure why this is keep happening.
Update on my previous review the service was so responsive and provided me a loaner car during the repair process.

The staff are excellent and they are trying to help with my vehicle issues. They are kind courteous and great at communicating with customer. They are a Pleasure to deal with. However, I am highly disappointed in Hyundia Canada on the other hand, who is ignoring the request for warranty parts and service recommended by the dealer to fix my vehicle. My Tucson is just over 2 years old and is having transmission issues. I don’t feel safe driving it and I still waiting to hear back for work that should be covered under warranty.

So I had given the dealership and service team a five star rating previously, but unfortunately they are not meeting my expectations the second time around!
The same vehicle turned out to have an engine recall on it which they failed to mention when doing the safety inspection. We are all used to parts etc taking longer these days, and we have been waiting more than 4 weeks now to get the vehicle back on the road. Both my son and I have called a couple of times, and I have dropped by recently to get an update. The thing that I find annoying is that I have left two messages for Paul with the service manager, Heather, this week and did not get a return call. I get it that maybe they don’t have any news with regards to when we can expect the vehicle repaired because of parts, but it does not seem that there has been any effort made to even find out an estimate! Not returning messages does not constitute a 5 star service, so I have lowered my rating.
I had hoped to discuss options for a temporary solution with Paul directly, but he chose not to return my call after I left a message Monday and again today (Friday).
I would gladly reconsider my stance but for that communication would have to improve even if the message is, that they have no news. At this point a loaner would also be helpful.

Great service right from the start to finish! Kept my appointment on time, which is rare it seems at other dealers. I would very much return for service in the future.

UPDATE "the response below is wrong, they are blaming another dealer ship for not telling me there prices? THEIR employer quoted me 89, then the guy at the service desk on pick up after my oilchange charged me 149 and called the lady who told me that new and claimed its a common occurrence, I spoke to the parts manager and he told me that the guy at the parts guy is a good friend of his and he would never do that then refused to make things right" I have since spoke to Jeremy whom urged me to try once more I will update this if anything changes.at this moment things have not been made right.

If there was a way to leave a
negative review I would.
So many recalls on my 2017 Hyundai Tucsan, including a new motor. Whoever replaced the motor left out dowel pins and it messed up transmission. It cost me 2K+ to fix the mistake. The dealership took zero responsibility, simply stating the person who replaced my motor no longer works there (that doesn't help me at this point). I even contacted Head office and was told that it had been too long - anyone heard of Covid? I didn't drive my car for more than a year. They made a huge mistake and would not take accountability. I will never deal with Hyundai again.

Just in for some Reg maintenance, also brought my good friend in for service, they treated him as they do me. I won't go anywhere else. I've never found a mechanic team that goes above and beyond to make me feel like I'm not just a $ sign. You guys are as always awesome, especially Josh and Heather. But all the staff in service are great.

My engine recently died because Hyundai put in a shoddy engine. And when I took it to Orillia Hyundai I had to go thru a bunch of test to see if my engine was faulty or not. Turns out it was and it was covered under the Hyundai. But I was originally told I could be without a car for quite some time well I guess they pulled a few strings or whatever it is that they did I am just grateful because now my car is ready and they've been nothing but excellent during this whole time this was not there if the problem but how they handle it was amazing and they've been nothing but amazing and completely have restored my faith in Hyundai all from the service team and Heather in the office I've all been amazing and I'm very grateful that they were able to get this done as quickly as I did they don't know how grateful I am. Thanks to everyone at Hyundai Orillia for doing an amazing job.

I'd like to add to this. Recently my car needed bearings in the front end. And knowing that I was off work due to a recent heart attack, they were very good with me getting my car fixed. Jordan knew I was off work and why and he took the time to come chat with me while my car was being done, just to see how I've been and if things were better. That was a big deal to me. Its one thing to be nice and friendly, but to take the time and it was genuine. Not fake. I wasn't a huge fan of Hyundai at the beginning with all that happened at the beginning, but they have won me over hands down. So a big thanks to Josh, Jordan and all the staff at Orillia Hyundai.

Well what can I say what i have already said, the guys at Orillia Hyundai never disappoint. Car is in getting the bearings replaced and again, the exceeded themselves at working with me during a difficult time in my life, I wont take my car anywhere else, and I am talking my friend into getting his next vehicle with Hyundai, I have never seen a dealership that has gone out of their way to help, most treat you like a number or $$$$. So if my review has not convinced anyone of taking their vehicle to Orillia Hyundai to be serviced, then your really missing out,

Service and parts are great! Friendly staff. Have to try their sales staff again before I can give a fair assessment on that department. Had 1 poor experience and ended up leasing my car from a different dealership in another town. The sales person I’d spoken with at Orillia was pushing me for a sale on one model. I emailed him back with more questions on another model… never heard back. Emailed him once more and then took the sale elsewhere. One poor sales rep does not necessarily mean they all are like that. As mentioned, Parts and Service are great. I’ll consider giving sales another try when my lease ends. Will try something other than a Kona next time. Love the car - but road noise is excessive at highway speeds.

Worst experienced at the service department. Staff person was so rude. Please respect customer autonomy

First of all, they charged me extra for basic services while I asked them to do only oil change and tire swap.

Another thing is they almost scammed me by showing some mandatory replacement for breaks and rotors before going 1 km which is not required right away as per other certified auto technician and also charge is less than half with same warranty and good quality.

In short, Never trust their service department, always take second opinion from other auto technician.

Had an absolute amazing experience here! Jeramy is next to none! He helped my wife and I with our trade-in and made us feel no pressure. Made us comfortable, chatted with us to make sure everything was right for us and that it all made sense!
When picking up the car, Jeramy shared the excitement and showed everything there is to know about the car, a first for me when buying a car! Would highly recommend Jeramy! Will send all my friends and family here!

Jamie was amazing too! Helped with all the financial portion and ensured we were covered! Gave us amazing service and laid everything out that is possible when purchasing a new vehicle, which we never experienced before either! Jamie made us feel comfortable and didn’t pressure at all.

Do not trust their service department.

I had the worst experience here. I brought my new vehicle here for its scheduled service prior to 20,000 km. They informed me the brakes were malfunctioning in that only one brake pad was wearing on each side and informed me servicing them would be over $250 and not covered by warranty. They threw the blame on the dealership that sold me the car saying they didn’t lubricate the braking system prior to delivery therefore it was somehow up to me to pay for that service.

I brought the vehicle to another dealer who inspected the brakes with me present and showed me that the system was lubricated and functioning well. They did however note that there was excessive rust on the rotors and ended up getting me an entire rotor replacement and brake service all under warranty. Why Hyunday Orillia couldn’t do this for me, I don’t know.

The only explanation is that they try to gouge the consumer since warranty repairs are less profitable for the dealer. Will never be coming back here.

I drive 45 minutes when Midland has a Hyundai, just so I can deal with the service center here instead after having constant problems with the local dealer. Customer service is amazing and they will explain costs before proceeding with work. Only issue I had is that they forgot put my spare lug nuts back in my trunk after changing my tires.

Wonderful experience! Tyler was very professional, easy going, approachable, and patient! Never felt rushed or pressured! A pleasant atmosphere in the dealership and with everyone else I met! Would definitely recommend buying from here! And would definitely recommend the Hyundai products! This is my second vehicle and I love it. Stylish, safe, great suspension, just a great vehicle to drive! You get a lot more than the other high end vehicles!
