If you make an appointment and they get busy, they will give away your appointment and make you wait so go extra early to make sure! Drove 45 mins just to get the boot on my appointment: (very disappointed

Beautiful job. Donna does an excellent job! I’m kinda picky. Very meticulous and not rushed. I schedule my appointments every 2-3 weeks. They are very accommodating. Mani and pedis are wonderful. Salon is clean. Great atmosphere! Highly recommend️️️️️

Went for gel nails and extensions while on holiday here. They were friendly and the place was clean. There is accommodation for several people doing nails and a few for pedicures if you are wanting to take a bigger party. They did an incredible job on my nails. It is the first time I have had them done and they look fully like my own nails! And so beautiful with a little extra design. Thank you!

We really enjoyed getting pedicures done at this location. The service was great, and it was a super clean spa. They even give you a gift on your birthday. Such a great bonus!

They are rough on your nails. Made two of my ail beds bleed and totally have no training on the proper way to do a manicure.

I got my nails done for prom and it’s so good. The staffs are amazing and friendly, especially Hazel is so good with her nails art.

Had such a great experience. Was our first time going to Orillia Nail Spa and did so based off other great reviews.
They were super patient and explained the different types of nails to my sister and I, and went above and beyond to ensure my sister didn’t experience a reaction as she has prior with Acrylic and Gel nails.
We both got Solar nail sets today and are both very happy with the result! We will absolutely be back for fills and nail maintenance.

I just got my nails done at this Nail Salon three / half days ago. I was bored of my old set I had and fed up that one of the nails fell off so I was going to just get a new set of acrylics. But the girl that I had she gave very good advice. She said I could just do a fill and replace the new that fell off. She said it would be cheaper. The girl I had was very kind, customer oriented, she did way more work and detail, she gave good advice that helped me save money too. She made sure I was comfortable every 10-15 mins. And they offered bottled water. All the other nail salons I’ve been to aren’t as excellent as this place. This is definitely the new Nail Salon I am going to.

Great place! They were able to squeeze me in last minute which I really appreciated. They have a huge selection of colours and the ladies there are incredibly sweet, patient and work hard to ensure you are satisfied. Very clean as well! Would definitely return!

By far this was the best pedicure I’ve had the time she took was incredible.my bio gel nails have been filled twice and have been exactly the way I want them….
The owner she remembers the details about each appointment which made me feel not just like a number…. I will continue to refer my friends there…
