Orillia Smile Centre

I haven’t been to a dentist in years, out of fear. I set my fears aside, and put my trust in the Smile Centre. Best decision I’ve ever made in regards to dental care and excellent staff!

I called in the morning for a cleaning. They fit me right into there busy schedule. All the staff were extremely friendly! Would highly recommend giving the staff at Orillia Smile Center your business!

I really appreciate the team at Orillia Smile Center! I needed my permanent retainer fixed and now live 2 hours from my original doctor. I have extreme fear of the dentist. Yesterday I had my first visit with Orillia Smile Centre and it was fantastic. I have never been to a dentist where the staff are all so kind, caring and just plain wonderful. Thank you for making what is usually a stressful experience into one that was easy and stressfree. This was my first experience getting any work done and the staff was so patient and considerate towards me. They walked me through every tool, asked me multiple times if I was okay throughout the session, and even let me bring my support person in the room. I felt very comfortable and Dr. Billy was so thorough and courteous. I highly recommend this location for your next appointment.

Friendly staff and very professional! They are also very expensive. If cost is not an issue I recommend this business.

Called a few hours before in a lot of pain and had me in about 4 hours later. Very friendly staff. Definitely will be my new dentist office.

I had a dental emergency. They took me in right away. I was in excruciating pain. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The dentist was very gentle, after freezing i had 2 tooth extractions and felt no pain during the procedure. I will definitely be back.

So great start to finish. Brought my 6 year old here today. Everyone was so friendly, the hygienist joked around with my son and made him comfortable. Highly recommend!

If visiting with an insurance plan, pay close attention to what they tell you is covered VS what is actually covered to avoid an unexpected bill. Also pay close attention to additional services they may deem "essential" such as full x-rays YEARLY as an adult, which is not. This will result in you paying for extra x-rays if you truly need them later in the year. Most recently my insurance company was billed for a COMPLETE cleaning which includes a DENTIST to perform the final check.he was out of the office at this time and there was NO REDUCTION towards the cost of the visit. I have been a patient for a few years now, they're gypsies. Currently seeking a new clinic. Cheers.

Dr.stephanie is by far the best dentist I have ever had in my life! She is so gentle and easy and takes her time it's just Unbelievable! I have had a fear of the dentist all my life and now she is the only dentist I would choose for the rest of my life! My boys just absolutely adore her as well! She understands and takes all their needs into consideration while working on them. This woman has totally changes my dental experience in life! The staff also is just incredibly caring and friendly and are so explanatory when it comes to your questions. We are so grateful!

My daughter had a consultation for Invisalign. Dr Billy and the whole team at Orillia Smile Centre are all amazing! I would highly recommend this office!

The staff are beyond amazing and such a pleasure to see every time we go in. Such a nice environment that calms your nerves, especially if your are anxious about the dentist. They go at your pace, never seem rushed and explain everything they are doing. Also great with kids! Would definitely recommend for the whole family!

Orillia smile was by far the best clinic I’ve ever been too, the whole team are nothing but welcoming and comforting during your whole procedure, using every skill set they have to their full potential. I’m not an easy client to deal with, high anxiety, prone to fainting and overall having a fear of a surgery and these absolutely wonderful staff members worked with me at my own pace, made sure I felt safe and comfortable with not only the procedure but with them as well. They provided me with everything I needed for aftercare, followed up on how I was feeling and, 24 hours later, no swelling no pain, absolute wonderful performance of an invasive procedure. A connection and a bond with someone is extremely important during one on one procedures especially invasive ones, and these ladies go above and beyond your needs. Best experience by far. Thank you so much again.

I suffer from extreme (dental services) anxiety! The staff are extremely understanding and willing to work with me to make me feel comfortable and not push when I am not. They really care to make the environment just right for each individual

Had my first appointment today and everyone was so nice! I didn’t feel shamed or judged about my less than ideal brushing habits and the whole team just seemed like they wanted to help me get back on track. You do have to pay $5 for parking but I didn’t think that was a huge deal.

I never liked going to the dentist but I like going here. They are great at remembering who you are and great at keeping you calm. I HATE NEEDLES.

I was ecstatic that the Orillia Smile Centre managed to work through some issues I was having during the recent shutdown … albeit from a distance.
Certainly not an ideal situation for service providers to attempt coverage of their pandemic patients, but an experience whereby we all gain experience to better manage future disruptions.

I recently had a new patient exam and cleaning and had a great experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and thorough in everything they do. I would definitely recommend anyone to attend this office. They are also great with nervous patients by educating them and easing theirs minds with a gentle understanding of the patients needs and wants.

My son came in for his regular dental cleaning and check up. I was concerned with the way his new adult teeth were coming in. I loved that Dr. Billy gave me options in regards to future treatment for my son. Orillia smile center is absolutely amazing. The staff are all incredible friendly. No one likes going to the dentist and in the past I have had numerous bad experiences. The staff and dentist at Orillia Smile center have always made me feel relaxed and have taken care of me. For example: I barely slept last night from tooth pain. I went to work and realized something is not right. I called hoping to get an appointment this week, or go sit in emerge for a few hours. The staff were very understanding and were able to squeeze me into their schedule today. Thank you to the dentists and the staff. They are all incredible and so friendly.

Such a lovely and talented staff. I have always left here with a smile. They take great care of their patients, even with sudden changes in health, they do everything they can to get you in right away and make a treatment plan so you can be back to smiling again ASAP. Would definitely recommend!
