Some girl hung up on me twice after telling her my address. Don’t rely on this can because they will hang up on you. Very unprofessional and I hope that girl gets back what she gives out

Whoever's driving your cab 41 at 10: 50 a.m. Ocy 31 2023 at Dunlap Street on the 400 lacks capacity to tie his shoes, shouldn't be driving a vehicle if you can't wait in traffic. Rami right up people's rear ends, no turn signals, no courtesy, what you'd expect from a cabbi.

This is a great taxi company, the dispatchers are so friendly and most of the drivers are nice.

There is one driver though who is very weird and makes me uncomfortable, I don’t remember his name but he had shoulder length blonde hair. He talked way too much during my ride and asked me for directions despite having a gps. Talked a lot about his personal life which I am not interested in.

Almost all drivers smoke in the cabs as well and many are anti Vax covid deniers, who wants to hear about that when they're in a taxi? The vehicles are dirty and seem to never be cleaned.

I called for a van cab this evening to get my senior father home. He had a couple small bankers boxes, two suitcases, a shoulder duffel bag and his walker because he had been staying with us for the week. When the driver pulled up, he said he wasn't doing this job because they "aren't a moving company".

They allow smoking in there vehicles that's disgusting for people that don't smoke to get in to these vehicles n they r dirty

Ordered a 3: 30AM pick up. Driver was prompt but his vehicle sounded like the ball joints were about to fall out. Wasn't the safest feeling. I ordered another cab to get back home and it was even worse than the first ride. The driver looked like he had just woken up and didn't bother to even straighten his hair let alone have a shower. There was garbage in the back seat and the driver was coughing the whole trip with no facemask or apology. Also the vehicle had just about every warning light on the dash. I guess vehicle maintenance and cleanliness aren't policies for this company.
Needless to say, I won't be using this service again.

Awful experience today. My vehicle was in repair and I needed a taxi from Severn Bridge to Barrie. Called this taxi company at 7: 48 a.m. And dispatcher told me the taxi is going to arrive in about 20 minutes. It did not arrive until 8: 30 a.m. I called dispatcher three times for a status update on the late cab. The woman answering the phone did not even bother apologizing and kept calling me "hon" which was very unprofessional. The driver made me pay full fair the first moment I got in the car making me feel like a criminal. He then called dispatcher (who was on speaker phone and sounded like the same woman I spoke to) and advised her I paid. The vehicle was dirty with left over foods thrown on the front seat. The driver played loud music on the radio the entire time and did not bother to ask me whether it was bothersome. Never again will I use this awful company. I was working from my cottage this week and they made me late to court. I'm a lawyer.

All these buffoons know how to do is cut people off, neglect signals, and drive their Vanbourginis like they stole them.

Great service. I needed them to meet at the bus at 2am & they were there! Also, the male driver I had on Feb. 12 @2: 10am was the nicest person and took the best route home for me!

I called a taxi for a older lady and they said it would be about 20-30 minutes. 4 phone calls, 2 hours and getting cut off by the very rude dispatcher 3 times, they finally showed up to take the lady home, the driver was sweet and apologetic but the dispatcher was very very rude.

They always get me to work. They're honest with wait times. All in all a good service.

Called for taxi from hospital at 315 am, November 21. Driver was very good and I felt safe with his driving with snowy road. I don’t remember his name but thank him

Woman didn't even give me time to ask a question.just said "we cannot reserve a taxi, okay bye" and hung-up before i could ask if I could get one immediately then.was also very rude.i recommend trying anyone else
