Company is awful. Came on day of service, baited house and never returned even though said would in 2 weeks. Then charged me double quote. Called 20 times and no one ever answered. Called master phone line and they said can't do anything but request the local branch call me back. No one ever has. Don't use this company!

We had an issue with the first spray in that it didn’t seem that it was done properly. When we called the office they assured us that it’s been done even though our neighbour saw it really didn’t look like it.
Regardless they came back and a lovely person re-sprayed everything today with a smile and we were quite happy with our end result.

I am a contractor and if i performed this way i would be out of business.my wife had prepared our home as best she could for the exterminator working diligently day and night bagging items cleaning various household items and surfaces to get ready for when orkin arrived to treat our home.we were informed that all light switches and receptacles would be removed and treated that they would be using steamers on furniture and curtains and vacuums to prep floors. Also there would be a barrier spray applied to the entire perimeter of each room and all other areas.when the exterminator showed up she said don't worry i'll take care of the rest. There was no steaming done no curtains treated the light switch and receptacles were still in their original position which concludes to nothing treated. Our decontaminated stuff that was cleaned by my wife had items from other areas in our home just piled on top of all her hard work. Everything was flipped over items were placed outside on an unclean chair from inside our home.they told us the treatment would last 3 months its been less that 6 days and we have already found several bugs crawling around our furniture walls and floor. Areas that they claim were treated we paid something like 1100.00 and she showed up with a spray can and 1 small bottle of treatment and two box spring covers. I would estimate the value of these items to be less than $100.00 she was in our home for about 1 hour and by my calculations it would have taken her at least 45 minutes just to move all the furniture around in each room which concludes to 15 minutes of treatment time for $1000.00 dollars.robbery.when my wife tried calling the 800 number to have this matter addressed the call was ended in transfer.we called back and were transfered to another department and told to leave a voicemail but there was no option to do this.some customer service more like thanks for your money and see you later.i really thought because orkin was one of the longest standing services around and most widespread and most expensive it would be the best.boy were we wrong.

This year has been a bad year for mice. I've been working with Steve to resolve the problem. It's been about six months now, and each time he visits, the situation is a little better. Steve is willing to try different methods to eliminate the mice. "We'll get 'em, " he says.

Hello, I've had the Home Protection plan with Orkin for several years now and have never had an issue other than the appointment availabilities are getting further and further away in times, but a month ago I booked a service call for spraying for spiders in our backyard, which were overwhelming the backyard. It took 2 weeks to find an opening for a service call, but then the technician didn't arrive on that date, no explanation, no weather related issues. The technician showed up the following day but we were conducting a meeting in the backyard so asked the technician to come back, and he said he would come back the following day, but did not. I had to call into the central office to book another appointment, which wouldn't take place for another week and a half, but again, the technician didn't show up on the scheduled date, no explanation, no call, no weather related issues. The technician showed up the following day to spray, and even though it was inconvenient for us, we had him go ahead and spray. What is going on with this service? Why should we book appointments if they are not going to adhere to the schedule or even give us the courtesy of a call or email to change the date? I'm very disappointed with this current year's service so far and if this continues, will hire another company for the service.
