I called Orkin yesterday afternoon and Dan was here before 9am the next day. Both the woman I booked with and Dan were incredibly nice and professional. Dan sprayed the exterior of my house for box elder bugs, just as the company had done a year prior, and I now look forward to a full year free of these pests!

Compared to previous 2 independent vendors for spider spraying orkin only marginally more but orkin was very professional. Product very effective. And far less spray mess on windows etc. Product is are after drying about an hour. Would have given 5 stars but final spray got some on windows. However I was not home to remind him not to get on windows. He did not do as good a job as previous 2.

Had a Big Aunt problem in my house. And needed it resolved asap and they came out real fast. And taken care of my big problem so praying they don’t come back (Aunts)

Phone service was professional, and knowledgeable; and they were quick to fit me in when I told them I had bee activity above the garage and right at the front door! Upon arriving, Chris knew from one glance that they weren't bees; but actually wasps and yellow jackets! He immediately took care of removing the nest and dusting off entry points. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional but whoever does the schedule needs to learn geography for better logistics. Was supposed to be between 0800 and noon but didn't arrive until after 3 pm. Thats unacceptable!

Worst experience ever since I started using this service. Was asked to review a service that I did not receive & then received a charge to my credit card for a service that I did not receive. Made 3 phone calls during the day to resolve the problem. Still waiting for resulotion. There were 2 Orkin trucks on my street at different times today but neither one stopped here.

The agent was very professional. Very thorough with spraying. We got a spider and insect spray done. Second summer doing the service will definitely continue.

I CALLED THE OFFICE AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AS WE NEEDED TO MOVE IN IN A FEW DAYS AND WAS TOLD WE COULD HAVE THE HOUSE TREATED IN A FEW DAYS AND WHEN THAT DAY ARRIVED THE TECH CALLED ME AND TOLD ME NOPE IT WOULD BE A WEEK OUT I TOLD HIM THAT THE OFFICE ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE DONE ON THIS DAY AND HE WAS VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING SAYING ONLY HE MAKES HIS APPOINTMENTS AND HE DID NOT CARE WHAT ANYONE ELSE TOLD ME I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND YOU SHOULD NOT ETHER.

I spent 5 hours waiting for them to show up after making an appointment several days earlier. Not only did nobody show, but nobody called to let me know that they weren't coming either. 24 hours later still no call. I am not sure how many customers can afford to take multiple days off without pay and hope they show up.

Was quite pleased with their service. We live in LaSalle near Windsor Ontario. We booked out appointment through the phone and within a few minutes they confirmed our site visit. Helen, The representative that arrived, was very professional and knowledgeable about our problem. She was quick and efficient and took care of all our our concerns. We have used them and specifically Helen on all of our rental properties and personal home. We recommend using them for any of your pest control issues. Ask for Helen when booking your appointment. She was especially pleasant to deal with and would not use anyone else.

We have been using Orkin for 3 years now.
We are on a yearly plan and it has provided us with peace of mind when it comes to rodents.
It is also great to have the outside of our house sprayed for ant's, spiders, wasps and hornets 3 times per year, it keeps the inside free and clear of small unwelcome guests.
Definitely a great service and well worth the investment

I love using Orkin! Their quality is guaranteed for the year which is amazing in case it rains the day after they spray. It’s easier to schedule an appointment with Orkin than it is to order carry out. They have amazing customer service and are always dependable. I don’t trust anyone else to get rid of my spider problem.

We are out in the county and spiders are everywhere. When we first bought the house and moved in prior to our first spray, there were spiders everywhere, hanging from the house, in the grass, EVERYWHERE! Since our first spray the number has reduced 90 percent if not more. I never see spiders!

We now just keep them coming for maintenence. The techs and the CSRS in the office are always very polite!
