Went in for a few fillings. In all honesty, I'm usually very nervous for such appointments, but it turned out to be quick and painless. Dr. Bhatia and her staff are excellent! I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the East End who is looking for a dentist.

I hesitated for years to go to a dentist, because I always had a bad experience. Orleans Family Dentistry gave me trust in dentists again. The staff members are so welcoming and kind. They are also bilingual. Dr. Bhatia is incredible, so patient, caring and actually listens and offers realistic solutions. The clinic is bright and clean as well. I am so glad to have finally found Orleans Family Dentistry.

Staff is unorganized and unprofessional be prepared for the run around and for them to do stuff u didn't ask to bill insurance.

Had such high expectations but was absolutely taken advantage of. Once we told them we had insurance they completely ran up the bill and did nothing that we wanted. We asked them if they were a full service dental, they said yes. Later on they claimed no we’re not. We told them we wanted implants, they said sure, then proceed to show us a plan where they would start all the work and when it’s implant time they’d recommend us to a specialist. After they started the work they said it was impossible for implants and to just do dentures with them. We later find out that it is possible to do implants, they just don’t offer the service there (now we have to pay again for implants). Absolutely ridiculous and they ran up the bill for their benefit. Completely took advantage of my mother, now she is left with a huge bill and nothing that she wanted. If you’re a new patient go somewhere else.

Extremely friendly staff. The dentists are very caring and great at what they do. My teeth have never been cleaner, whiter and healthier all thanks to Orleans Family Dentistry. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I've been going to the see Dr. Bhatia for about 4 years now. It's always a great experience! Always very personable, and I every time I leave feeling like they go above and beyond to make sure I leave with healthy teeth. They run a great operation, thanks!

I was very pleased by the service I received from Dr Bhatia and staff. They all took such great care of me and were so pleasant to be with! Felt extremely safe from Covid they are doing all the precautions so I wasn’t worried in the least. Thank you!
