Referred by my wife and a few friends. Injured shoulder that would not go away. Did physiotherapy with Celine and staff. Was patient the second time
and results we’re excellent. Thank you.

I have been going there since 2006, for different injuries. The friendly staff has been there for a long time, therefore feels like a family. The physiotherapists give you treatments one on one, and they also offer an exercise program. I recommended them to a lot of people. No regrets!

This establishment is commendable. The employees consistently demonstrate friendliness and helpfulness. The methods they employ are indeed effective.

Jagrutiban at Orleans Physio is very knowledgable about chronic foot/ankle related issues. She's currently treating me for a haglund deformity and plantar fasciitis on my heel into my achilles with shockwave therapy and in 3 sessions I have had great improvement when nothing else would relieve my pain.

Clint is an amazing Physiotherapist and you can tell he truly cares about your well being. He has helped me so much with my shoulder and hip. All the staff there are super friendly and so kind. I feel very well cared for.

Staff is kind and my physio Jag is amazing! They do lazer, TENS, (more vibration/suction things I don't know the names of), acupuncture, cupping, you name it!

Jagrutiben is so knowledgeable and such a good physiotherapist. She explains and anwers all of my questions. My pain and mobility has improved dramatically after a few visits. I highly recommend her. She successfully treated me for vertigo and now for my saco-illiac related issues.

Shockwave therapy actually given by registered physiotherapist (not an assistant). Cost is very competitve. Happy also that some exercises with little traditional shock on other area. Also, I could do another type of neurothechnolgy-massaging or acuponcture all a 1h15 hours sessions for 150$. Super effective treatment compared to pshysiotherapy received over 20 years ago. More comprehensive and specialized equipment. I am now a loyal client of this clinic.

Having injured my back two weeks ago, I was looking for a clinic that could see me right away as things were progressively getting worse. I've then had the pleasure of finding this place and meeting Jagrutiben. Her gentle approach made me feel that I was in good hands. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She does not rush you, she takes time to explain you and inform you about what can be done to relieve your pain. The treatments received from her including the acupuncture, massage, the circulation promoter device used to stimulate the muscles and nerves, the streching, helped to improve my condition and I am getting better everyday. A big thanks to Jagrutiben for just being one of the best Physiotherapist out there️

Fabulous clinic. As a family we have visited this clinic a few times and dealt with both Celine and Clint. They have always been attentive and the treatments were always effective. I would highly recommend this clinic.

After many months of poor sleep and debilitating shoulder pain, I met with Jag. She is incredibly gentle, explains very well what is happening and makes suggestions. On my first appointment (evaluation), I was there for nearly 2 hours, which I didn't expect. She is very thorough and I am confident that with her continued care, the pain will abate. I am extremely satisfied with the service and level of care, and definitely recommend.

Went to Orleans Physio due to a knee/hip injury. Celine is easy to talk to, she understands and makes you feel like you are important and that she wants to get you and your body working better. She takes the time to ask how you are doing and modifies the treatment when there are improvements. It is a warm and friendly atmosphere. Celine is the best!

I can’t stress enough just how amazing Clint Dulude is as a human and a Physiotherapist. I went to him with legitimate, seriously painful conditions I didn’t know existed until they happened to me. He 100% cured my patella-femoral in both knees and my tennis elbow in both arms in a totally reasonable amount of sessions (they don’t try to “upsell”you trying to make you come back more often) and the experience is just pleasant. Great staff, great tools and technology and more importantly - it works. Back there for plantar fasciitis treatment and have no doubt the shockwave treatment will work for me.

I was impressed with the terrific level of communication. The online booking system and, if you need it, the ability to receive automatic notifications and updates to appointments is second to none. For anyone with a busy schedule, this alone should entice you to Orleans Physiotherapy!

I have been seeing Jag for my achilles tendonitis recently. She is so helpful, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with. She was able to diagnose and explain what is happening to me with ease. She uses a variety of techniques to help the healing process, and also gives me lots if different exercises to do at home. I developed this condition after a severe injury to my heel last summer, which i delayed getting treatment for. Jag is definitely giving me hope that my tendonitis will fully heal, I am even able to do full daily workouts again - yay! I highly recommend Jag - I referred both my husband and daughter to her already!:)

I went to see Clint for my shoulder pain due to an RSI. I am a relatively fit active person with an educational background in rehabilitation. There are many physiotherapists close home; however, I choose to drive the 40km round trip, twice a week to receive the top notch care I get at Orleans Physiotherapy.
Natasha Green treated me at another clinic a few years ago following a car accident. I was delighted to be able to find her again when my back and legs were giving me so much trouble.
Natasha is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. After years of suffering from chronic pain, with her treatments and exercise plans, I have had so much more mobility, better sleeps and overall improved quality of life.
The clinic itself is very clean, bright and welcoming. The office staff are all wonderful. Very polite, friendly and excellent with communications.

I can’t recommend Orleans physiotherapy highly enough! The atmosphere and people there, are friendly and welcoming. I have been under the care of Clint Delude, an incredible, knowledgeable physiotherapist, for the last 10 years or so, (having been to other practices without success). He is also an extremely good diagnostician, and was spot on for my shoulder injury long before my X-ray and imaging. I have seen him for pre-and post operative treatment, chronic pain, and accidents as well. He is very professional and extremely well-versed in his field. He shows a generosity of spirit in his dealing with clients. His email follow-up exercises are a great help. He has also treated family members. Clint goes above and beyond. Very impressed.

Having osteoarthritis pain management can be a challenge. With Clint’s knowledge of a variety of treatments, such has acupuncture, muscle stimulation and specific exercice regime I can quickly resume all my daily activities pain free.

I'm truly impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness from the staff. They have facilitated my recovery from a shoulder injury. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Clint over several years for a few different injuries. Each time he made a detailed assessment, explained what the problem was, and the treatments he would employ to heal the injury. I felt much better at the end of the treatment cycle!

Clint’s attitude supports you in your journey to wellness. His practice is such that he wants you to get better and stop having to come in for treatment. For one injury I sustained, I only needed one session with him.

Everyone at the clinic is welcoming and friendly! This makes each visit pleasant.

I went to Orleans Physiotherapy to get treatment from Natasha for BPPV vertigo. I was impressed by Natasha's knowledge about the condition and her considerate approach to the treatment. She followed up with me by phone to track my progress, which I feel reflects the quality of their service. I will definitely be going back to her if the BPPV reoccurs, or if I need physiotherapy for another issue! (I did go back and the service was still great!)

I was recommended by my friend to visit Clint due to an shoulder injury she has been seeing him for years! My first visit/consultation was this summer, which I was very nervous about, Clint was very professional, friendly, patient and very understanding. Not only does he consults you on your injury but also takes the time to get to know his clients. He is aware that I go to CrossFit and give you alternative, suggestions so you can keep being active.

Also, when you walk in, you get greeted by the lovely Courtney, who is not only friendly, welcoming but always smiling! The best customer service I’ve seen in years! She brightens up the place!

It was my first time at Orleans Physio. When you walk in you feel as if you are in a good place. People are talking, laughing, music is playing. The receptionists are the front are very courteous, and greet you with a smile. I needed to have an assessment done and Pratyusha did a great job. I asked questions and I got answers. She was attentive and made sure that I was in no pain during the assessment.

The best Physio clinic I've ever used - now, always my first choice.
Clifton and Pratyusha are knowledgeable, professional, competent and patient. Out front, Regina is very friendly and beyond helpful.
If you've been frustrated with other clinics (felt like a number, or less important than the money), then give these guys a try.
Even if you're uninsured - don't live in pain. They may still be able to help!

Very kind, competent care. I have enjoyed my experience immensely, I've appreciated the fantastic staff (amazing Receptionist and Physiotherapist) as well as some neat tech features like the covid screening by email, email appointment reminders and text message reminders. Technology and knowledgeable staff available for treatment was top notch. My treatment is now finished, my injury has improved significantly and they have equipped me with knowledge to keep treating from home. I will miss my regular visits with the staff!

I am a first time client at Orleans Physio. I was referred by my family doctor for lower back pain. Natasha was my assigned physio. I could not have been happier with my experience. I left my first appointment with an exercise plan, and tips to facilitate comfortable sitting and standing. I came in the clinic feeling one way and left feeling more comfortable and encouraged. I was treated mostly by Clint for lower back pain issues. I herniated 2 discs about 40 years ago and have been living with various degrees of pain during that time. I consulted with Orleans Physiotherapy after a move since I felt that the pain I was experiencing was much more than I normally experience. After just a couple of sessions, I noticed a huge improvement. I continued with the treatments and prescribed exercises for about 4 months. The pain is not fully gone but much more tolerable. I would imagine that at age 62, part of the reason for the pain is due to a certain amount of arthritis and that I must continue to stay active and exercise regularly.
This is the best physiotherapy clinic I’ve been to and can highly recommend their services. The staff is always happy to see you and they have a great sense of humour as well. Keep up the great work and thanks for everything guys!

I’m struggling a bit writing a somewhat negate review as the receptionist and my physio were very friendly and kind. With that said, I just feel like my treatment was not very thorough. I was not put through many tests and treatments following an injury and surgery. I received some short manual treatments, some laser therapy (which I don’t feel made a difference at all), and exercises to do at home. Mostly though, what kind of disappointed me is my physio was often confused and distracted, forgetting things, leaving my room to go help someone else, and at my 4th session, came in and asked me how were my knees, when I was in for an ankle injury. He then read my chart and corrected himself, but I guess it didn’t make me feel valued as a client.: (I had my first appointment at Moveo Physio yesterday and learned more in my 1 hour appointment than in 4 sessions at Orleans Physiotherapy, for the same price! Subsequent treatments will actually be less expensive at my new clinic, for, what I believe, a more thorough and helpful service.

I've had a great experience at this clinic - the front desk staff always promptly return your phone calls and are very friendly. Natasha is also a great physiotherapist. She listens to you and tries different techniques in order to get the best result. So far, I've been noticing some improvement from my chronic pain.

2021 Update - Still very happy! My physiotherapist is flexible to my changing needs, and is great at updating my existing exercises in order to challenge me a bit more and target different weaknesses.

I highly recommend this physiotherapy clinic, great staff, very knowledgeable specialist, they are professional and offer a great service. I made an appointment for a shoulder pain, they take the time to listen to you, to understand what's going on, guide you and answer your questions. Clint has been my go-to physiotherapist for almost three years. The clinic is staffed with great professionals and I always feel so much better after a treatment. They are following strict COVID 19 protocols for patient safety and comfort and I highly recommend a visit if you are in need of excellent physiotherapy care.
