Oro Barber Shop

This was my third time at Oro’s and for the very first time I was dissatisfied with Kaje’s cutting. I know he does his work very well and often doesn’t finish until he’s satisfied with his work. But, this time he made me very upset and probably I am not going to visit him for a haircut anymore in future.

Worst experience ever had in a Barber shop in Guelph. I went there just to get a hair cut since they were opened on sunday while most of the other shops were closed. The barber who cut my hair was not experienced i think. Because he took 1 hour and 15 minutes to make a very common, simple cut. He repeated the same step so many time. Other than that, The atmosphere inside the shop was pretty bad for me. I would never visit them again.

On the morning of my wedding I went to another barbershop who did not do a good job at all (uneven sides along cheek, didn't trim chin area, neck line not even), I popped into Oro while panicking to see if they could fix it and they did a fantastic job and helped relieve my stress on the biggest day of my life. I tried to pay but they would not accept, this is where I will be going back to from here on out. Amazing quality and amazing people.

I am a woman of a certain age and sometimes get attitude when I walk into a barbershop to get my hair cut. My hair is shaved on the sides and a bit edgy. I made an appointment at Oro today and was grateful to get a spot on Canada day. The owner and the barber who cut my hair were kind prompt and professional. He cut my hair precisely to my specification. Thank you Oro. I will definitely be back.

If I can give 0 Star I would anywayI used to recommend this place to people, but no longer do. I recently visited and had my hair cut by zeru and the haircut was excellent, but the owner rude to customers and staff. When I requested the use of the restroom, I was not allowed to use it. I asked the owner who was acting up, he replied we do not permit. Customers must always receive what they pay for and receive service, so washroom facilities should be provided. It was necessary for me to go to another store in order to use the restroom.

Kajela is one of the best barber in the town. I’ve Been getting haircut from him for the last 4 years and he never disappointed a single time. He Does a marvellous job on the Skin Fade and even the staff is super nice and friendly. Reasonable Prices and Great Service always.

The owner kejela not respect the customers, I hate to go that place.he try to treat me so bad with the customer service.

They were professional and had a good haircut. Only thing was even though I had an appointment I had to wait for my turn. Other than that place was fine and they know what they do.

Went to another barbershop first and they wrecked my hair. Found this barbershop 2 doors down and they fixed my hair. Did a fantastic job! Really good customer service as well. Highly recommended!
