Worst front desk. This place is so hard to reach. You cant trust the receptionist to take message or give reasonable appointments. They would not take calls or return duly. It takes million attempts to reach them and then they put u on hold for ages. Such frustrating experience to reach a doctor.
Doctors aren’t great either.

Horrible reception. Phones are never answered. Appointments with our family doctor are constantly canceled. Might as well not have a family doctor at this point. Not like we've been able to get in

Why does it take DAYS to get ahold of anyone? Hire more receptionists or the ones there need to do better because it should not take DAYS to get an appointment!

Worst clinic in the durham area, they never give appointment’s and never pick up fone. Also very rude when you go in person. My doc is great but we just cant do with the staff

Shame on you, I have a great doctor, but I'm told 2 months to see her, after begging them, saw a very ignorant male doctor, today in walk in I called 9 times 2 messages, they won't return my call, is it medical trust, my doctor, or there staff

I have been going this this “walk-in clinic” since I moved to the area 6 years ago. They are not my family doctor but if I need something quickly it’s close by. They were great when I could go there but now it is a walk in clinic ONLY for those with their family Doctor there. Just FYI it is not a true walk in clinic. Should rename it so people aren’t confused or walk all the way there and be told no.

Very rude and insensitive female receptionist. She is always on the phone watching personal stuff. Treats people with no respect!

Horrible Service. Terrible staff members who won't answer your calls (receptionist). Incompetent doctors. If you want to experience all the worst attributes of free health care become a patient of this clinic.

The male receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. He cuts you off when you try and talk. I’ve called a couple times now and he’s the one who answers the phone and doesn’t help with any problems, makes them worse. Would highly recommend a better receptionist.

Todays interaction with this clinic at 8: 45am has been horrible. The receptionist are always busy on phone and if they pick up, horrible response. These people only talk about policy. My family doctor is on vacation till 12th Aug and only she can review my X-ray and ultrasound. I have severe shoulder pain that needs attention and cannot wait for two weeks. I have in the past referred families to this clinic and those have left due to horrible service. I am going to follow up with the administrator and the govt.the receptionist did not disclose her name today on the phone. Emergency care does not apply as I already tried it and wait time was 7 hrs. This horrible service is adding more frustration to the pain I have. People in medical line were very helpful but now it’s policy only. Really bad interaction today.

Receptionist is rude not a walk in if you don’t have a family doctor there then take the walk-in sign down

So I show up after they open, have a doctor here and everything.and I'm told that I have to wait an hour for the walk in doctor to see me.at 8am after they opened.the people running the desk wouldn't even tell me where another clinic is to get checked out.

The front desk are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered and they're only getting worse. My doctor is in this clinic and they always book me with a ANOTHER doctor, that's if they answer the phone.

Everything seems to have gone downhill, no follow up from the doctor and the process to get an appointment is so difficult now. Even when the appointment is booked, the doctor never calls within that timeframe and I didn’t even get a call at all yesterday. I get you’re busy but there needs to be some follow up with your patients who need help.

Please display No walk-ins today board at your parking entrance in case the doctors are not taking walk in patients for that day, so that people can save at least the unnecessary parking fee.

Absolutely love Dr. Jeganathan, she is wonderful, patient and very competent as a practitioner.
However, I’m displeased with the fact of every time I call the office I cannot get through and often have to wait 5-10 minutes on hold until I call back. It’s been a vicious cycle since I have become a patient here. Eventually, I leave a message. But I have to wait past operating hours and my call will be answered, just put on hold…
And typically, my call has not been returned more than 48 hours out.
Disappointing.

1 simply because 0 wasn't a choice. Prime example of what's wrong with our Healthcare system. You're just a means to their paycheck

As a family, out previous Dr.retired so today we were introduced to Dr. Dobrinski. We had our meet and greet. She was so thorough and explained the medical conditiond we had and suggested different strategies and medications to deal with them. I was very impressed and wanted to thank her dearly for taking us on and ecplaining everything in detail. Also going forward we will have an understanding of how to deal with things in a different way. Thanks so much. I highly recommend her as Doctor. So far I am very pleased.

My child was experiencing ear infection with fever. When I couldn't get her an appointment with her family doctor at this same center, i went for a walk-in. The physician at that time spent less than ONE minute trying to know what the symptoms are and diagnosing the issue. She didn't care to check my child's ears properly, but provided a prescription for ear drops. As the situation hasn't improved in the next 72 hours, I luckily got an appointment with my child's pediatrician and showed the prescription and other medicines my child is taking to address the issue. The pediatrician then asked why is she given ear drops when there is no "tube" yet (got to know that ear drops work only when there is a tube that lets the drops cross the ear drum and treat the infection) and it shouldn't have been prescribed.
Writing this review because I've huge respect for doctors, but when Dr. Dobrinski didn't even spend time to diagnose the problem, I've huge concerns about it. This review is in particular about her, but not related to anyone else. HTH!

I have a good relationship with my family doctor who is at this clinic. However, it's very frustrating when I try to call and make an appointment with him. If you are lucky enough to get through to the main line, you are on hold for about 10 minutes. It will ring again and then you are put on hold for another 10 minutes. If do not get to the main line, you have to leave a voicemail. Some times your messages are not returned for a few days. When they are returned I am waiting 2-4 weeks to get in to see my doctor. I understand that the receptionists may be busy, but this sort of communication with patients is the most ineffective way. Please try and find a resolution to this problem.

Difficult to get appointments and Doctors never bother to call you again, if you miss the call, they are not carrying any moral responsibility. My entire day just gone in jus calling these guys It is very stressful & they don’t call back provisions

Booking appointments to be seen by your family doctor shouldn't take multiple calls, hours/days of waiting and numerous voicemails.
Quite simply, the desk staff don't answer the phones and after leaving messages there seems to be no focus on callbacks. The office website offers an 'App' with appointment booking but it doesnt work and options are very limited.to the point that its basically useless.
Can't speak to the quality of patient care or the state of the facility, as I can't even get an appointment booked.

I went for an ultrasound and the tech sena was very patient and kind to me. Lovely receptionist as well, will come back again from sure.

They say xray are walk-in. I arrive and there is only xray on Friday… they charged me 5 dollars for parking, I lost my time and my money.

Unfortunately this was an awful experience. We visited this Walk In Clinic solely because it opened early. We arrive and checked into an empty waiting room. We sat for over an hour and people came and went. What we found out was that the Walk In doctors started later and had their own patients to see and we would be seen ‘when they were able to see us’.
If you need walk in help do not go to this location as it will take far too long and the check in people are not very helpful.

Great staff, clean place, doctor was great and the pharmacy will pay for parking with a prescription

I love my doctor here, but they have not hired a female ultrasound tech for a while now and the broken elevator is not being fixed. Imaging is on the 3rd floor, so do not book here if you can't walk up stairs.

I visited this clinic for walk in clinic as I had fever and cold and a severe headache. As it was walk in I had to wait 2 hours. One of the nurse took me to the room and there I waited another half hour. And when I asked someone where is the doctor they are like they will be with you once they see other patient.
Thenafter I left the hospital and no one even cared to ask or bothered about me. I was about to faint any minute.
Worst hospital and staff. I will register a complaint against this hospital and staff. I will also recommend never go to this hospital if you are going as walk in.if we are walk in are we not supposed to treat. Worst experience in Canada. Very bad.

It's very difficult to get a hold of the receptionists. And when you do, they're very unpleasant and unhelpful.

Also, even if you just need a simple prescription refill for your regular medication, they ask you to come in to the clinic.which really doesn't make any sense.

The 5 stars are for the new property manager, Michael. He has been extremely friendly and helpful. My car was stuck in the parking area, and he has tried his best to get me out of there. Thanks a million again, Michael! You are an angel!

I have severe anxiety, not an addiction to cigarettes. These doctors seem so reluctant to even think about giving you a medication that'd work

Very bad experience. The doctor keeps on changing the appointment with out notice. Waiting more than a month for a general check up is too much

Our family Dr is amazing but this is the worst clinic to attend. My elderly parents either have to wait standing outside or sit on the stairs in the front lobby. And good luck trying to get them to answer the phone to let them know you are here for your appointment.
Seriously hate coming here.

Unfortunately there is no zero star option. Absolutely ridiculous. Even if you have an appointment they will make you wait outside for 15-20 mins past your appointment time. You need to call to get in and will not pick up the phone. And even if they pickup will put you on hold for several minutes.

Our experience with doctor Anastasia Dobrinski is extremely positive. The doctor is very bright, very quickly gather the necessary information, extremely knowledgeable and act very quickly and professionally when it is needed. Her recommendations and proper diagnostic and referral to specialists helped to normalize the situation for my mom, that had a serious health condition. For me the fact that the doctor is a fast thinker and great decision maker is definitely a positive thing. This is very different like a situation with many other doctors when you need to talk for hours to explain one simple thing. She do not need to talk for one hour to get the problem and see the solution. I very satisfied.
I am actually super impressed for my last 10 years in Canada she is the best physician I worked with.

My family doctor Jeganathan is amazing. She patiently listens and answers any concerns I may have without rushing. The staff here are quiet pleasant and are prompt in answering the phone. I feel parking here is a little congested.

Good service, Didnt keep me waiting to long, booked for 2pm and got in at 2: 10, and all the imaging was done in around 10 minutes

I am happy today so just want to give a review about Doctor Selvaraj, who is my family doctor from 2020, who solved most of my issues cholesterol and some personal issues. May be clinic is getting good review only because of this good man.

Staff members are truly amaizng, and super fast service even with no appointment, overall great clinic!

The front desk only thing they do is put you on hold, you have to call couple times to make sure they fax your prescription otherwise will take days to get its done. Rude and unpatient. Worst customer service. Not recommend this location at all!

My wife has been treated very poorly at this location and we strongly advise seeking medical help or family doctors elsewhere! Very very poorly run! BE AWARE!

My family doctor is here. This office is very busy, so I don't find the receptionists rude, but rather trying to do more than they can handle. They do need more staff, but I have always been treated kindly and quickly. Our doctor is very thorough and listens. Everything you need is right in the building, whether it be a dentist (ours is here and is awesome!), pharmacy or lab work. I would and have often recommended The Medical Trust Building.

Can never get a hold of anyone, my family doctor is never working and the secretary just keeps you on hold or you cant get through.

I had a family doctor and it seemed like he was very irritated and annoyed with be coming to his office. I went only twice. If a bus driver, Starbucks worker, etc etc is rude to me, I always am understanding towards their situation and remain polite. But when it comes to my health, I can't allow myself to make-do with doctors who do not make me feel welcome in their office. When I called to cancel my patientship, the receptionist seemed very annoyed when I politely let her know that I was dissatisfaction with the doctor's service.

Came here two days ago JUST TO HAVE A DOCTOR MAKE MY INFECTION 10x worse I’m in severe pain and still not one “professional doctor” is available

Walk in doctor sent me here and I even had a message from him saying there’s a doctor waiting for me and staff don’t even care what directions I was given, having severe anxiety attacks

The doctors and staff are lovely.however getting someone on the phone can sometimes be a nightmare.

Parking rate is absolutely ridiculous. I was there last week for less than 10 mins and had to pay $5. Then as I was leaving the gate was up. One of the highest rates for parking i have seen at a medical clinic.

I took my son when he was very sick about a month and a half ago. They sent me to the emergency right away. My son was looked after very well at both places. I trust them.

Had an appointment with my family doctor and sat in the office for over three hours and my case was marked 'urgent'.

I initially gave this clinic 1 star because I waited 2 hours and I watched the waiting room empty, twice, and they never called my name.

When I was booked in by staff at 10: 30am I was told there was 1 person ahead of me at that time.

I'm not sure what the issue was, but I felt like I wasted my morning for nothing. I was NOT impressed with the wait.

However, then I met Dr. Kathirkamanayagan (Dr. K.), and he was AWESOME, so I upped my rating to 3 stars. (He himself was 5 stars and I highly recommend him)

I love how the doctors have appointments and walk in hours in case you need to see them sooner than later. I'm excited and my ultrasound technician was amazing. For the most part they run on time.

Would give this place negative star rating if i could. Last three times ive been there has been problems with drs leaving early or one being there that says no to seeing my two children oldest 4 years old on a walk in expected us to sit there for over an hour. With two sick kids. Also find this place to be racist against white people. Ive had appointments there and seen brown families come in on walk in and get in before me to my doctor and now im a half hour or hour lats on my appointment. The x ray and ultrasound place i have no complaints but dont go to this doctors office. I will be going to the emergency room from now on

Do not like the walk in clinic. The doctors will decide to leave early or not show up at all. Please advertise or communicate in all ways possible that you will not have a walk in clinic when no doctors come in. Alternatively, take away the walk in clinic service completely. I missed work so I could have lots of time to wait for a doctor if necessary and was told that all the doctors decided to go home for the day. This is inconsiderate and horrible service.

I would not even have one star. I should have listened when i read the reviews. I went to this walk-in yesterday with my daughter as we both needed to be seen by a doctor. We registered and sat there in an almost empty (minus 2 patients who had family doctors there I assume) and was told after about 20 min of waiting that the doctor decided to leave for the day. We needed xrays (she on her hand and I had previously broken my ankle and needed an xray) so I ended up having to walk further (with at this point a really sore ankle/foot) to the walk-in downtown. THE WALK-IN DOWNTOWN KING STREET SAW US WITHIN 30 MIN AND WE WERE OUT GETTING XRAYS WITHIN 5 MIN OF SEEING THE DOCTOR. How hard was that? ! POOR QUALITY OF PATIENT CARE!

Had a surgery with Dr Ian chin for cyst removal, and the problem came back after 1 year. Yay time for surgery again?

This place is awful. They completely botched my specialist appointment by not letting me know they booked it and now the specialist wont rebook.

This Dr's office is horrible, the Dr's at this clinic do not care about ur health one bit. As soon as u walk in to the Dr's office u can tell he wants u in and out. I just went to the Dr's today for blood work and a pap just as a walk in cause I'm not the greatest at appointments due to my busy schedule. The first Dr tells me it looks like I need a pap says it on my papers, so the other Dr shouldn't get "upset" UPSET WHAT THE HE'LL DOES HE HAVE ANYTHING TO BE UPSET ABOUT ITS A PAP THAT STATES ON MY PAPER I NEED IT. K so the Dr comes in and he's mad at me that i wasted her time his time and other patients time? Excuse me? My paper says I need one so y am I getting in trouble for? The Dr's r very ignorant there including my family Dr there. This clinic has a long way to go on how these Dr's treat their patients. Definitely shouldn't be paid as much as they do these day's.

Parking is a very big problem. Hard to find the parking place and underground is so bad Van can’t go there it’s very hard.
