Best physio place in Oshawa. I have been going here for over 5 years. Zach my physiotherapist is very professional and efficient. The front desk staff is always friendly. I never wait long for my treatments. I always feel better when I leave. I originally came to this clinic for lower back pain and Zach was able to address my issue very quickly and he gave me an excellent plan to get better. I was suffering for over a year with the pain and it was addressed in weeks. I am so happy with all the staff.

I have been attending here for half a year.it has help greatly in getting my movement back and pain management. I do both physio and Message, they are great at reminding me about appointment and sending routine to do at home to keep up with everything they teach me.

My experience at Oshawa Physiotherpay & And Rehabilitation Centre has been nothing but a delight their staff is extremely friendly, bubbly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and safe. The kindness and positivity the staff gives off really helps with mood and motivation to get better.

I’ve been really pleased with the service. Everyone is nice, and everything is very organized.

Oshawa physiotherapy is wonderful! From the first phone call I had with them to my first appointment physically in the office the entire experience was absolutely professional and everything went exactly as it was supposed to. They are very efficient with time and also ensure all of the questions you have are answered accordingly. I have never been to physio before, this was definitely the right choice for sure! Would definitely recommend! The staff are wonderful and great at their jobs!:)

The clinic is a clean, organized environment with caring staff who take the time to hear your treatment needs each session. All clinicians we’ve seen are very knowledgeable and friendly in conversation. It’s a great facility for treatment whether you pay out of pocket, have private insurance, or need treatment from a workplace or motor vehicle accident.

I started my recovery here in the beginning of 2023 after my MVA accident in December 2022. I had multiple injuries, my eyes, my neck, my back, my knee and my shoulder were impacted due to multiple car accident.
The front desk girls are very friendly and they always great everyone with smile, They also helped me understand the process and fill out the forms as I have difficulty in vision due to eyes injuries.
My treatment is with Prutha and she is very experienced and knowledgeable of her field. She is very understanding of what a person is going through and always motivates me every time I lose hope. I was very impressed by her follow up after every appointment, even if you accidently miss an appointment, she will call and follow up to make sure you are okay, I was very impressed by it. So far my recovery is going in positive direction and although I still have limitations and it may take a while for the recovery, Prutha helped me and supported me not to give up and be hopeful for better situation to come. I am very happy to have her as my Physiotherapist.
Also the gym staff was amazing, every time I am resistant to exercise or in pain or even scared, they help me to stay calm and relax and do what I can do to the best of my abilities.
Overall this place is highly recommended. You will get your recovery for sure and will also meet great people who always motivates you.:)

I cannot speak highly enough about this team. This is my third time going to Oshawa Physiotherapy and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The reception are welcoming and knowledgeable, the physios really listen to your words and body, and the physio assistants are full of energy and are so good at breaking down each exercise so you have the best chance of recovery. Great team!

Excellent place, they helped me recover from an ankle injury. Dharmi is a very knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist. All staff are very polite and helpful, the facility is very clean with good gym, recovery equipment. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff at Oshawa Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre provide a caring and positive environment for its clients. From the moment you enter and the courteous front desk staff led by Mariyh, you know you’re in good hands. The physio therapist’s led by Kyle and Taz provide an experience with empathy and positive approach. The rehab centre staff are again positive and encouraging with their approach. As we go through the rehabilitation journey, it’s good to know that we have the support we do at OPARC.

This is my second round of physiotherapy and I find all the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain everything and the benefits of every exercise. Would reccomend to anyone!

From the very moment I entered the clinic the reception made me feel like I was in the right hands. All the staff I have worked with has been informative, highly skilled and professional. I have never felt rushed or like a number. I can honestly say every time I leave the clinic I have always felt better then when I have arrived. Zack, Kyle, Taz and Nicolas are my go to

Went yesterday, it was my final appointment, i will we be back for sure, Pruthaben Thakar was great and her service was excellent! Service was always appreciated, and once again was probably the best therapy I've had in ages, keep up the good work!

I have had a wonderful experience with everyone here; from reception, to my physiotherapist, to "the team" - all have been welcoming and friendly. The location is clean and the physio gym is well equipped. Best of all, I have never felt rushed - not just a number-type situation.

I started here after my car collision my lawyer referred my I chose to lie Ave because I didn't like the gym staff. I switched and tried four other clinics, none of them had a gym and one of them hurt me with the electric shock. I ended up back here and so happy I am. We addressed me staff concerns with the gym turns out they no longer work here. They staff now seen great. The desk girls are kind, they are amazing at active listening when you talk to them. There out going and really make you feel welcome and wanted at the Clienic. Kyle my chiropractor is caring pays attention to detail doesn’t do anything remotely close to rushing the appointment. He will answer 700 questions about the same thing in different ways if u need and on top with a smile. He is truly the best and almost the only example I’ve experienced of treating a customer or client with respect and dignity. Every time I’ve been with him it literally feels like I’m his only client he has. I don’t have a clue how he does it but he should be a trainer for all other medical related businesses and hospitals but after I’m heard of course. This clinic has set my standards so high for a physiotherapy Clienic that I attended the three others and it was like Pepsi compared to no name cola. Almost insulting how these guys make others look pathetic. To say I’d recommend this place is nothing close to the proper words. I would pay for my family to come here if needed. I feel bad for other companies in Durham you have no chance at all to be competition.

The staff here are really great! Kudos to the gym staff! You guys are the absolute best! The reception staff are friendly and helpfull! And of coarse the pt's are knowledgable and friendly!

Extremely well organized, caring, and helpful team.
This place is top notch, right from the time you enter the place. Upon each visit you are seen by physiotherapist who checks your injury, recommends what exercises are required, and will apply stretches, and movements. I was lucky enough to have Bindi Jacob. She is amazing! Once completed, she takes you to the gym, and assigns you to one of the many instructors, they are all awesome. They work with you, and demonstrate what, and how to do each exercise. The gym has all modern equipment, and treatment rooms, with everything from ultrasound, electronic muscle stimulation. I highly recommend this place!

I don't review much but if I could give more stars I would. I have to say that this center has a great team from the receptionist to the physiotherapist to the employees in the gym (sorry I don't know their official title) and the volunteers. All very professional. This would be the 2nd time I went there once in 2016 due to a car accident and then the most recent one when I sprained my knee and ankle, with their help I was back to work full duties in 2 months. All of them are honest and keep their word.
So ya only place I would go if got hurt again.

Very professional clinic and staff. Knowledgeable physiotherapists who take special interest in your injury and develops creative approaches for rehabilitation. (Bindu Jacob has been awesome in particular).

Great equipment and a clean environment encourages your therapy also supported and motivated by an amazing rehab assistance team all very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

I've been going here for almost two years after a severe head-on collision resulting in both legs and one arm broken completely amongst numerous other injuries. The staff here are all very polite and skilled at what they do.

I broke my fibula and needed surgery where they installed a plate and 8 screws. I started my Physio journey with Zack while I was still non weight bearing. The work he did on my foot helped me heal faster. He listened to what was going on and worked with me. I was nervous at first but he quickly eased my mind. Everyone in the gym were also so helpful and they didn’t make me do anything out of my comfort zone but they also pushed me which helped in my recovery. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with, including the girls in reception.

I was in a bad accident recently.vehicle was a write off, but I’m here today …so that’s a win. From the moment I stepped inside this place, I’ve only been met with happy friendly staff. Thank you ️

I have only been coming to physio for a few weeks and have already gained so much movement back and relief! All of the staff here are friendly and helpful! I can’t wait to continue to see and feel progress, it’s been life changing already!

Nice center, Kind staff. I have dealt mainly with Bendu and Zakir Hussain (Zak) for mine and my son's injury therapy and Both did phenomenal with us!

Bendu's presses on my neck's strains were sooooooooo good and on the exact points that she has relieved me from the pain within few sessions as I previously was unable to turn my neck to the left for a month before I come to this center.

Zak did therapy for my son's broken elbow, After removing the cast, my son's elbow was bended in 130 degrees out of 180.unable to extend it more neither out or in! Going to this center, Zak was so considerate, gentle and patient with my son. I was seeing my son's elbow extends like 7-10 degrees each therapy visit! Zak's therapy for my son was like miracle each time he worked on him, the results were showing directly! Amazing!

They’ve been amazing, I can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic.

Sanchita Singh is an amazing therapist. She has really helped me with my pain etc. Then I booked a massage and this massage therapist is the best. His name is Nicholas Wright.

Excellent services. The front staff is friendly. I still do the exercises shown by my physiotherapist. Have been pain free.

If you’re looking for a massage Nicholas is your guy. He will make you feel so light and energetic you can feel the effects right after the massage. Nicholas is one of the best.

OPARC has been extremely kind and caring throughout the whole process. They have helped me and taught me so many exercises! I would not have been recovering this well if it weren't for OPARC!

Highly recommended. Bindu (physiotherapist), Nicholas (massage therapist) and all of the Physiotherapist Assistants in the gym have helped my pain levels go down tremendously. The front desk staff and admin are very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The office is very bright and clean. Every employee here cares about your recovery and it really shows.

I would recommend OPARC to anyone. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. If you go in with one problem and something else comes up they are more than willing to deal with it also. I can't say enough about the friendly atmosphere. They go out of their way to accommodate you.

OPARC has been so fantastic since my grandfathers car accident in October 2020. Since my first phone call every person I’ve spoken to has been pleasant. Special thanks to Kyle who has been doing my grandpa’s Physio treatment. He has come during a pandemic to his home to provide services and he and his Passover have been extremely grateful.

All plans for treatment have been reasonable and continue to help with overall healing and treatment for my grandfather.

Thank you everyone who has taken part in this process and who continues. It’s very hard on the elderly when they have been in car accidents. Your patients and understanding is appreciated.

I absolutely love the Oshawa Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre. The ladies at the front desk are always more than helpful and kind. I've visited with both Lijy for physio & Elilnilaa for Chiro and I couldn't be happier with their service. Both are very friendly and helped with the problems I brought up.
The staff for the gym are wonderful and on top of things making sure you are getting the treatment you need to heal! Thankyou all so much for everything you do!

I was in a motor vehicle accident in February. It left me with a severe injury to my left neck and shoulder. Oshawa physiotherapy has been instrumental in the progress I have made so far. I have had a fantastic time with each and every appointment at Oshawa Physiotherapy with their supportive team of staff after a running injury. All of the phenomenal exercises and stretching I had learned really helped me strengthen muscles and ligaments that rehabilitated me to slowly start running short distances again. Also having the electrical stimulation at the end of each appointment was very relaxing and much needed. Special thank you goes out to Erica and Mike for their supportive help.

The OPARC staff has been incredibly amazing working with me since my accident in July 2018. They're so kind and caring they make you feel welcome. Its a calming and encourageing atmosphere so you dont feel like your there to focus on your pain, but your there to become a stronger person. I love the set up of the gym and how you can get all of thr services you need (physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage) in one place.
