I'd give it a zero rating if I could. Absolutely horrendous customer service. My wife and I waited on hold forever, only to FINALLY have someone pick up, and then ask us to hold again, and then they hung up on us!
Tried calling back quite a few times and we keep getting an automated message saying their call centre is experiencing higher than normal call volumes (which seems odd because when we got through the first time, they said there was only one person ahead of us), and that they couldn't take our call. Before they HUNG UP AGAIN. This is insane.
I'm trying to pay you! Hire more staff to take calls.
