Don’t buy online from the website. Because after placing your order and charge your credit cards they cancel it bcs its out off stock!

They had a massive selection of baby clothes that covered a wide spread of ages. The process were fair and the staff were nice and helpful. More than anything I found it to be very organized as opposed to some other clothing stores.

Stopped by to get a refund due to a price match on a previous purchase of a child's snowsuit. You have 14 days at time of purchase so please watch the sales. I walked in and was treated most excellent by the 2 sales people at the counter and was on my way out. This is how a customer experience should be. Thanks ladies ️

Great bright shop to visit with your kids. Plenty of choices for all ages and tastes. Reasonable prices for great quality. Free parking.

Had an issue at a separate store then went here and the supervisor in charge I think named Layla maybe Lily was super helpful at helping me fix my problem! Will be returning again!

Melissa Laird has helped us on numerous visits always so cheerful and super helpful I will come back to this store every time just because the service is so EXCELLENT!

Came here to buy a friend's son a present and had no idea what to purchase. The girl at the cashier was SO nice to me. Helping me pick up the presents to take her newborn. I was super greatful and had such a nice experience. Would def recommend & return in the future.

Manager very rude and probably racist. On a few occasions so far she's rude to my wife and once to my kids. When I asked to exclude 2 items from my purchase due to price, her reply was "oh my gosh". Been shopping there for 8 years.no appreciation.

The franchise can definitely hire a more qualified custumer service candidate for that position.
