Ordered wraps but not enough toppings don’t have parsley and less chicken other locations wrap is nice and fat this place very skinny wrap poor management this is my second visit pretty disappointed

Chicken bowl had barely any chicken in it, chicken was cold with some tiny particles of bones in it and rice were cold.
I was glad my little one didn’t had it else he could have either swallowed or choked with those tiny pieces of bones.

Very disappointed, Osmows needs to pay attention about food quality and quantity.

Ordered a super large shawarma wrap, expecting it to be a decent size but it turned out to be smaller then the regular size!
Checked with the rude employee and he confirmed that they have shrinked their quantity.
Do not recommend this location!

Fantastique expérience this evening, food very tasty and the gir that was l in duty tonight Tuesday November 28th was amazing, very professional and kind.

I order my mix shawarma large when it was in daily special for $12.99 daily special meal I paid $25 not special price without salad as uber doesn't offer salad sadly the portion was extremely small didn't follow instructions at all. Never again are we going to this location indian employees don't care for customer requirements and they don't read notes no hot sauce on top on side please and generous portion please fully ignored, it was regular portion packed into large without salad barely any rice or fries or chicken beef shawarma.
Osmows to try is financial dr Mississauga or clementine & mavis.

I always eat from Osmow’s but this one seems to take forever for your order to get ready. Only two staff members were working to get the orders, prepare and serve them. That is brutal on the people working there. Management needs to step up and help those workers.

The food is delicious! Generous portions fresh and fairly priced. First time ordering. Will be back.

Had good experience at osmows tried lamb shawarma it was so tasteful even we can make our own spice level.

One of the best shawarma rice bowls in toronto. Their hot sauce and white sauce is on point and the meal is pretty wholesome. Apart from The Halal Guys, this is the place where I go when I crave for some tasty shawarma rice bowl!

People in this place are scammers.

19th January 2023 around 7.30 pm I came here to order Shawarma. I was very hungry, but there was 1-3 customers and I waited there for 15-20 minutes to place my order. A guy came to take my order. My bill was $20.32. The staff informed that the payment declined, but the cash had gone from my account. Even though I showed the text message confirmation that I received and the payment from my bank account, he kept me there for another 15 minutes and said we haven’t received the payment. I left there saying that I don't want your food anymore, I want to refund my money after checking the accounts and return my cash today. I did not have time to stay there as there was another urgent matter.

He went back after giving my name and phone number. Till this time I have not been refunded the cash I paid nor have I been informed what happened at that time.

No one should fall for this scam again. I don't know if anyone has had this experience from here, but I or anyone I know will definitely not be visit at this scam place again.

Smallish place, only 1 person working (11am Saturday) and when 3 people walked in after me, he seemed to be quickly overwhelmed with the demand. Food is fair at best. Will likely just go somewhere else next time for shwarma.

Great place to eat non veg halal chicken or lamb.
Very tasteful, compared to any other shawarma restaurant. Even staff is very friendly.

I paid bill before serving food here on Jan 19th, but they says that the money has not been credited to their account, so far I have not returned the money I paid. This is a shop that does not know how to treat customers with respect. Don't pay with anyone's card here. After making the payment here, unusual transactions are taking place from my account. Today I had to block my credit card. Everyone take care

The service was awesome and we're willing to remake my meal. Hot sauce was very hot Make sure to not get to extra hot sauce!

Ordered online through their website and no issues, was ready in about 10 minutes. I got the combo, so a falafel wrap, fries and a can of coke. The wrap and fries were really good (and im not a fan of osmows in toronto, food is never good), but I paid an extra dollar for a large portion of fries and if indeed I was given a "large" portion, it was small.

Friendly staffs and the portion of the food is way more than Osmow's in Scarborough. The only thing is long wait. Busy day and less worker. But overall, we enjoyed our food.

No. Got the Philly steak and it was honestly the worst wrap I've ever had. No cheese, covered in mayo and the meat is 100% not steak. Do not believe any of these 5 star reviews, seems very suspicious compared to the myriad of 1 and 2 stars.

Garbage food. I had not a single piece of mushroom in my order which was there Saturday special vegetable phylli! They loaded it with carrots which I hated! Extremely disappointed… I won’t recommend this branch to anyone esp if you are ordering through Skip the dishes. I would have given O

Shadow of it's former self pre covid. Have had back to back terrible meals. Overcooked rice and chicken tasted old. Unexceptable mistakes on essentials for a middle eastern restaurant. Will avoid for now on.

They forced us to drink the Diet Coke and zero coke with family combo and none of our team was ready to take those.they didn’t put the other cans in fridge and neither wanted to exchange it with bottles even we wanted to pay for extra charges
The cashier, guy and lady both were too rude with attitude and asked me to go and do complaints where ever I can

One is too much for them. Because, We waited there around 25 min, As they forgot to make our food. Then when we got our food, it was inedible, was not fresh and uncooked. They are serving food to tourists. So, please don’t go there.

So, I consistently eat shawarma all the time. I have tried Osmows a lot, from many locations throughout Ontario. To my experience, this location is the worst of all! Their customer service is just horrible. When I called in to let them know about my experience they handled it very unprofessionally. Every Osmows I went, I have seen them serving similar portions of meat, how ever, this location, they gave us our Saj shawarmas filled with onions and very little meat. The meat was only in one part and most of the roll was air. We asked for very little onion in one and none in the other. We received tons of onions in both! I was hungry so I ate mine by just picking out the excess onion and didn’t take photos, but these are the pictures from my wife’s one shawarma. Two pictures from each half of her shawarma. As you can see! Onions and onions (she hates onions!) and I specifically ordered one by one and chose no onions for her. There was very little meat in both rolls. I assume we went during closing time so, the guy tried to cover the roll with something for the less meat, so he used tons of onions! Will be reporting this location and my experience to the head office as well. This is truly unfair consumer experience. A robbery almost. Money waste. Don’t go here! If you want a good experience in such a wonderful tourist spot.

I understand that everything tastes good when you are hungry, but not this Osmow's. This, without a doubt, is one of the worst foods that I have ever tasted. The meat was dry as wood, tasted weird because it was not fresh, with no taste whatsoever. The salad was not crunchy. I can go on and on. I had to dump the whole food. In short, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! DISGUSTING!

Went to Osmows this past week. I pre ordered the meal and told them the time I would be there because it takes a long time to get the food after an initial order in person (even up to 20 minutes) so by pre ordering they would be preparing the food as I drive to pick it up (I live 20 mins away). The parking at this location is very inaccessible which is another reason I preordered. It is on Lundy’s lane and there aren’t parking spots on the road or available for the customer eating at osmows. When I arrived I planned to park on the road (the second lane) as I was just paying and picking up the food. I walked in, and even when I was at the counter the workers didn’t acknowledge me even though they saw me. I actually had to tell them I had an order for pick up. The person behind looked confused and there wasn’t any food on the counter so I knew they hadn’t made it yet. One of the workers kept looking out the window, and I didn’t know why until I figured it was probably because my car was parked out there (because I thought I would be in and out quickly). Before I could say anything the worker actually went outside to look at my car. I have no idea why they wouldn’t just ask me if that was my car. I told the second worker in the store it was my car. When the first worker came in I proceeded to tell him that was my car, and I was hoping to be in and out of the establishment as my car wouldn’t be parked there for a long time but I could see my food wasn’t even made. I then went to drive around the block a couple times and I got gas. 15 minutes later I got back to grab the food it was ready by then. They gave barley any lamb and chicken and most of it was fries. The food is also really pricey it should be $$ regarding the price range. Bad service.

Stay away from this restaurant. Nothing close to the menus. The menu is indicating something and what you get is something else, or very bad quality. $13 for 5 pieces of Falafel on lettuce is unbelievable rip off. The Falafel is bitter because of the old frying oil, the Lettuce were withered. Phil Steak is another disaster. We were shocked of this place quality.

It was a Monday night and the two staff members were overwhelmed with orders so it took 20+ minutes to get a sandwich. However, the falafel sandwich was really good. I'm so used to dry, microwaved falafel and this was not that. Great toppings and sauces too!

Ordered large chicken on the rocks. The box wasn't even half full. There was barely any rice in there. I should have checked other similar reviews before going there. Don't go there. They will spoil your day.

Average shawarma at best.to start with the half and half shawarma was cold, they put big chunky pieces of meat which was either not cooked well or not fresh cut just rubbery. The outlet was pretty busy understandably but the guy giving out orders was so busy that he packed it shabbily and you could have left the shop with someone else's order easily. Expected better service. The spicy option is too hot so carefully choose the spice level. If all's good its worth the price compared to other costly options nearby.

We had the Falafel and chicken shawarma wraps from Osmow’s. This was our first time and I must say, the taste was amazing and it was totally worth it!

This place has pathetic service and no regard for the global pandemic going on right now. They have no sanitation whatsoever. Only 2 people were working on a Saturday night and they looked super confused and mixed up orders not just for me but for many other customers as well. And then completely disregarded basic corona etiquette and gave the order returned by another customer to a different one. Not recommended.

Service is extremely slow. I went in to order lunch and there are as only 1 other customer in line. There were 3 employees and 2 I think we're owners who went to the bwckt and left the young man on his own to make my lunch. It took 15 min to out together. Service is supper slow and they don't place any urgency to serving people.

Poor service, had to repeat my order multiple time to still have it made wrong for me, and it costed 50 bucks for 2 adults and one child.

Terrible food. Poor quality chicken that was fatty and gristly. Not worth the money threw out to meals after just a few bits. Not authentic shawarma flavour. Garlic sauce more like a thick mayo. Will not return.

Incompetent staff can't even read my order off the reciept just throw whatever they want in your bag before delivery

We ordered chicken and beef shawarmas. Chicken wrap was too dry. It was basically a wrap, didn't have any authentic shawarma flavours. Also, they informed us, basically a bribe, to give away a free pop to give a 5 star rating review. Glad we didn't go for it. Not worth the hype.

Visited here on Christmas Day for a quick bite. Nice options for veg & meat. Quick service / running kitchen. Tasty.

Just ordered the steak & chicken on the rocks. This meal is so worth the money! Granted, it's more pricier than a burger joint, but the food is so much better than any burger.

Their spices are on point & the portion size is perfect. A very delicious meal. You won't walk away hungry. Excellent food, I strongly recommend you try it.

Heard many great things about the chain overall chain. This was my first time having it.
Decor was fair and the kitchen setup with registers were actually very impressive. New, modern, neat, etc. The lady behind the counter was awful. Couldn't hear a word she was saying and kept asking her to repeat herself. Careless attitude and didn't want to be there. I got a large chicken wrap. By far the best pita (wrap only) I've had. Very soft and was thicker than most I've had. The chicken portion was fair but the toppings were extremely lean. Very minimal, pretty embarrassing. Had a total of 2 small slices of tomato on my "super" wrap. Even worse the lettuce was rancid and ruined the whole wrap. Must have been extremely old or who knows but it was certainly foul lettuce. The table I was at was dirty and they had no napkins for me until after I started eating as the lady couldn't find any. An embarrassment to the manager and the entire chain. I have no reason to ever return or pass along a recommendation to peers.

We used Osmows to cater for my sons birthday. Initially it was a nightmare getting hold of someone to try to arrange for the cater (70 people). Anyhow, eventually we did meet the manager and he was great. Gave us a good deal on the food, lots of extras and the food tastes great. We requested over and over again how important it would be to deliver the food on time. Come the day of the party, they kept saying they were on their way. They were over an hour late for delivery. There was no apology, nothing. Again great food, but if you are thinking of catering, think twice.

A perfect interactive dining experience. They serve contemporary Mediterranean comfort food with live cooking and the food is undoubtedly fresh. Affordable prices compared to any of its kind in the area. Worth a visit

Great Staff here. My wife forgot her bag at this joint while having dinner.
We live in Brantford and we reached home we realized that bag had been left behind at restaurant. We called them and they said that yes its here and safe.

We drove there back on weekend and bag was sound and safe with everything in tact. My wife tried to gave a tip to staff for their great gesture but they did not accept.

Best shawrma ever had in the niagra falls. Good staff and great service. The place is well maintained and clean. Jaspreet was excellent with dealing with customers and always wore a smile on his face. They do daily specials, ask for it.

The worst experience i have had ever at osmows. On quality and quantity at all. Please do not go at all.

My food was handled and made poorly. For ceasar salad, the man made it with their inhouse dressing/balsamic, garlic mayo and another sauce. First time it was made this way and I asked the guy about the sauces he mixed up and he said its really what it is. Went to eat it and could not even stand the creamy and vinegary flavour. Wasted food. The portion was ridiculous as if he never wanted to sell the food. We asked for to go, to make it simple and easy as the place seems busy at the time; everything you need you have to remind the man from napkins, to forks and bag. I mean I should not be asking for these.

I love Osmows food but not the service at this location nor their portion.

The worst service ever. The employee was extremely rude and snarky. I picked up water instead of pop as I don't drink pop and he started saying it's not in the combo and before I even came to pay the difference. Shawarma looks old and dry, God knows for how long it's been sitting there before they feed ot to customers. I'm in the service industry myself, stay away from this place before you get food poisoning.

Absolutely delicious! Very good customer service. I love shwarma putine in this Kitchener location and have found nothing like it since! Really happy to find a location that's better than that one in my new home city of Niagara falls! Best baklava too!

Very slow service (heavily understaffed). Overcooked rice. Prices keep going up and amount of meat in my plate keeps decreasing. Wont be suprised if the company becomes the next subway (lose popularity and fight to stay afloat). Washroom extremelly dirty

Good food. Poor service. Have been trying to contact the manager to discuss catering options. No one has bothered trying to discuss options with us.

Do not order any spice. We ordered just little and the sandwich was red inside. We usually eat spicy but this was not little and when we told them they said that's the way it is.

I’ve been trying to contact the manager for over a week to cater food. Neither does he return calls nor does he have a voicemail set up for me to leave a message. My experience seems to be congruent with the other one star reviews here. Good luck

Very bad there was a punjabi guy he gave us uncooked chicken and rice, we ordered a large but than also it was not enough for single person very disappointed

Honestly this is the worse place that exist in Niagara Falls.the food was so disgusting and the chicken platter had a very bad smell and the rice was bad.as soon as we got home me and my family were all throwing up.i feel so bad my kids had to eat it.i will never step a foot near that place ever.
