I bought extra chicken on salad. I ask them to put on separate. Cashier denied. I told her all other osmos they do. She said here we don’t do. I don’t understand

Made an order online, was given an estimation of around 20 minutes to wait, after payment was taken the email and message are for a time than is over an hour away. Get there at the halfway mark to make sure it will be ready as their site said and was told it will be a 20 minute wait from then. Tons of rice and about half the amount of chicken as other Osmows locations. It used to be a good go to but not so much anymore.

I ordered for our family dinner via ubereats. Mine was rice with chicken and beef combination while my daughter had philly wrap. Both were really good! Except for my husband’s order, it was beyond meat wrap which I upgraded to large. He didn’t even eat half of it. So, I tried just to know… —meat was really hard and cold. If it’s just cold we can warm it up in the microwave but real issue here was the meat— really hard and rough!

Food was perfect temperature, didn't have to wait long.
Would appreciate if they would label the wraps seeing they contained different ingredients, so I wouldn't have to open the wraps to tell the difference.
Overall loved it.

My go-to shawarma spot for chicken on half and half (roxs and stixs). Their fries are always fresh and their rice is fluffy and well-seasoned. Only wish they put more chicken on the top. Overall a very good option for shawarma cravings!

Great cheap food. Their chicken is amazing and the service is super quick.

Osmows celebration day and these guys where on point. Well organized. The food was delicious! Didn’t skimp because it was cheap. Love this location.

I am a regular customer at this location. So far, my experience was excellent;however, today I placed an order for pickup through DoorDash for a Lamb shawarma SAJ wrap. However, on getting back home after the pickup, I found that they have placed a junior lamb shawarma wrap instead of what I ordered.
Anyhow, I will return back for more orders because I really love their service except what happened this time.

I would really like to know what this blue plastic piece is in my chicken on rocks. Almost every bite had a thick cartilage piece. The garlic sauce had a weird taste and the rice was cold. Definitely a bad experience.

Honestly this location has gone down in terms of quality. The hot sauce this location makes is VERY different to other locations. For half and half chicken sharwarma I got the scorching hot level to see if it would actually be spicy this time but it was not spicy one bit. Whereas I went to another location and could barely handle the medium level of hotness.
I’m 100% sure they water down the sauce now and add paprika instead.
On top of that the wait was so long, I went inside as they were putting my order together infront of me and somehow the food was still cold…
Osmows is great but this location is not good and way they make their sauce has changed which sucks. Please do better!

My go to meal is chicken half half - on the rocks and on the stix. Their garlic and tahini is fresh and tasty. Sometimes they do not give you enough that when you reach on the bottom you don’t have enough dressing. The hot sauce compliments the food well. Sometimes not enough chicken.
The manager Siva is a good guy. I had a small issue with an order and called and spoke to him. Handled it really well as a manager and I was happy. I will definitely be coming back here over and over.

Service was super fast and the lady at the cash was super nice! I didn't have much time for lunch and the service was amazing!

Very poor customer service. I ordered swarma then I ask extra garlic source. She charged. $. 25 but they dnt add inside. Not valuable.

Food was done in a short time. My daughter did not have her mask with her and the cashier provided a new mask without even asking. Food was tasty (and hot) as expected.

Terrible experience. Went there for pick up for skip the dishes order and they made me wait in store for 20 minutes. While i was waiting, in store orders were cometed within 10 minutes time.i was tired after coming from my vaccine appointment and i tried to address this to the restaurant multiple times. The supervisor mohit yelled at me and the food was luke warm. He kept repeating that they are working all day. Skip was having technical issues and couldn't cancel my orders.

If you're not going to have pita on the menu to order online, then send it when someone wants it! I'm willing to pay for it!

Fully authentic. Worst branch in the city! Sound like they choose their customers. They look like criminals! I just ran away.

Did not enjoy my experience here, unfortunately i wont be returning. Much harder working and tasty restaurants id rather support. I saw all these ads for them and athletes posing. Shame shame.

Old rice, re-fried French fries. Quality isn’t there for this location and it’s obvious the food isn’t fresh. Seen two people working while they had a bunch of meat on the flattop. Maybe they need to add more staff.

The falafel wrap is absolutely delicious, as well as the rice and the fries.

I also love the fact that I can buy a side of the delicious falafels!

Good food, extraordinary staff, cashier is very friendly and cool. Management skills of cashier is superb.

Good Mediterranean food. Not enough sauce on the shwarma on the stix. Parking lot is very tight and odd shape. Be careful with your car.

Best Osmow, s in the GTA. I drive 25 mins just to get it from this location. They always give a large portion sizes. Would totally recommend it.

These guys take a hour to make one wrap, with a handful of employees working. Went to the Markham location and had a wayyyy better experience. There were only 3 workers working there with many orders, and still got my order within minutes. The workers there didn’t get frustrated and approached everything professionally. Military trail employees just get frustrated when you order.and seem to be lazy. I suggest going to the Markham location if you have the time to drive (20 mins from this location)

The chicken is soft, the somos else where is cooked a little more. I left this location with no chicken on my rice on both orders I made. Went back to get my chicken put in. This indicates the staff is not paying attention.

One of the best Osmow's location. You have to wait 15 minutes after ordering food as they have delivery orders to fullfull.

I don’t ’t like their swarm-a veggie wrap. They don’t offer fully vegetarian meals. Even the stuffs they put in my wrap feels like it has been fried in the same oil they use for meat.
Secondly their whole focus is on delivery orders/ even if they tell you it’s gonna take 15 mins at least it’s definitely gonna take 30 mins and I waited there for only one wrap which was not grilled properly. Was not made properly and I asked for extra spicy and you know they just put red chilli powder in it. Doesn’t feels professional. My recommendation to the store owner is to visit to your restaurant often or if you are visiting it every check your stuff.
I don’t recommend this place to any vegetarian person.

I am a fan of Osmows usually visits atleast 5 times a week.great taste.
But this time I saw a weired thing in here. I have visited Osmows at this location today. I saw a guy donot know the owner or manager, just yelling at the employees. I have been here for 20 min, felt so sorry for employees working there as he continuously talking to them which I felt so unpolite. I feel its so uncomfortable for both employees and customers visiting the store.
I hope some higher officials see this review and train the manager to handle his job politely which makes the business run smoother and customers feel loving to visit the store.

Found hair in my food 2 times i went to this place. It's disgusting. None of the employees wear their head nets or even a hat. Stay away.

Great food, especially if you're a fan of spice. The prices could be reduced a bit but they're not too bad for the portion sizes you get. They really fill the whole container up for you.

Osmow's is always just "okay, " it has affordable food that is filling, but as far as shawarma goes there are better non-chain restaurants.

EVERYTIME I go to this place I always ALWAYS tend to find hair in my food. It's disgusting! None of them wear their head nets correctly or at all. I even witnessed a customer come back saying she found hair in her food and called out everyone working there for not wearing their hair net.

Good food, chicken shawarma seems to be slightly over cooked at this location compared to others but still an enjoyable meal. Will return.

The food is good but the facility is not safe at all. We went unknown winter months and the floor was covered with snow water and very slippery. Workers are also not friendly, nor accommodating. I bought 20 plus dollar worth of food and paid with my debit after which I realize I was missing a drink so wanted to pay for that in cash it said $1 with taxes it's $1.13, but I only had $1.10 and they wouldn't accept it and I had to pay with my debit again (I have no problem paying with the debit, because I have unlimited transactions).
It was just a principle of the fact is they are penny pinching from their customers, besides it probably cost more than $0.05 on a debit fees. Lol

Such a bad service.never answer phone.no customer service and the guy is always yelling.place lloks dirty also.avoid this location

Feeling sick after eating chicken on the rocks. Given that’s the only thing I ate yesterday that’s the only culprit. Furthermore, still feeling sick.

I tried the chicken on the rocks a few months back and I immediately got sick right after. Today I decided to give it another chance because I have had Osmows from another location and it was great! 1 hour after eating it today I feel sick all over again. I am never getting food from this location anymore. How has this place not been investigated yet?

Good take-out. Great for students. Overall good value. I like REALLY spicy food so I ordered mine with a "suicide" spice level. It was spice without flavor, I won't order that again. But I will still eat here.

Long wait time and got a bad stomach problem and had to make multiple runs to the washroom after had that

This place us definitely NOT authentic Mediterranean as it claims to be! I walked in expecting a regular Osmows franchise but the menu is completely different and so is the taste. It's more of a Tamil twist on shawarmas. Super spicy even if you ask for medium spice and the original Osmows sause is not present. I asked for my receipt which the cashier hesitated to give and the name of the restaurant on top said "Yushas" not "Osmows" lol is this a joke?

Quality is not as good as it used to be, fries are pretty old and occasionally you will find chicken bone in your food

Great food! Just warning on the spice level. Don't try the hottest level of spice (suicide) unless you really are a hot sauce champ.

This place was good up until I found hair in my food. Honestly I’m over this place. TERRIBLE restaurant this location specifically, the workers don’t even wear a hair net when making your food, absolutely DISGUSTING. I went back to get my money back and the guy tried to act big and I made him look like a goofy in front of everyone, they all walked out, out of disgust. Don’t blame them.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! TERRIBLE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!

First time trying it i think I was overwhelmed with something. So I gave it another shot. It was the hot sauce that I wasn't much fond of. Tried it again with less hot sauce (medium), and it was a lot better tasting. I'd say balanced if it wasn't souped up with sauce.
Overall still pretty darn good!

Place is nice and have totally different menu compare to other #shawarma places. If you not regular you need to spend some time to read the menu and decide what you want to eat. This is not a typical shwarma place. They have some good stuff with really hot spicey options. Plates are loaded with all sort of stuff with high calories. Other than that i would rate this 5* and pretty nice place.

Consistently slow service and lower quality food, especially when compared to the Osmow’s standard that is upheld by other Osmow’s restaurants. Over-crowded easily and no clear direction/organization for customers and people waiting for their food. Super cramped seating area, and unresponsive/rude service. Just a mess and would recommend a different Osmow’s.

The food here is great. However, staff in the kitchen look unprofessional and to put it kindly unsanitary. The customer service experience is non existent hence the 4star. If staff were professional and looked the part i would recommend to friends and family. Great food otherwise.
