Been there so many times. The staff there is so nice. Especially Adil. Always smiling even when the whole restaurant is full with customers.

Lamb shawarma on salad is spot on, right amount of meat with the amazing taste.
Quantity is consistent as compared to other osmow’s

Got chicken on half and half. This location is cheap on chicken and fries were over fried.

Reply to owner: This isn't my first time visiting Osmos, i know how much chicken is on a regular size. Anyway how would a customer know if they really got the 8oz. *Maybe you, told (force) your employees to cheap out on chicken. *Make bigger profits.

I read other reviews of this location, many state the same.

And what about the overcooked fries?

I went to dine in the other day and had a great experience, the staff is very polite and patient and the food was very fresh and well served.

Its not hard to make fries, ive posted a picture of frozen fries, not the first time this has happened. I gave it another chance and yet no improvement just keep getting raw fries, now its not all the time but enough for me to make a post about it

Service was not up to the mark. Chicken was not fresh. Taste was pathetic. Salad was also not authentic. Only served cabbage in salad. Expected much better that actual taste….

Not very flexible, service was poor, the utensils were just thrown into the bag. Not very friendly. Much better service at location in the Bramalea mall and at airport road. Will never go back to this location!

Chicken was dry and hard. Not fresh and hardly edible. Maybe cut off a bit of the dried out chicken first. Had to throw it out. Sauce also tasted off. (Ordered chicken on the rocks) Gave it a 2 because the rice was ok. No option to post pic or I would. Sadly disappointed

I travel all around in GTA and I’ve tasted the food from other locations, I must say this Chrysler location is simply atop, and great customer service & delicious food.

Here's a chain doing it right! Never been disappointed by any Osmow's we've been to, but this one is our favourite. Polite, fast and attentive staff, food is exactly what you're looking for, always clean and busy. Highly recommended!

Updated: They now offer Beyond Meat shawarma, one vegan and another vegetarian. Brilliant!

Gave a second chance to this place after 1+ year. And i am blaming myself.
Similar experience, dry shawarma chicken smells like it was frozen for months n months.
Staff is very rude not sure for what. I have worked in the fast-food myself still my wife is a manager in fast-food restaurant and therefore i truly have understanding of what a gd customer service is and how they are Way below standard other than food quality.
I wish i can delete this location and never have to go there again even in desperation.
Probably their MGMT will contact again for nothing. Last time when I complaint someone got back to me after months that we are looking in to it.the end!

Im upset with the service. Iwas not asked for a shawarma size on the phone, but they made me a "super" when i arrived for pick up. They offered to make a new shawarma for me, but i had to go - which is why I ordered in advance.

Best customer service and staff. As a regular at this Osmows location all I can say is the food is always a hit.

OSMOS CHRYSLER have no ethics when it comes to customer service. Worst experience when placing an order for pick up.
I’ve placed orders through Uber from various locations and this is by far the best at its worst.
I think everyone is use to the poor service in Brampton being what it is and is A new trend all across BTOWN. DOESN’T matter what restaurant you go to. Speaking from experience go out side of PEEL REGION it gets better.

Can't trust them with skipthedishes they will always mess up the order not even try and fix it chicken on the rocks and they forget the hot sauce.

The place was very clean and staff seemed friendly. The chicken shawarma was made differently from other locations so that threw me off a bit. I also ordered the chicken half and half and that was made very well.

The lady serving at the front was rude.if you don't eat beef DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.they not only cook beef and chicken on the same hot plate but also use same knives and ladles to handle both meat products.very unhygienic. DISAPPOINTED.

Giving it a 4 because of the food - would have been lower due to service. Ordered pretty much everything off the menu to try it. Food is lit!
But. Check your order before leaving - charged for combos didn't get a combos. First time visiting this place on National Shawarma Day. Overall the food was good - but they forgot my fries. I didn't bother going back, because the cashier really didn't make the experience worth driving back there. She seemed annoyed to be working there.

I've been going to Osmow's for atleast 5 years now and it was great but for the pass couple years I noticed alot of changes. I recently order chicken on the rocks (the usual go to) and I noticed that the quality of the food was disappointing, the chicken was dry and the famous garlic sauce was bland it didn't had that impact anymore. I hope that Osmow's goes back to where the food quality was superb and not what I experienced dissatisfied.

Terrible. They were late to deliver, waaayyyyy to much sauce it was drowning and just left with my $20 didn't offer to give me change

That girl in there is rude and gave me a greasy osmows full of garlic sauce with cold rice and when went inside they argued with us just left the osmows plate on their table and left the place not coming back….

Good shawarma, the taste and quality are much better than other osmows and shawarma places. I prefer it as a good take away or delivery place.

Taste different every time I go in.careless people they rather talk to each other than make my food properly

I never had any bad experiences with this place until yesterday. Pita was super chewy almost felt like it was stale and also they added hot sauce at just one place so that’s what I tasted when I took my first bite and after that my wrap was blend

The food here is always fresh! This team cares about their customers and delivers excellent service. A positive experience every time! I highly recommend this location.

One of the best Osmow's i have been so far. I have been going there for the last few year, the food quality has never been changed. They always have the fresh food. There customer service is pretty good. I can rate this place without any hesitation.

Disappointed with costs now. $42 for a small wrap, medium chicken on the rocks and a salad - delivered via Skip. $7 for lettuce, croutons and dressing needs to be re-evaluated in my humble opinion. Sorry - but been with you since you launched but this may change things.

Edit** Correct - this was actually delivered from the Airport location as it was delivered to business address. Since you note head office control and it seems you're very good partners with them (training new locations we assume very often) perhaps you can drop a note in to let them know it's getting a bit pricey.:)

Tried the Beyond on the Rocks, Osmow's signature hot sauce and the new vegan garlic sauce. I absolutely loved it! I'm by no means a vegan, but I wanted to see if the taste could compare to a chicken or beef shawarma and it did not disappoint! It's a great new option to add to the menu! I will definitely be ordering this again sometime.

I went to this location today around 9: 20pm and the girl who was working at the front is very rude and even she wasn't letting us to complete our sentence and she was saying that we are closing in 4 min. If you guys don't wanna serve the customer than do a favour on yourself close early. Even the closing time on the goole map is 10 pm.

I went in and started to look at the menu when I saw a a women I believe speaking Arabic she's always there. In general is very unsanitary and rude women. She was talking without her mask to the cook next to the backroom door. The regular tall stocky prep guy also walking around with no mask. A good five minutes later they decided to put them back on meanwhile the prep guy touching his hair and mask repeatedly, while touch his hair e asks help you seriously? This is the guy that's the one always preparing everyone's food on a daily basis, seriously dude. You guys need a lesson in cleanliness and proper hygiene, maybe a nice visit from Peel Public Health.

We were there today it was amazing very delicious food fresh friendly staff smiling all the time. Very clean, we ordered osmows mixed grilled and salad and it was all perfect I recommend highly if you want good quality and well done food thank you

As usual Osmows never fails to satisfy your craving for that amazing Garlic sauce that your stomach has been craving for after a big and hectic week.

I tried the half chicken and half lamb meat on the rocks for the first time and definitely enjoyed the lamb meat.

PS- people who like to enjoy a drink with your on the Rocks.try whiskey and not beer.beer will make you feel too heavy and you won't be able to enjoy your rice.

Great chicken shawarma wrap. Sauce is spicy but I like that. I had fries and garlic sauce which was really delicious but the garlic sauce is an extra $0.50.overall, good meal.

When I see the Avengers eating Schawarma, I like to think this is the place they would go. Very tasty. It is fast paced, so be ready with your order so as not to hold the line up. Overall, a great place, and worth your time to stop in and order! I wouldn't dine in just because its always busy - and that shows you that they are really worth it!

Worst Osmow's I have ever been to, the guy was rude and the chicken was dry. Portion sizes smaller than other Osmow's. I refuse to ever give this location my money ever again. Also, not COVID friendly, masks weren't even covering their noses.

Food portions has been decreased and the price is the same. I called the manager Abdul and he agreed that box size changed and told me complaint this to the head office. He failed to satisfy customers. Not going there anymore quality and quantity has decreased since 2019. Always new staff at the front counter to fill

Another staple in Brampton known to have some of the best shawarma however after today I have to say I'm disappointed. The chicken on the rocks had a lot of bones in it and were very hard. The rice for one of the 3 larges that I ordered was also burnt and had a smokey smell. I would recommend trying other places as it seems this one has fallen from grace over the years.

Food here Is very hit and miss. If you go on a busy day you'll for sure get fresh meat. Any other day the meat is stale and tastes like its been sitting for several days. The hygiene is a concern as well. Very hit and miss as I mentioned.

The girl almost had a tear rolling down her eye, because I asked for extra garlic sauce at the end.

Go get your Shawarma from a place where they don’t get angry because you asked for some more sauce.

Have been visiting this location from some time now and each time its a hit or miss situation. There is no consistency with their quantity or taste. Today has to be the most disappointing experience i have ever had at Osmows. Ordered a plate with fries and salad and all i tasted was salt. Fries were mixed with old fries and bathed with salt. The salad dressing had a very sour and almost fermented taste to it. Everything was too salty and did not taste good, 2 spoons of this food and had the worst headache. Spent money to get the worst food to just dump it in the garbage. Stay away and clear
