The food here is so amazing, the staff is great, and it doesn't take long at all to get your food after you order it. I would strongly recommend this restaurant if you want to get a tasty shawarma:)

I’ll never ever come back here. First of all the girl that works there has poor customer service. Second of all the portion is so little. Thirdly, I did not feel good after eating the food there, it was contaminated.

I ordered a regular size chicken shawarma wrap, just wish i got more for what i paid for. Guess they are really cutting back on size.

I am regular customer here but whenever there is a guy with silver chain and glasses don't let him make your food he don't know how to make it.the lady use good amount of sauce but that guy drizzled only few drops my shwarma poutine was almost dry even after paying extra garlic it was less then regular garlic

A lil late but on June 26 at around 1AM I ordered just chicken and just lamb on ubereats. I’ve tried every Osmows in the GTA trying to find who gives the best quality overall and just wanna say special thank you to whoever made those plates, that was the most delicious absolute best I’ve ever gotten from every Osmows location

I got this chicken in the rocks and it taste so bad. Chicken is over cooked and i asked for grilled onions but guess what, they only gave me raw onions. Very disappointed

I've been coming here since they opened and I can say that it has really changed. The prices have gone up and the servings are very stingy comparatively to when they opened.

The initial appeal of going here, when compared to competitors, was that they were generous with protein and garlic sauce. The aspects is stingy and and the food is dry now. Now that that they are cutting portions and increasing prices, it's not worth the price.

If you look at pictures of food that they served from 4 years ago and compare it to now you can see what I'm saying.

Probably the worst Osmow’s location I’ve been to. I’ll keep it simple, they got our order wrong, the ingredients were stingy and they were way too slow. Disappointing as l usually love this brand.

I just got a chicken on the rocks and there was a long hair in it. Gross, I couldn’t even finish it and based on all the other reviews I think they need to have some procedures put in place about this problem.

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this location.i ordered a student special (consists of a wrap, fries, and a can of pop), the wrap was made HORRIBLY.not only was it wrapped incorrectly, but i found a piece of hair in my food.employees failed to wear a hair net.i also paid extra for cucumbers and received 4 chopped up pieces.

I bought this falafel, which is bitter in taste, over cooked & impossible to get eat as it is so hard, never seen these kind of falafel, and the girl who was working there, baby if you don’t like to deal with customers get a off counter job, it will be easy for everyone. Sorry but You ruined my evening guys

I am a very picky eater and this is the first time I tried mediterranean, to my surprise the food here is very delicious. Only the service from the team needs to be improved

Refused to prepare philly chicken. I went there at 10am.they closes at 11pm. Still refused. Told me cook top is off. Told them i can wait. Then told me they dnt hve veggies required to prepare philly chesse chicken… then i told him i can get them from my house.still refused.then told me he dnt knw how to cook. There are till 10 mins left.while am writing this review.

Food is good here but one time somebody put extra hot sauce and when I ask sardar ji that can you change he ignore me and said we can’t make another one and when I ask manager he said I am And even I didn’t touch food but over there one girl make my food again after 10 minutes

This used to be a good location but lately its been a disappointment honestly, doesnt have the taste it used to and meat quality isnt great either, i hope you guys fix things up

Not to scare anyone but the first time I ate at this location. I ended up getting a weird cough feeling afterwards. I thought I was in my head at first thinking maybe something is just going around but I went there a second time and the same feeling happened afterwards. Had this weird coughing feeling, didn’t feel sick but just felt weird.
Could be something in the food, or old sauces and cheese

Surely a spot worth trying, the food is awesome and well prepared, the cost is convenient and it is consistently well kept there. Kudos.

Love the everyday special! Staff was very polite and quick to serve me up my dose of Mediterranean delight! The store is pretty clean and the food is super fresh and tasty!

They do not make "Shawerma". May be just call it a chicken roll.its not even close to being a shawerma.and i know what im talking. I was raised in the middle east and moved here when I was 30.and stop calling it a mediterranean Spot because even the other stuff does not taste good.

Really bad customer service: very rude staff who don't listen to what your concern is l, and are stingy with the food. Payed for extra but they only put a little bit more than the regular amount. Also, ordered 2 half and half and a wrap. They did not put the wrap in the bag, I only realized this much later and did not want to drive all the way back to the store. (Ordered march 8 around 7pm)

Its second time I got burned chicken in chicken on Rocks. Our dinner is ruined by you guys. Its terrible please improve.you guys should know what you are serving. I will go to another location next time.

We ordered Chicken on the Rocks last year & quality was quite impressive. Now, I don't know what's changed here but the quality
of the falafal on the Rocks was not as expected. I am bit disappointed.

Place is awesum. Sunday was very busy, two guys serving very fast and good. Black cap guy cut the chicken and taking order same time was tough but he was doing very good.both guys are fast and good. Chicken was awesum. Chicken with fries was so yummy highly recommended friends too visit this place

Visited this location on a Wednesday evening around 7: 30. It had a few seated tables eating and a few customers waiting. There was only one associate working the cash and although she was very kind, she was overwhelmed. She messed up our order and did apologize for it, which I appreciate. The issue was the kitchen took a good 20 minutes to correct the order by which time the rest of our take our was cold. I will say that all of the food was still delicious. With the exception of one of the younger females working the counter all of the staff was also very polite, but perhaps just a bit overwhelmed.

Great service, great food - shawarma wraps are on point - I don't suggest the shawarma plate - very non traditional

If you are at job near to this place just come and try one specially the half and half chicken it’s amazing and you don’t have to wait long for your order.awesome place for hanging out with friends, family and kids. Nice environment too.

Service was not good at all. They seemed to not care about customer service. Osmows was delicious back in the day but not so much anymore

The food is ok, price is reasonable but the lady behind the till is very rude, I go there very often but the lady always ignores her customer and chat with colleagues and she is rude, and arrogant

The girl at cash was really nice and friendly liked the customer service and food was also really good

I gave 5 star when i went first time
But just recently i had 4/5 visit and see same response. Lady work at that location dont know how to deal with client. Even meal prepared by them doesnt look we paid food but a charity. One day you will lose all clients as most people will go to lazeez which is not far.

I love the chicken shawarma it is good be careful with the hot sauce I didn't think it would be that spicy but it was good!

Good food whenever I order. Not spectacular as it used to be, but still good chicken shawarmas. Would give it a 3.5 to be honest.

Osmow's chicken on the rocks is the most amazing dish I ever had in canada. Can't wait to visit again

Not recommended osmow's location at all first time I bought from them chicken on the rock the chicken was not cooked well today I bout again found hair in my plate like wth guys if I could I would've give zero star

They don't know how to deal with the customer and after taking orde they forget to give food customer have to for 30 minutes. Awful experience.

Chicken shawarma tastes similar to other Osmow locations. However I asked for mild spice but got medium instead - same thing happened to 2 other ppl I was with.

Cashier was really very rude, no guidance for new coustmer, no smile on face nothing like coustmer service, otherwise food was good.

Good food but lazy workers. Also keeps turning off Uber eats so they won't have to take online orders. Good job management.

Girl at the counter said that food is halal. Couldn't produce the halal certificate. Indian punjabi staff. She even didn't knew what country cuisine it was.

Service is decent, nice enough. The food is good in terms of quantity, good portions. However not the best shawarma available in the area.

I wish I could give zero stars. The food was cold and nasty! Completely covered in mayo. I left my food there and couldn't even bring myself to take it home. Absolutely disgusting

I had chicken shawarma plate with rice this week, In June 2018 and I had food poisoning since. I am right now in bed with diarrhea. Hope to feel better soon. Management please improve your heigene, I can't even imagine the conditions that must have caused this for both me and my wife.

I love all the osmow's I love their Shawarma and their Chicken on the rocks. Price-wise it's a little expensive

I have been ordering shawarma platter, last one year, at least twice a month from this location. They were one of the best I ever tasted for Mediterranean- Middle East cuisine.
Now it is not the same, the shawarma platter chicken they use are not well grilled. When I picked my meal today June 28th 2018, I saw they don’t use the shawarma grilling machine meat for the shawarma. They adopted a short cut, (I guess bcos of demand), grilled in the normal pan. It is not well cooked, and the meat size is no more fine and delicious. It taste like eating half cooked meat and very thick.
Even their salads like fattoush has lost it is credibility. The salad is not fresh and decorated really poor.
They lost their credibility and won’t recommend this for anyone interested in having shawarma platter or shawarma on the rocks.

Happened twice that they messed up my order.
Ordered falafel plate coating $13.5 and they gave falafal rice which costs only $10.

They Increased the prices of food and reduced the quantity and quality.

There are many other better places to get Mediterranean food.
