Best wrap ever, the chicken is fresh, the sauces are rich and the best part is unlike other food places u dont have to wait for hours to get your food. Menu selection is vast and the staff is very friendly

How is this place still open? The chicken was DISGUSTING.the garlic sauce.ugh don't bother and the hot sauce tasted like cheap hot sauce.not to mention no AC inside the restaurant and employees said it's been down for couple weeks. This owner must be greedy and an a hole

The customer service is very lacking at this location. I placed an order in person thinking it was going to come with fries instead of rice but due to a misunderstanding on my end, I thought that I got the wrong side so I called the restaurant after I left to tell them. However, in a berating manner they explained that I correctly got what I ordered and that I should have looked at the pictures before placing my order, essentially implying that I was dumb for not knowing the difference between the menus items. I just hoped that this was communicated in a less aggressive manner and due to this, I will not go to this location again.

Well we placed our order online several times from the osmow’s at courtneypark and everytime we experienced the lesser amount of sauce they put which according to them is standard. Its not in the first order that we complained but being at workplace we need food that can’t be returned once ordered due to time constraint but this place messes up with the amount of sauce they put leaving behind the actual experience of the food. The platter being dry due to bare minimum amount of sauce they put. I have had Osmow’s at other places too which is amazing with sufficient sauce which is actual standard not with the droplets that the one at courtney park offers.

The rice served were not properly cooked and the souces added inside the showrma was below the standard and whole food was worst then what i had ever ate in other osmows's. I prefer everyone not to take food from this branch.

To be honest, it was a magnificent experience in above mention three area: Food, service and atmosphere. I recommend everyone who want to eat spicy food, they should visit frequently and enjoy there.

Osmow Shawarma is the best shawarma place in town. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and the garlic sauce is to die for. The service is always friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

I found 5 PIECES OF HAIR within my food (chicken on stix)! When I called the store and informed them about this, the person on the phone replied "ok". COMPLETELY UNPHASED, which leads me to believe this is normal for them. The individual on the phone's name is Sam.
In addition, they took 20 minutes to make my order (2 chicken on stix) and the store was empty with 3 employees!
Worst experience ever and I have had osmow's numerous times at different locations!

This osmows is on point. Better than most locations besides Streetsville. Recommend

EDIT: came here again at around 8 pm on a Sat and the guy making the shawarma was quite stingy on the ingredients, check the photo. 1/3 of the shawarma was just pure pita and it was extremely small.it's a hit or miss depending on the guy who makes it.rated it a 5 star but now I must change it.one of the saddest shawarma's I've ever had

EDIT: Dropped from 5 stars to 1. I went back 5 years later on national shawarma day for $5 chicken on the rocks and it was truly disappointing. Having a promotion doesn't mean providing lower quality and quantity (see the difference between first pic and second pic to see the difference in serving size and quality from 2017 to 2022). The chicken was shredded and the quantity has decreased drastically. Can't believe people would pay over $10 for this.

Still my favorite Osmows location and favorite shawarma of any place I've had it in Canada. They're hot sauce is not comparable to any other shawarma place. Value for quality is also 5 stars.

Amazing. First time here, usually go to the stores downtown and they are not so good. This one was really completely different.

I got junior falafel wrap.
On their Online Ordering site, the item is listed for 3.99.
I went to nearby restaurant for different thing and thought of visiting the Osmow's store to actually try junior falafel wrap and to my surprise, I was charged 4.99+tax.

Apart from that, I ordered to add 3 veggies i.e. Turnip, lettuce and tomatoes. When I had that item at my home, I found that there were no tomatoes.

Kind of disappointed.

Nice and friendly staff. The Wrap is quit big, not thin and starvy like some other Osmow locations

My go-to place for Lunch. Super fast service and the portions are more than adequate. Customer service is awesome as well!

Guy at the counter is so rude I order the chicken on the rocks and asked for add onion he’s said it’s extra charge just for couple of onion I always go to the osmows no other location asked for charge won’t be back this location again

Cashier lady at the front is so is rude to the customers don’t have manners to deal with the customers too bad experience

Worst customer service. Waited for 45min in store just for the manager to cuss and swear at me and tell me to go to mcdonalds. Contacted the manager with no response. They said they'd look into it. And when I followed up I was ignored. Do yourself a favour go to heartland location

PLEASE BE CAREFUL EATING HERE. Peel Public Health has been notified. Food should come with a disclaimer “Be careful of metal shrapnel".

Spoke with owner on the phone, was polite and said that the “issue is from Head Office, they send the chicken and we have received a lot of complaints from other customers as well who found metal items in their food”.

If they are aware of the issue, why are they selling food to customers when it has the risk of having metal items in the food? Waiting for someone from Osmow’s head office to comment.

I called 40 minutes before they close and they refused me to serve, and when I asked WHY they said it is a company policy. The manager name is Mathi- he was very rude over the phone. I would not recommend anybody to go at this location, strictly unprofessional.

I liked the shawarma wrap I bought. Overall a good experience. I even saw a few salad additions to their menu including a chickpea salad. I do want to try it the next time I am there

Have been visiting this Osmows location for over 2 years now and never have I ever had any issues on the food quality, best Osmows location in my opinion. Food is always fresh, delicious and on point.

I usually visit the Sq1 or Streetsville Osmow's which both have great service and quality food. This location was the exact opposite.

The owner and a customer got into a yelling match where the owner continued to disrespect the customer. She even said get out of the store and mocked him. The food was also sub-par quality. Chicken was extremely diced up and mushy and the rice didn't have much flavor to it.

Worst osmows ever. Went in at lunch time. (Only 6 ppl allowed inside during covid.there was over a dozen at a point). Took 15min to take my order took other people ahead of mine. Everyone was waiting for their food.

Another 20min went by before I asked for my food the lady starts yelling saying he's backed up what can she do. She tells me to go to McDonald's to get my food quicker. And then continues to argue with me and swear at me. She is a real piece of work and honestlY worst manager I have ever seen.

The young lady at the front counter was constantly being abused by her.

I yesterday ordered through Uber and the food was smelling bad, I contacted store, the store manager messi, very bluntly speak we don’t care contact Uber. I specifically visited store and showed him and he said talk to owner, A lady was on call claiming to be owner and said I don’t care anything, just leave this store and contact Uber. I contacted Uber and they said talk with the management directly about food quality and we will also take necessary actions. I went in again and said, I wanna talk to owner he said owner is on the way and I waited 40 minutes and they started ignoring me, I raise my pitch saying when will owner arrive, he rudely said I don’t know and leave the store. I garbaged the food right in the store and went off. I’ll never visit this location.

I found this one to be the best Osmows and will visit again. Fantastic food and definitely exceeded my expectations

These guys were forcing me to take out thr food at 9: 15 when their closing time was 10: 00pm. Even though the hours listed outside mentioned 11: 00pm for that day and they said that time is not correct lol

It's a chain restaurant, the food is consistent with other locations. I have had some issues with getting cartilage in my sandwiches. Their prices are decent. One thing about this location, access to enter the restaurant is a little annoying.

This location was the best back in the day mainly cause of the staff! Sadly most of the staff has changed completely. The new guys really suck at keeping the quality up to the mark. Less chicken, less sauce, alott of onions.terrible tbh, quite a disappointment.waste of money smh

I love Osmows because of this place. Cozy and yet the food is absolutely divine! Every time I see a movie I make sure I eat here before or after.

First visit, I only went because my coworker was going to a nearby restaurant for sushi and I wanted shawarma salad. I can say it was the worst salad I have ever had. The chicken didn't actually taste like it had been done in the proper spices and the texture was reminiscent of pulled chicken. The garlic sauce wasn't even garlicy. Not to mention as I stood waiting to order, the two staff standing at the till were having too animated a conversation to bother to acknowledge me until they were done talking. I do not recommend this place and will never go again. If I could score them zero I would.

Excellent service and care by Samer to prepare this delicious Beyond Meat salad. He cooked it in a separate pan, and used new utensils. Great attention to detail! Will return again.

Terrible location. This is the only location in the city that charges you when you ask for a little extra sauce on your wrap avoid this location the people there are greedy and rude and the portions are tiny half my wrap had nothing

Best location. You always get a good sized portion compared to other locations and the service is very fast.

When I ask for medium spice on my chicken on the rocks at any other osmows they usually put 3 or 4 lines of hot sauce.i did that here and the top of my entire order is red.i normally dont complain but i cant even enjoy eating it, they packaged it really quickly though!

UPDATE: for the first time in my 8 years of eating osmows i had a chicken bone stab the roof of my mouth, i know theres always room for error in food prep but it just was NOT a pleasant thing!

The staff over this location is terrible. I order a veggie wrap and they give me chicken wrap. When I go to change it, they started arguing. They don’t wanna admit their mistake.i recommend everyone not to go there ever.

You make a wrap.ask for toppings. But can't give one of toppings (turnips/pickles) on the side instead of putting it inside? Cashier doesn't know how to? Lol wt?

Just give it on a paper on the side. This is middle Eastern food yea?

Other shawarma joints do it, but apparently it's beyond understanding as to how you can provide pickles/turnip on the side.

I've never been disappointed with this place except for when I ordered too spicy and couldn't handle it, but that was my fault. Delicious.

This location is very cramped upon entry. Staff was polite and pricing was on par with other locations.

The large chicken shawarma wrap that I ordered was more of a pita wrap then a chicken shawarma. The wrap lacked chicken. Because of this, I would not return.

Osmow's always has good tasting food.but at this location tonight, i dont know why, but they were very cheap with the portion of chicken.i got the daily special (rice. Chicken. Salad). Normally its very filling. Not today.

Food was pretty fast, delicious, and hot! We split the chicken kabob and have enough left over for it to be lunch for both of us tomorrow. I highly recommend you check this place out if you can!

BEWARE OF THE LOUD WOMEN IN THE STAFF!
I visit this place once or twice in a week, food is great, service is fast however few times I have seen a women among the staff who is the loudest of all and works on cashier in rush hour. I asked for a simple request of making chicken on stick and just putting chicken and fries not mixed but side by side like half and half in the box. She said we don’t do it and starting yelling I like I don’t know what I am talking about. She needs to work on way of speaking as whatever she speaks is very loud and that is embarrassing in front of a big line of customers. Everyone has a bad day however my experience this time was very bad. Unprofessional, rude individual.

Amazing service and really quick! Went in for a quick bite during my lunch break and wow that line had me worried but it moved super fast and the food was amazing and really flavourful. I had the Philly chicken on the rocks.

Good food overall but overwhelmed with too much rice altering the dish to appear bigger than it is for the small meat portions. I’m giving two stars because three falafels in a wrap should not cost $5.99 with tax, but should be more like $4 in all. I can buy a box of pre-made falafel powder at A Mediterranean grocery store for less than $2 and make two dozen falafels with it.

Food is pretty tasty however customer service can be improved. I asked the worker if he could cut my shawarma in half and he bluntly said "No i cant" and gave me a knife instead.

Great shawarma, with large portions and fair price. What more could you ask for. I enjoy going because it tastes good and the service is quick. I feel that they value my time and thats something I can respect! I usually go in during the lunch rush and by the time I'm done saying what I want to order and getting ready to pay, I see them rushing to make it, and as my payment is finished going through often times I hear my order number being called! If that isn't efficient I really don't know what is? ! Keep up the great work, I know me and my fellow work friends appreciate it!

Tried the new chicken on veggies, pretty good and less guilty about having osmow's instead of sticking to my diet since I am just having veggies and protein - although that garlic sauce is too addicting!

Busy, popular! They are respectful of my disability (Deaf) - they point at toppings and I say yes or no. Piece of cake! When I open up the Chicken Swarna (wrap), I was a bit worried that I won't be able to eat it all but I managed. And I'm stuffed! I'm so glad I didn't order the combo. I'll be back. That's $7.20 for the wrap. Generous portions!

Excellent food, excellent service, it gets busy but dont be put off by the line up, they are very efficient so it moves quickly.
