Great local shawarma place. I often go there as I live nearby.
Flavourful and great quantity.

Me personally haven’t eaten there due to the fact that the DO NOT server Hand Slaughtered chicken which is a huge factor for less costumer consumer. Their staff was pretty okey. No smile faces but no attitude either (maybe having a bad day). Overall, great place for those who do not care about Hand slaughtered.

Terrible service. They were trying to turn away customers by telling them its an hour wait when all of them were just standing around. One of their chefs came from the back and told them to go slow.

I ordered a saj chicken wrap with stix (fries) inside & it was delicious! The panini grilled saj bread was done nicely & there was a perfect amount of chicken, garlic sauce & other ingredients inside. It was piping hot & was a great pairing with an ice cold can of Coke.

I have bought food from this place since last 2 years almost every week, lately they have just started taking it for granted. I bought 2 Philly chickens today and it is horrible, chicken is burnt with charcoal on it, barely any veggies…tastes horrendous. If you really want to cost cut on top of your already over priced food then atleast train your staff properly. I saw the guy slacking on adding veggies.pathetic experience, lost respect for this place

The worst chicken sharmwa I’ve had. Large uncut pieces and minimal flavour. Done with all shararma places

I used to go here because the chicken had a nice taste and a nice crust on it that complimented the rice dish. Now, the chicken is gristly and often soggy. I would suggest that the restaurant use better quality chicken and perhaps put it on the grill a little longer after cutting it off the spit.

If i could give negative stars I would not just this osmows but all are garbage
No authenticity to it that dont even carve the meat off the spit in front of you they scoop it from a bin below a table on ashelf, gross

If you're looking for authentic shawarma, this may not be the place for you. But, that's not to say their shawarma wraps are bad. They are mediocre. My main complaint is that they don't fully cook the chicken on the rotisserie and the wraps can be quite soggy at the bottom.

Their chicken on the rocks/sticks is not bad as well. They're pretty consistent with how they prepare it.

My new favourite Shawarma place. Decided to try Osmows today for a quick lunch and right away loved the service. The employees were friendly. The computer ordering screen had their toppings listed in a rather large font so it was really easy to choose what toppings you want. Got a Regular Chicken Shawarma and it was really big and was stuffed with chicken and the toppings I ordered. It was super delicious too. Their prices are really reasonable when you factor in the portion sizes. They have lots of variety for meat lovers as well as for vegetarians and vegans and beyond meat lovers. Check out their website to see all the different things they offer and the prices they charge. They have a photo legend on the website so you can see whether something is vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, lactose free and/or egg free. Definitely a restaurant that has something for everybody. And if you want to make sure what you want is available at the location or even just save some time, you can conveniently place your order for pick-up or delivery from the website. They even have instructions for what they should do if an item is sold out (go with merchant recommendation, refund this item, contact me or cancel entire order) so you can choose which one best suits you. I will definitely be returning to Osmows Derry. Quick Service, Delicious Food, Friendly Service, Amazing Prices.

I made a big order through their online system for my parent's anniversary. They messed up part of the order and forgot the drinks ordered. The way it was packed the order meant that my dish leaked in the bag and sauce was all over. They also added wat, way too much hot sauce when I asked for mild. Won't order from this location again.

The food here use to be good, the service has always been terrible. But we picked up food today and the food quality was terrible. Ordered the usual chicken shawarma on the rocks and it didn't taste anything like it use to. The sauce was terrible, the rice was awful. Not sure if this location is under new management since the last time I bought there, but it was disgusting. I threw the food away. Not worth the drive back to get a refund.

I’ve bought osmows from this location several times but now the quality is slowly going down. This time my chicken on the rocks was fully inedible as it was salty. Had to throw it out. Do not recommend this place.

They are pretty good. Wrap or poutine is my go to order but I stopped eating here for a while because I always pay for 2 extra garlic sauce on side plus pay fpr extra on the food and 5x in a row they didn't put any in the bag and it seemed like didnt put any on it either.

Go to local Osmows. It's an Osmows. Chicken shawarma and chicken on the rocks. This location is consistent. Don't forget to ask for both garlic and tahini, if that's what you wanted, since they only put garlic now. Staff work hard. It's more a get in get out place. Don't expect top notch customer service.

This Osmows, like many others, has declined in food quality since opening. Undercooked chickenand fries, they will mess up orders often, and stingy with the sauce. I guess this is to be expected with a growing chain.

I have been fond of Osmows Chicken Shawarma Poutine, thats the only food i order from any of their locations including this one. I always find consistency in the taste from this location and would recommend the same to others.
The staff manages well keeping Covid requirements in place.

Ordered 2 falafel wraps with no green olives and medium spicy. Found both wraps with green olives and extremely spicy that could barely be eaten. Person who prepared didn’t follow any instruction. My family’s evening was spoiled and moreover waste of food and money. Would never return to them ever again.

I’ve had food from this location multiple times so I won’t give them a 1. The last order I got from them was the worst take out I’ve ever had.
I will never order from here again. The food made me sick.

Worst location. Barely put any meat or rice. Have been there multiple times and never greeted with a smile. Didn't seem hygienic as the person only used one glove on his hands. Will never go again.

I got a falafel plate from here. The falafel was stale, hard and not edible. Very disappointing, won't be ordering again. The other osmos locations are always fresh.

Mr Osmow got greedy opened up so many locations, and now they paying the price of losing their fanbase because quality has gone down the drain.

This place perfect example of how careless employees can destroy your name.these people always on their phones, they go to washroom and come back wash their hands and then touch the phones immediately after, whats the sense in washing one’s hands then?

The kind of food that tastes passable but does somersaults in your stomach afterwards. The people seem to have no patience for their customers, and the place is far from clean. Won't be trying it again.

Best place for half and half beyond, we tried different locations and this one has lots of flavour, everything cook at the moment, not old fries that makes the difference. Try for yourself and go vegan!

I payed for extra sauce on my salad n I got alot of sauce alot of chicken n little salad the food was disgusting. Taste only meat because of the amount of meat they loaded on my salad.

Ordered chicken with half rice half fries. Fries and chicken were both stale and cold like they had been out for hours. Rice tasted okay but was also cold. Overall, this location needs better quality control.

Got it on UberEats and you can tell the meat they serve for delivery is not fresh. Very disgusting, reheated, and far from fresh. They don't care about delivery customers.

I am very disappointed as Osmows is one of my favourite foods. The food quality at this location is very inconsistent. Sometimes the food is prepared well, other times like today my food was pretty much burnt. The chicken was very dry and burnt. I dont understand how you can serve someone burned food

Pathetic. You order poutine, they make you chicken shawarma. Fml. Plus i feel they over charge you for food and are always in a hurry when there is no one in their restaurant. Go transit doesn't operate after certain time guys, chill your hormones.

I've noticed their food starts lacking towards the end of the day it is not consistent. The meats been reheated several tasting burnt. Would not recommend getting anything at the end of the day since they dont care what they serve.

This spot is my favored. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The crew is very warm and the cooking they serve is so tasty. I would always prefer to have a nice dinner in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.

I ordered Osmows from this location, by uber eats.
When I received it, the order was all wrong. Even though we specified certain requests. When I called they didn't believe us.
I asked to have another order delivered and they did bring a new order. But the person I dealt with was rude and didn't even say sorry for the mishap.
No body has customer service anymore.
I will not be ordering from here ever again.
I suggest you don't either.

This location makes shawarma really really hot, compared to other locations.
I recommend medium spice level if you like it hot
Try not getting very hot or suicide as it ruins the taste and makes the wrap a little bitter.

Great. The Milton location took Lamb off their Menu, but this franchise @10th Line and Derry (near Milton) border brought back that. Osmow's is best shwarma franchise (excellent quality at decent price)! Plus they are keeping FVV and Norman Powell PAID $$$.

Waited 30 mins for a shawarma wrap, asked for a refund after 20 mins of waiting, nobody could get the register to give a refund to the card, only cash during a pandemic? Wrap was drowned in hot sauce after asking for 2 lines of hot sauce and was barely grilled. Stick with the Streetsville location

Had a few shawarmas and poutines ordered through Doordash yesterday evening. I wasn't expecting much with them being correct and orders done well through a food delivery service. But everything was done perfectly well and the meat and seasoning was on point. I will definitely visit this location in person when I am in the area.

Quick and friendly service. Great tasting food. Loved the flavours of chicken shwarma combined with garlic sauce, tahina and hot sauce in the Half & Half. Very convenient for a quick grab. Place has decent ambiance.

Been awhile since I've been to osmows. They have a veggie shawarma now that's eggplant based and tzatziki sauce that doesn't have eggs in it like the garlic does.

Website seems to have more info the menu in the restaurant but it does not align. Website says the veggie shawarma comes with tzatziki but no garlic. If I didn't ask they would have put garlic and no tzatziki. They charged me extra to substitute it.

Hot sauce is still crazy hot. I found medium was like hot at other places.

Will be back to try more after discovering tzatziki sauce

The pita bread that I ordered together with osmows platter was missing I ordered thru door dash so always double check your order from this location

Burnt chicken thats so hard to chew. This is the second and last time that im getting food from this location. I have to take the burnt pieces out of my mouth constantly.very disappointed.

Didn’t feel good (upset stomach) in the morning after having chicken on the rox thrusday night dec 12th. Had home made food through out the day. Burnt chicken pieces too (not edible). Not coming back to this location

I'm not the biggest fan of Osmow's as I personally think Lazeez has better food and sides (rice/potatoes), although I still feel that both chains drown your food in too much garlic and tahini sauce which is kind of annoying, even when you tell them to put a little bit.
This restaurant was clean, open late (until 10pm on a Saturday) and the food was ok.

The location is kind of small with not too many seats, but parking is fine since this is a large, well-lit commercial plaza with a Metro grocery store. I've been here twice (a few years ago once on a Thursday evening, and most recently on a Saturday night around 8pm, and I've never really seen any line or that its busy.

I should note that this is my personal opinion (obviously) - my dad, who doesn't eat too much shawarma anymore, used to swear by Osmow's and how it was the best.

Save yourself the hassle and go to the Streetsville location! We have visited this location many times and each time we hope for the visit to be better than the last. Every single order has been wrong! How hard is it to take and make an order? The staff are rude and there's a huge language barrier. On our last and final visit we called to preorder, both times the phone went unanswered, when they finally answered we were placed on hold and they never came back. We decided to walk over and order and as we were waiting the phone rang, the woman answered and put the person on hold and went and sat down to eat won't be back!

The chicken is very dry & cold, the rice needs to be cooked more as it is a bit hard
The portion not bad and the garlic sauce is good

Don't call 30 mins before the time you see posted you will be told "I'm closed I want to go clean up and go home"

Very professional.because making two shawarmas takes longer than half hour considering I was already on the way from Meadoval Town Centre to them!
