Osmow's Milton

I am a regular customer at this location, but today I was serviced by Rahil. He is a Novery kind person and gave me a bottle instead of a can for free (as part of the student deal). Would highly recommend!

Made an order through Uber eats app.
Spice setting was “little spice” This came in with waaaay too much heat. Honestly we can’t finish our food.
Fries also sucked, soggy and cold.

I ordered flafal on the rox, and it was so tasty, also great service by Nitinpreet kaur who was working last night.

Aditya is more improved now
It was great experience there! Especially there representative I don’t remember his name i think it was aditya he was really polite person i treated us well, i enjoyed the environment there

Everything was up to the mark and the most important thing for me was the Halal meat, kudos to the team.

My wife and I ordered food from here recently and sadly they messed up our order. They completely got everything so mixed up it was non enjoyable for both of us. We tried calling several times to let them about the mistake, but of course no one answers the phone. We did not necessarily want a refund we just wanted politely to tell them there was a mess up. My wife can not do spice at all and the made her dish so spicy to the point she couldn’t eat. It’s too bad, we really love Osmow’s.hopefully our next order will be better.

Really nice staff behind the counter. Went during shawarma day so it was extremely busy but the staff were still wonderful. Tall brown guy is great (his name is hamza maybe)

I was served by Raman and her service is amazing and quick. She has a very good experience of customer service and she is very polite.

This place has amazing food quality.
It’s always well staffed and staff is very courteous.

I am regular customer and they never let me down but recently i have seen some changes in food quality. The food they serve is so fresh and juicy. Really impressed by the changes.

Been regular customer for many years.friday I came, it was busy and i saw only 4 staff working.i am regular and have seen same people for many years and usually lots of staff on this day.i was greeted by regular girl on friday shift who is always nice, she informed me of wait time of 25 minutes and i was ok with it.was little confused on why but it was ok.i noticed girl handing the food out looked confused but i assume she was new because i did not recognize her.it was around 30 minutes of me waiting and i realized the new girl had no idea what she was doing.i kept waiting and i got my food 35 minutes later.usually i would be okay because order is correct but i got wrong order.i never had to wait this long even on busy day.not sure what happened to this place

Best place to have shawarma, always a fullhouse but quality is never compromised. Staff is great too

Tried their chicken shawarma wrap and falafel wrap.

Chicken wrap barely had any chicken as you can see in the picture. I guess they are trying to make it veggie friendly.

Their falafels tasted burnt on the outside and dense greenish uncooked on the inside.

Safe to say won’t be trying again. For this price you can eat premium shawarma anywhere else.

Very bad tasting chicken shawarma with rice the chicken was old and burnt and tastes awful the sauce was very less even though i paid for extra sauce on the side had to throw it away after the first bite don't think Ill be ordering from here again

The worst possible experience ever! The sauce was getting over everywhere. My husbands outfit was ruined and they messed up the order!

One of my favorite shawarma restaurants in Milton. I come here a lot and have never been disappointed.tip:

Come here in the middle of the day or lunch rush hours, then you will get the most fresh food. If you come here in the night near closing time, you will get less fresh, but still amazing food.

So dissatisfied.cannot count how many times I get home to a soggy shawarma that is fallen apart

I know today is shawarma day and I honestly did not mind the wait but what I received after waiting was completely unacceptable, as you can see in the picture a good quarter of the plate is just not there and it just seems like it's the remains of what they had in the kitchen and no one bothered to actually make sure that this was properly filled, regardless of the day I find this to be a completely unacceptable plate to be given to a costumer and it is honestly very disappointing.

Great Service before i pay for my order my wraps were ready every time and I really appreciate it. Would recommend everyone yo try this location. Michele and jemit served me best. Thankyou for best experience.

I came today afternoon was bit busy but people working here were super nice to me and cashier was so polite. And even in busy time I got my order quick. I shared the review cause the wrap I got was so tasty.thank-you guys will show up soon.

The fastest Osmows I've been to, plus they gave me free garlic sauce, so they're a good bunch! In terms of Shawarma wraps, one of the best brands for sure!

Extremely pathetic service on food delivery orders. First of all I have seen them making the pick up drivers stand and wait for 10-15 minutes on each order. I have myself ordered food from here 2 times and wrong or missing items each time. I ordered a steak, they send me a wrap and the other time I payed extra for the garlic and they didnt put any. Also not a very clean kitchen. Would prefer going to lazeez (mr mirchi now) or shawarma corner in Milton rather than visiting them again.

Disappointing fatoosh salad. It consisted of lettuce only, and a bit of tomato. No croutons, no other veggies.
Also, questionable cleanliness.

Worst trash in the world. Ordered through Uber eats and the order was wrong. They sent chicken shawarma on top of fries instead of the falafel meal and the food that we did get was awful. Cold and bland fries and dry shawarma chicken. The Sunday special chicken is over seasoned and inedible. The rice was not bad but overall I will never eat at any Osmows as long as I live. Way better food out there, don’t waste your money.

I used to eat at this location be regularly but lately their quality seems to have gone down (mainly food quality) and other options have opened up in Milton.

I am saying this as a fan of this osmows location, please look at the quality of food being served to customers! I've sometimes had the best experience and other times had the worst as sometimes the chicken is very dry and had pieces of cartilage in it.

I want this place to do well in the future.

The lamb shawarma just had fat in it and they messed up the platters aswell. Also, it’s overpriced.

Not sure what happened to this place. They once used to have one of the best shawarma in Milton. I guess it's the change in management or ownership or perhaps just the new employees. Customer service is very average and service is terribly slow. They took more than half an hour to prepare two junior chicken shawarmas for me. And when I received my order, the shawarma was a joke. Less chicken, lot of sauce, and soggy. I had always stopped being a regular customer. I guess it's time to take an extended break from this place.

People complain about the prices, not considering inflation. Prices are relative to the amount of food that is given, so its pretty fair. Food is great and the staff was friendly. Typically I would visit pita nutzo, but now I will be giving my money to Osmows. Place is clean and tidy.

Not what it used to be 3-4 years ago.
I dont understand why each and every location have a different style of making chicken on the rocks. For ex: When i go to kfc, i expect a certain taste. When i go to another location, i expect the same taste. Havent been let down.
Osmows however, has the greatest variation of Taste from one location to the next. It isnt consistent. So although they are "making what you are cravin", u may be let down if u decided to go to a different location other than ur usual.chicken. They had a big stainless steel box where all the precut chicken is placed. Before, they would carve out and grill per order. But now, it just needs assembly as everything has already been prepared. Not really fresh. Some were even burnt and sour (charred taste).

It isnt disgusting, it just isnt that osmows taste that I'm familiar of.

*the only good thing out of my visit were the staff. They were friendly. I'll give em that.

Do not go to place close to the closing time. Food quality is below average. Rice was hard and chicken tasted funky. Goodbye fresh food and hello possible food poisoning. Eat at your own risk.

Going on 6 or 7 orders in a row where my food has been made incorrectly. Love the food so much but I genuinely cannot understand why this keeps happening lol. I’ve called and talked to the manager about it, but still no dice. If you don’t mind eating what you get, than this place is still fantastic. It’s now a running joke in my family that I have the osmows curse and can’t get food made correctly XD

UPDATE: The streak has finally ended. Yaaaayy! No tahini on my rocks. Very exciting.

I ordered a falafel pita. It was honestly the worst pita I’ve ever had. The falafel was dry and tasteless. The pita was soaked in tahini sauce and had no garlic sauce from what I could taste. So the proportion of sauces was way off. They grill it to keep the pita together but mine was charred I could taste an after burn taste after every bite. Other then their half and half dishes that they specialize in I wouldn’t order anything else.

I ordered the daily chicken shawarma special and was very disappointed. I haven't been to Osmows in awhile and now I remember why. It was horrible. Chicken was dry, cold and had no flavor. Go to Shawarma Town or Shawarma Corner. That is REAL Shawarma!

It was amazing even compared to paramount. Their chicken is dry but this was just the right amount of sauce. Would give this place 6 stars if i could.

They told me to come back in 15 minutes.
Which i did. But when i came back my shawarma was cold.so it was probably been waiting on the counter for 15minutes.

Taste was ok, But cold.
Inacceptable.

I wont go there again.

Literally worst Osmows. Chicken tasted old. The fries were cooked in old oil, you can literally taste it in your fries. There's even more, when they pour the sauce, its like they're paying from their own pockets for it. I did like their drinks though, coke tasted delicious:)

My little brother went to an interview a few days & they said that he'll 14 hours of unpaid "training".

Unpaid labour is illegal in Ontario unless it's a internship through school.

I am reporting them to the Mistry of Labour & osmow's headquarters.

Dont get the beyond meat (on stix or rocks). Its reallly bad. Also ive found cartilage many times in my meals which isnt pleasent to bite. BUT overall a normal osmows

I love the food here, but the staff will always ask if you want garlic on the chicken on the Rox or the shawarma poutine. If you ask for clarification that the garlic sauce comes with the poutine (it does) they will say that it's only two lines. When I order in the store and dont get 'extra garlic sauce' ITS THE SAME AMOUNT OF GARLIC SAUCE.not putting the blame on the worker's, they are wonderful. I think this is likely upper management forcing them to upsell the garlic sauce. Fix your priorities, osmows leadership. That 1.50 for the extra garlic sauce can go in the tip jar for the amazing workers.

I am editing my review because they were Very prompt in fixing the issues I had with my order (beef on the rocks). I order from here using skip the dishes and I love their chicken dishes, poutine and fries!:) I would highly recommend any of these dishes!

I ordered chicken shawarma wrap medium spicy.n it was over n over spicy i complained to counter also dey jus give me garlic dip dat eat ur wrap with this dip it wud be less spicy.i been to osmows brampton der service very gud n excellent.

Longer waiting time. Billing staff doesn't ask for the choice. I asked for the special of that day. She took ordered for normal one and charged extra. Quantity is lesser when compared to Heartland center Osmow's.

Bad experience today. I often come here because I like shawarma. Today I came and had to deal with one of the employees who’s generally more rude. I said “Hi, how’s it going” and all I got back was “Good. Can I start with your name? ” I provided it and proceeded with my order. I ordered the combo for 2. With this you get a regular wrap, a shawarma platter (which you get a salad and chicken on YOUR CHOICE of side), and two cans of pop. I get this often and never am charged extra to get fries as it’s supposed to be included. I ordered fries and she said it’s $3 extra. I just said whatever and ordered the fries. Then when I got the food it was rice. So I asked them to change it to what I ordered and she said I ordered rice. I assumed I had paid for fries because that’s what I ordered but she charged for rice. I still wanted it changed but she wanted to charge me $3 for her mistake even though it’s not supposed to be charged in the first place. Disappointing.

Mostly good! Most of the staff is friendly! It gets busy sometimes. Place the order before you arrive because they always prioritize SkipTheDishes orders.

The quality of chicken has gone way down. I've gotten small bones in my chicken on the rocks multiple times and a mouth full of fat or something I'm not entirely sure what it was. Needless to say that was the last time. It used to be really good but it's just going downhill.

I ordered a large philly cheese steak. First they give me chicken instead of beef with hardly any meat Then they put spice on one half which I didn't ask. When I addressed the issue they said sorry they can't do anything about it! Seriously worst experience ever.

Sorry but if you guys are serving vegetarian food, especially shawarmas that you can’t visually see inside of it you guys need to take extra care with your orders. 3 Times in Osmows, two at this location where I order falafel and I go home with chicken instead. It’s a big inconvenience and once I ate chicken unknowningly in my sandwich. I was very offended by this as it’s apart of my religion and life philosophy not to eat meat. Please do better.

This location really bad.the stuff are friendly but big buuut that's not everything they are slow and the place was empty.the chicken was old and tast like old frozen chicken so me and my wife decide to give them the food back after couple of bites.the old man ask us what's wrong.then I told him what's happening.then he answered me.no it's fresh.and they don't want to give us the money back and i didn't ask for the money which is I don't care but be honest and don't cheat ppl.and I will tell everyone about what happened to me.and I will call it.my story with Osmow's Milton

This location is incredibly slow. Was left waiTing and ignored standing at the cash for 10 min without any explanation. Just watched as various staff assembled meals just to take them apart just to put them together again. My meal was left on the counter not packed for another 10 min getting cold just waiting for someone to put it in a bag. Total was 35 min wait for cold food. Flavor is okay, but not great.

I love shawarma and eat it frequently. I came here to try it out, ordered chicken on the rocks. The first few bites were good. Then 20 mins later I ended up puking it back out. I had all the symptoms of food poisoning but never went to the hospital to get checked out.

Horrible decision coming here.
