Very very very bad shawarma i got.all burned chicken.dry pita and even they didn't wrap it good. If you want a good Osmos then go to Courtneypark and Hurontario location.those guys are arabic and they know how to make shawarma Dont waste your money.dont go to brampton sandalwood location.please

I went to this osmows shawarma yesterday, and had the regular on the rocks, I never eat shawarma with sauce. The food tasted great, the 2 young men at the counter were super pleasant and professional, they know shawarma well.
They were welcoming.
Today I traveled 35 kms just to have the shawarma supreme sandwich, and again, amazing.

This is one of the better osmows in the area. The other ones aren’t as good, but this location on Sandalwood and Kennedy fails to disappoint. Loved it!

This place has gone downhill from my past few experiences. I am a fan of their garlic sauce and flavour of the chicken shawarma however my last two visits were not so good. Once I ordered chicken shawarma wrap and the chicken tasted very old. Another time I ordered two shawarma wraps, one with medium spice and no tomatoes and another with no spice or sauces but with tomatoes. The wraps that I got were both extremely spicy like burning hot and both had tomatoes and sauces in it. How can you mess up an order like that. I would understand a single mistake but this was a complete mess up. We were too far from the location when we ended up eating it so couldn't go back to return. I wish I had taken a picture of how red the chicken shawarma meat was. You guys also need to label the wraps for when there's multiple wraps ordered. Its to hard to figure out which wrap is whose if there's similar but not exact toppings.

I tried half and half which was suggested by the cashier it was my first visit at this location. Amazing experience. Keep it up

Got medium chicken on rox with extra chicken and garlic unfortunately was charged 19$ idk how I am coming here from 4 years and chicken was not fresh as it use to be also doesn’t seems extra chicken

Cashier at the front was really nice and very accommodating. Didnt even ask and he gave me fresh fries. I ordered a small and I knew I couldn't finish the whole thing and I let him know and he was able to accommodate me for it. Definitely recommend coming!

The best coustomer service and the best food. The staff is super friendly and quick. The food has never disappointed me.

. The place is horrible. I ordered 2 everyday special bowl’s after eating food me my husband and my daughter getting sick we had severe stomach pain and vomiting for continued 2 day’s. I am giving the place a 0 star because It’s deserve 0 (zero) star. Don’t spend your money there.

Around 4 years ago my husband and I moved from Brampton to Upstate NY. We had plans to go back but with COVID we never got the chance. Finally the border opened up and the first thing we did on a trip to see his family was stop by osmows! I have seen reviews about a decrease in quality… but I didn’t see that! ‍️ Tasted good to me! Only complaint is that even if you ask for extra garlic, they don’t always put that much and that is the best part. Lazeez packs the garlic on. This is the only part that Osmows loses points on. I’d give anything to have a location near me!

I have been a fan of shawarma since my dad introduced me to it, to have this location close to me marks as a great opportunity to taste it again.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! The guy on the counter who collect the cash is so rude. I told him to not add lattice in food he said we do not do that when i told him other locations do that, he did not even let me complete my sentence he start arguing for no reason and when i told him this is not a good customer service he said he do not care about his owner or head office do whatever you want to do like he just don’t care about i would say if i am going to my shop or restaurant the only thing matters is customer service but this store will negative stars for my side and will not visit again and recommend my friends not to visit this store. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

WORST experience ever. Girl wearing a black scarf is extremely unprofessional and ignorant.
Asked her to give me my order twice but instead answering to my inquiry, she decided to help everyone coming after me. Some guy from the back came and handed me my order.

I love osmow’s falafel than any other restaurant. For the first time I had from this location, it was pathetic. Too much oil, rice not cooked properly. I think if a first timer will eat from here, will definitely not enjoy osmow again. Honest opinion, the pond and woodbine locations are worth eating. Really disappointed

This location is so great! The customer services was a 10/10 today. They have a great deal $5.00 for celebrating Canada's National Sharma day and they are so prepared for the rush. Restaurant was clean and organized. Sanitizer filled! Service was quick

Ordered two chicken on rocks on Friday evening. In one of the rocks have chicken and sauce only on one side and they completely forgot fill the other side. Second rock was ok but even that was fully filled up to standard of osmows. Never had issue like that before with any shawarma location. Either their staff needs training or they are just crooks. Really disappointed.

Initially they were doing well, but the new staff needs to get trained. When we order the large shawarma, they don't know the adequate quantity of garlic sauce. Its been second time which is shifting me towards other stores. They should focus on food while preparing it rather than gossiping.

I order with this location a lot. Sadly my last experience was tarnished by someone who forgot that extra sauce on the side means ON THE SIDE. Instead I got a sloppy mess. Tried to call store multiple times. No luck.

Indian girl over counter, doesn't know anything and have no manner at all. Stupid customer service.

How disappointing.

To the Managment, regarding your response, if the cheese is melted to the point you don't see "melted cheese" then you really don't have proper taste and texture to a "Cheesesteak" sandwich!
A customer shouldn't be asking for extra cheese to see or taste cheese in cheese sandwiches!
You probably will charge extra if we asked for more cheese!

Went in today to get a Chicken Shawarma and the employee who's making the wraps told me I had to pay for extra hot sauce, I know about paying for extra toppings but hot sauce dude? That's real customer service lol

Service wasn’t the best, called 20 mins in advance, when I got there they didn’t even know my order let alone have it ready.

This location sucks. Soggy shwarmas, bones in the meat. The other day I choked on one about an inch long and it's happened multiple times since they've opened. Idk who said this place is fresh since they stack chicken 2ft high on the flattop grill that looks like it's never had a cleaning. I've never seen a stick of shwarma beef on the grill it always just comes from a bowl.

Stick to lazeez down the street it's so much better honestly.

It's nice to see the owner replies here, but it would be nicer if they actually fixed complaints.

I drive out of my way to come to this location. They are always fast even with a line up. This is one of the few locations where everything tastes fresh.

After long time, I paid a visit to Osmow's at this location, had Chicken Sharwama Wrap & surprisingly their quality had scooped downwards. Very sad: (. It was cold & way too salty, didn't taste fresh all. Maybe it's the new employees, they don't seem to enjoy their job. For next time I would have to rethink, before entering this place.

The food was amazing, and the staff super helpful and friendly. My only disappointment is the fact that they’re closed on Sunday’s and I’m hungry and want to order again.lol.

That's it.today was the last straw guys.you have lost a regular customer and i would never ever recommend anyone else to try this location of Osmow's.i ordered a super chicken shawarma and here is the list of things that went wrong:
1.barely mild sauce, when asked for hot.
2.literally a large scoop of olives, the whole wrap was a salty mess.
3.it's a shame that you claim the food to be mediterranean, when all you do is boil chicken on a flat grill and douse it with pepper.i have questioned you multiple times, to cut it off the spit, and everytime you have a framed textbook answer saying it is for health and safety, to make sure it cooked.and common, innocent folk would probably believe you, but take it from a food safety certified cook, i have run 2 full size kitchens over 8 years, all you need to check is the internal temperature and the overall texture of the cooked chicken.i have had the pleasure of well-marinated, off-the-spit chicken and you can tell the difference.but this location is so deep into this habit of boiling chicken on a flat grill, that no one ever knows any other taste.really a shame.
4. To make it even worse, it looks like you were running really low on onions and tomatoes, or the maker was just too lazy to open a fresh prepped container of veggies.i would not have been this upset, if wasn't for the Nth time that you guys have disappointed me with such inferior making of what is one of the finest cuisines.my only reason to return was location convenience but will never happen again.and i say this with gusto.if only i could give negative ratings.

One of the best wraps! This store is good. Every team member works really hard and makes sure to serve customers on time. Majider is very friendly and knows what he’s doing. He the best person to deal with along side Akshay and the two lady’s they are just doing a fantastic Job.

Poor customer service and unhygienic place. Found hair in my food, it was disgusting. It doesn’t make any sense of wearing hairnets or cap if you can’t tie your hair properly. I don’t know why managers and owners are not paying attention to this.

My first time visiting this restaurant was really occupied, yet I had an extraordinary visit; I got my food so quick, and everybody was so welcoming. The person who served me Manjinder was phenomenal and patient with all clients. Astounding assistance and food generally speaking would enthusiastically suggest.

Customer service very poor, cashier was rude all workers very rude never going back to this place. They say we paying the company not them so they could treat customers how they want very dissatisfied!

BEWARE THIS LOCATION HAS POOR FOOD QUALITY. I have been going to this location for 7 years, ordering food almost 1 to 2 times a week on average. I came home last week to bones in my chicken on the rocks. When I called the store to inform them they thought I was lying and further to my insult after being a long time client.they asked me to come back with the food to show the bone. The food was meant for my 7 year old son who almost choked on the bone. They were quite insulting when I got to the store and the worker I was dealing with pretended to speak to someone on the phone at length while having me wait in the store. POOR SERVICE AFTER COMING TO THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS. ALL I WANTED WAS A REFUND AND TO HAVE HEAD OFFICE INSPECT FOOD BETTER BUT THEY KEPT INSULTING MY INTELLIGENCE SO I WILL BE ESCALATING THIS MATTER.

Just walked in the store around 5: 50 pm. The lady on the cash was so rude with full of nasty attitude. She was not even interested in serving us. If your employee doesn’t have customer service skills don’t put them on the front. One star just for the food not for that unwelcoming lady.

My experience was extremely bad today. Every time I walk in they always mess up my order and its very hard to reach out their store number they never pick it up. Just making aware about the employees, they are irresponsible, immature towards work. Mostly they just gossiping, laughing around or talking on airpods.
Never come to this location. You will end up losing money.

Extremely disappointed after just having a horrible experience and will never return. Ordered two meals and only one was correct. The second meal was supposed to be falafel for a vegetarian and they pit chicken on it. After discovering the issue and driving back making me late for work the employee actually lied right to my face saying my son Ordered wrong which was complete bull as I was standing right next to him as he ordered and as I stated he's vegetarian. The only thing they would do to remedy the situation was scrape off the chicken or and replace it with the correct order. After conversion with the manager explaining that was not good enough because the chicken literally was touching everything thing else he wanted me to pay 50% for a new meal. Unbelievable customer experience and refused to give me a refund. Do not eat here go somewhere that cares about their customers, knowing not to try to force a vegetarian to eat meat and quality control. Will never ever return

Unfortunately, Brampton doesn't have a lot of vegan takeout options, so was looking forward to trying Osmow's beyond meat wraps. It was dry and crumbly, with no flavour (not like other Beyond Meat products found at the grocery store, which are delicious). I will not be getting it again. Added a star for quick service.

The best Osmow’s out of all of them. Great for family meal and the taste of shawarma is great. Moreover, staff members are very friendly and polite.

I decided to take my boyfriend here because he had never been. The chicken shwarma is pretty decent but my boyfriend opted to order the beef shwarma. I tried some of it and it was literally cheap ground beef that was bland. We were both disappointed with the beef shwarma.not very shwarma-ey. Please rethink your beef and make it similar to the way you make your chicken.
