Great costumer service very welcoming. Food is prepared fresh and quick. And the establishment is clean.

Food is pretty decent for the price; serving speed is phenomenal, overall a good choice for not too pricy meals

Well located - easy access from Wilson St for those using the TTC. Well maintained, friendly staff, and clean washrooms!

The customer service here is amazing.

For National Shawarma Day ($5 deals) the owner/manager was maintaining a line outside of the store to ensure that the employees didn’t feel overwhelmed.
As soon as we reached the cashier, the first thing the cashier said was “Thank you for waiting” with a smile on their face.

Even the people making the food were very sweet.

It’s always a good filling meal here. I normally get the Build what you’re craving box with and add a salad. Today they have a $5-box or -wrap promotion, which is very decent as well. Falafel is fire. Customer service is amazing.

I tried their philly chicken. The quantity is nothing compared to the price they ask for their product. It’s a total rip off.

I’ve been to a few different Osmows locations and have always found things I don’t like, whether it’s their food, their service or the smell of the restaurant. But this Osmows is amazing and I now go there quite often. I usually get the lamb shawarma wrap but have tried other items like the beef shawarma, chicken shawarma, their fries and their chicken on the rocks. Their quality is good is quite high and their service is great. It’s often quite busy in the restaurant but they manage to turn out food at a quick pace. I keep going back to this Osmows

Located right in the heart of North York, located right near Wilson Subway Station, Osmow's Shawarma is a restaurant that is one of a kind.
They have a variety of options to choose from and my choice is usually the Chicken Shawarma. Made right in front of your eyes, Osmow's Shawarma delivers on cleanliness, healthy food choices, and great customer service.
One of my favorites to order at Osmow's Shawarma apart from the Chicken Shawarma has got to be Chicken on the Rocks, Shawarma platter and the Philly Cheese Steak wrap.
The staff at Osmow's Shawarma offer great customer service and provide for you the ability to customize your Shawarma however you like it.

Great staff and overall okay dine in experience. The shawarma poutine was fresh and delicious. The medium size portion was perfect. To proactively ask for a review, perhaps offer a free drink for dine in, at least a water bottle as an incentive even cold tap water would do. ️

Work. Value for money and also very filling. Excellent service from the staff.

I was at nearby Canada Computers and I was hungry and thought why not give it a try.
I had their Thursday "special - chicken pineapple" and I have to say there was nothing special about it at all. A salad you can do yourself at home, the dressing (if there was one, had no flavour), the rice was bland and not even close to filling.
The amount of chicken he gave me was a joke and again, mediocre at best for flavour.
I am being honest here, save your money, go somewhere else down the street, this place isn't it.
The container they give you with the food is short and the amount you get is nowhere near what you would get at Jimmy The Greek, or Mr. Greek or any random take-out.

Waste of money, hopefully this prevents someone else from doing the same.

At first try in this location they gave me rice and veggy at the same time with beef. They charged me around $30 since I ask extra meat. I am super happy since I got my cravings at night like 3am in the morning but at the second try customer service were terrible. I ask for extra rice on my order they dont allow it, i said they can charge extra money but they refuse my request. I wish they were more attentive. The good thing about this location were open until 5am in the morning that can fullfill your cravings.

Nice customer service. Best of all was my shawarma wrap. Best shawarma wrap I've had since I came to Canada. The flavours were just right, the meat was tender and juicy. The ambience was nice as well. Would recommend.

Very friendly employees and good food

Update: The employees were so overloaded with orders tonight, I felt bad for them. Seem to be understaffed for Saturday evening during dinner time. Other customers seemed annoyed by the wait times.

The staff here is always welcoming and so friendly and delivers. Rare to come across decent customer service nowadays but this place always manages to surpass my expectations.

The food tastes bad and is more expensive than the normal price, and the worst of all this is the restaurant workers, their behavior is very bad. This is the last time I will come to this restaurant

Prefer if employees still wear a mask because they are dealing with the foods the person making my food was yawing in front of my food while talking to his coworker in front of my food, it's not just about covid but the hygiene is pretty poor

I had such a great chicken on fries, both quality and quantity of the food was different from other stores. I had placed the order online but they kept the order semi-fried to fully cook and keep it warmed on my arrival which comes great to me, the lady who is preparing orders is really well-behaved. Have a great meal there.

I've been vising this place for quite some time. The customer service is pretty good; the staff is friendly! The foods are so tasty as well! Overall, this place is great!

Not a good food experience at all.
We got 2 chicken shawarma plates. The salads were stale and had an unpleasant taste. The rice wasn't cooked well.
One person doing everything from cashier and food pre. Cleanliness is questionable. Stay away!

The Falafels are delicious, and their costumer service is always great at this location. I would like to shout out both Divysh and Gaga. They are always so caring and are always smiling.

Giving this location a one star for messing up my order by putting hot sauce on it, i told them they put hot sauce they made it again and it was extremely soggy and i didn’t get back my money.i would appreciate my money back.

Chicken shawarma wrap garnished with all toppings. Fries were piping hot out of the deep fryer and sprinkled with a bit of salt.

Absolutely horrible food. I got a beef shawarma wrap with a "little" bit of hot sauce and had swollen lips, tearyed eyes and a dripping noise. Ruined my dinner and night. Never coming back

Been to many osmows throughout the city and this one of the best. This is a new location with a modern feel and clean washroom. I only get chicken on the rocks and this place made it perfectly. Will be coming back here again. Solid workers and a good manager.

What an amazing location! I have had Osmow’s few times before but this one is by far the best! Food was perfectly cooked, very friendly staff, store was clean and has a new look! Service was quick, staff was smiling and interacting with customers which was great to see.

I would normally get chicken on the rocks or wrap. Staff educated me to what else they offer and suggested “philly chicken on poutine” which sounded amazing so I bought that and WOW! Amazing! I really enjoyed that. I would recommend anyone reading this review to try that! One of the best meal I have had so far! Definitely will be having more of that and going back to this location and taking friends and family to try it as well.

The worst experience ever!
I eat hot food, like really hot food and after taking two bites of the worst wrap ever my eyes started watering uncontrollably and my throat burning right down to my stomach. My nose is dripping and my dinner is ruined!
if this is medium watch out for anything above! It will put you away.
And once again I’ve taken the pepper challenge and survived.

Loved the new Beyond the Meat! Thanks Osmows for adding it to your menu. Great job to the chef at this location for serving it perfectly. I am vegetarian myself and I cant wait to share it with all my friends.

Food was delicious, staff was friendly and helpful. Inside was clean with plenty of seating aswell as televisions to view.

I think I would have enjoyed this if they didn't put so much sauce in it. I ordered a medium heat and it was the spiciest hot sauce I have had. I only had one bite and had to give up. Meanwhile, I gave it to my brother who is highly tolerant of spice and he too said that it was way too hot for him. We ended up throwing out our wrap because of this. Def.will not come back for a while as I'm disappointed in the turn out of my meal.

This place has great potential. The food was pretty good but I feel you guys should put more than rice and meat on a platter. For example vegetables.
The business already has other locations, the building at this location is new. The parking at this location is ample and the staff are kind and courteous. Unfortunately the price system is strange and flawed. What kind of person doesn't want hummus and other sauces on a shawarma? Are you guys seriously charging for sauces? By your logic not everyone wants sauces on their food and so if so few people want sauce why bother charging. At. 25cents per sauce my 10$ meal can quickly become an 11.50 meal and at that point I feel tricked. I hope you change your foolish ways

I'd pay $11.50 for the meal but I dont want to pay $10 then add $1.50 for sauces.

Me and a friend had a chicken shawarma and kebob sandwiches. We got so so so sick! Runny stomach and cramps. Total food poisoning probably from old meats and vegetables. So disgusting, two days later we are still dealing with it.
