Great place the food is amazing and consistent. I come here consistently and the quality never disappoints.

Store was very well maintained, neat and clean. Beef shawarma was good portioning and good.

Go to Osmow's instead of other Shwarma places so as to have the beyond meat option.unfortunately they were sold out. Unfortunately not the first time.these places need to forecast there needs better.

Ordered 2 Lamb Shawarmas. Felt like I ordered some tires rubbed with middle eastern spices. Kids were running the shop so we didn’t even felt like complaining about the food.

That’s the first and the last time I’m ever going to this chain. Zero value for money

Food is always exceptional and staff is friendly. This is one of the few places the whole family agrees on. The kids both love the Jr chicken combo and my husband and I are happy not to have to settle for a meal including chicken nuggets!

The cashier previously wanted me to give a 5star review for a free shawarma wrap. I obliged for the free shawarma wrap. The free wrap was 90 percent vegetable and 10 percent meat. Dry and bland meat in the wrap regardless of the amount

Chicken Shawarma fell apart on contact, and funny enough I hought it and tried to eat it in the car right awayyy. No chance. I couldn't be bothered to eat it, wrapped it and dumped it. I don't recommend.

I love this location so much. Been coming here for over 2 years now nearly every day. The service has been great and the food is amazing. So happy with this place it’s my second home.

As per comments below, this location tries to bribe people to give them 5 star reviews for free food in return. I went in Wednesday afternoon and the cashiers told a group of 3 males behind me to do this.

Overall food is just ok. I like to get chicken on the rocks but its always 80% rice 20% chicken.would prefer more chicken.

What a waste of money, ugh the food is NOT good at all, Falafel was dry and waaaaay over cooked. The salad we bought, there was no dressing like come on, it was a Greek salad, all we got was bunch of lettuce, and a couple of black olives wow.

I tried the chicken shawarma plate and it was very tasty. I love the rice. Very spicy and fresh.

I have been here about 8-9 times and it never fails the don't listen to your order they do what they want and the food is actually not very fresh I will not come back anymore.
There are better places with way better quality.

We ordered 7 shawarmas and there were all equally terrible. Stale falafels, over cooked and oily chicken and beef loaded with tons of hot sauce to mask the smell and taste, not to mention the extreme garlicky hummus side dish accompanied with rock solid pita bread.

Overly spicy, when we specifically asked for mild. And you had to go looking for the meat with a magnifying glass.

I got chicken and the rocks it was great but today i got the beef and there only was 2 pieces of beef and the rest was onions and rice

The employee at this location that served me has zero standards. It's things like this that has me hesitant on ordering through delivery services. I ordered a chicken on the rocks/stix today and I was completely disappointed. So much so i asked for a refund before she could finish making my plate. First off she gave me old fries, and told me they were fresh when there was only 1 person ahead of me when i ordered. After I had to request that they made my fries fresh it only takes 5 mins, she continued to try and give me the bottom scrappings of the rice before requesting more from the back. This is when I asked for my money back. Would you believe I had to explain to her that she tried to give me old fries then tried to give me the bottom of the pot rice that's been discolored due to the air in the empty tray its been sitting in for who knows how long. STANDARDS are very important to me and they didn't seem to understand this. Ended up getting a sub next door.

Food is extremely good but your manager is a old school he don’t know how to talk politely he have zero Patience my advice is to him that go and attend personality development classes

Food was terrible, bordering on inedible. Tiny amount of chicken on my shawarma player. Salad was mostly onions with a couple (2) of small cubes of tomato that were lifeless after clearly having sat in the fridge for many days. The rice was unfortunately flavorless, with an unpleasant texture. Chicken was bland and lacked any browning. To top it off, it was much more expensive than other shawarma places in the area. I certainly will never order for from here again.

Got a beef shawarma a while back, don't let the reviews fool you they put plenty of beef in there. What you need to be wary about are the levels of hot sauce. I asked for it to be hot, then Mandeep asked if I was sure, referring me to the levels of heat. Hot is 4/6. Taking this as a personal challenge I accepted only to regret this later. My advice would be to start small working your way up. Overall great experience, great staff.

I ordered several times from this location, always good. But it was frustrating tonight, I ordered lamb shawarma, it was mostly fried onion with some peices of lamb! I write this review just to ask managment to check upon the quality.

The beyond meat on the rocks is usually good but at this location the flavor was doubled and way too strong of a lemon juice taste, I had to take it back for sure but usually is good!

Chicken here is so delicious that it made me come here again and again and also highly recommended to everyone.

Great hospitality, portion size is FILLING-yet tasty! Affordable family deals (vegan included!). The staff, Sanam and Gawrav are the such hospitable young customer service rep's. They acknowledge all their guests upon arrival, and are efficient at fulfill the Covid-protocols, while taking orders, serving fresh meals, and prepping (and yes, I even catch them juggling delivers) while still maintaining superb customer service. I actually had to re-edit my review and increase it. Mind you - I discourage eating out, and yet, this location is my family's go to! The vegan Saj, and dishes (tried them all) are beyond palatable!

Ordered a beef wrap, got a nice veggie wrap. These chepos put 2 pieces of beef in a sandwich and call it shawarma. It's really not nice when you're charging 10 bucks a wrap. Other similar restaurants close by charge 5 bucks and put 4x more meat.

Tasted good and the quality seemed good as well. I did a pick up order which I was really satisfied with.

Their garlic sauce isnt as good as the other locations. Its tastes like its mixed with another different sauce. Still good enough to eat though. But would most rather go to another location where the garlic sauce is correct.

Amazing place for shawarma or other Mediterranean selections. I always go for the super chicken or chicken on the rocks can't go wrong with either choice. Clean environment and friendly staff from my goings haven't encountered any issues.

Worst experience ever in all of my different osmow's locations so far. Dry chicken, extra charge sauce, not that tasty compared with my prime location in streetsville.

I tried this one after having tried another location first. These guys just didn't seem as good. The service was pretty good, at both locations I've been to so far. I think this chain could toast their wraps a bit more. The "specials" don't seem worth it - better to pay for the full size - better value. I'd go back, just to see if they can improve upon my first impression.

Prices were not on online menu. Got there and realized prices were higher than other restaurants. Rice and fries were soggy. They seem very unorganized and forgot my friend's coke in their order. Don't recommend. Not worth it.

Fave Osmow's location. I usually come here for lunch and get the half & half chicken (fries & rice). Great service and value.

I come here almost everyday to eat their large chicken on the rocks. I love it. Staffs and especially the boss are very respectful and nice.

Me and my family have been frequenting here almost on a weekly basis.we love the food here and the place is clean.their customer service is good the owner remembers us and what we like so before we can place a order he smiles and says is this what you want.that is really impressive if you can remember your customers.well done keep it up.with bestwishes

Probably the worst Osmows location I’ve ever been to. The prices are more expensive by a dollar or 2 compared to other locations. They are very stingy with the amount of sauce they give. I pay for extra garlic sauce and I get the same amount as I would normally get at other locations without paying extra. Prices are already slightly higher and I need to pay extra for more sauce but they still give me the regular amount. The manager here is also not very welcoming. He never smiles and the expression he has on his face makes it seem like he wants you to get out of the store ASAP. It’s a shame because this is the closest location to me but I would rather go somewhere else because it’s so bad here.

They are very stingy with the sauce like the other reviews say. Worst Osmow's I have been to yet out of the 4 different locations I have tried.

This was the first Osmows I visited and I avoided it due to various sub-par experiences compared to other locations I went to after that. Today I was in the area and gave it a try again. The quality of the service and food here is still not good. My salad was made by a younger guy in front of a sign that said "gloves required". He wore no gloves and kept giving me dirty looks while I watched him make my salad. The vegetables they put on it were partially frozen and I later saw they even had pieces of ice among them which indicates they were sitting in the back of a fridge for a while. Prior to ordering, I visited the washroom and found it was not clean and very worn out looking (flaking paint, dirty sink/floor). I just don't get a positive impression that the owner (the same mustachioed guy I've always seen there) is keeping the standards how they should be.

This is probably the worst location I have been to. They are very stingy with their portions not even consistent with portion of other locations. They are very stingy with sauces put on food and try to upsale you for extra. I got the fattoush salad and it was absolutely disgusting. No flavour and just terrible. Upgrade pricing is higher than all of the other locations. I will never return back to this location.

I used to love going to the Osmows in Mississauga as they always had amazing service and great portions. Was excited to see I lived close to another Osmows when I moved to Richmond Hill. However my experience was disappointed to say the least.

Feels like the owner is using sneaky tactics by charging you extra for sauces without even telling u (it’s on the screen but he never says it) Then after charging you money for the sauce, he doesn’t even give you the right portions.

Owner could really use some customer service training and management skills. There’s always someone new working there which is never a good sign of the owner. If he is this stingy and rude with customers I can’t even imagine how he must be to his employees.

Will never be going there again or any Osmows as he has ruined the experience for me.

Ordered from them today to give them a shot, because the reviews give them alot of hate. I wanted to give this place a chance. Biggest mistake, this location is the worst there is. Trash service, and the portions are insulting to the name of Osmows. Here's a tip for business, when you charge me for extra toppings and sauce that's totally fine, I understand that. However, if you skimp on said extra charges, then you're literally taking money from your customers. This place deserves all the low ratings, hate and then some more. Close this place down and bring something new.

Now charging extra for any sauce on all the food served here. $0.75 cents for garlic sauce and tahini. See attached picture. So now we ordered sauceless food. Imagine if McDonald’s started charging for ketchup. Even hot sauce is $0.50 cents extra geez. Head office fix this franchisee. Only a matter of time before the veggie toppings are an extra charge too. The response from the owner is this is the charge for extra sauce. But at the store the cashier ask me if I want tahini or garlic sauce I ask “is it extra” she says “yes it’s extra”. So at this store extra really means just getting sauce. Ie Big Mac charging extra for Big Mac sauce.it does explain why my chicken shawarma was so lack lustre today. No sauce.since I didn’t pay the extra charge for sauce.
