Best shawarma I've had in recent times. Chicken not too dry, lots of food and the service very decent.

Came today first time with my daughter and toy poodle, after making an order we were very politely asked for the dog to wait outside, which was fine with us. Order was made almost immediately and we were very pleased with the taste, everything fresh and very delicious. We ordered shawarma, no spice, and we loved the taste. My daughter started a Colledge this year, so we will be back otten:) Please keep everything as it is now:) Thank you!

First time I tried Osmow's and I loved it. Tasty food and good service. The restaurant just smelled a bit like sewage.

The person who is serving (The guy with beard) is really rude and don’t know how to behave. Worst customer service ever

The rice we ordered for chicken on the rox is totally uncooked. End up throwing it as it is very hard to chew. Please make the money worth with your foods. It is not fair for your customers. Not good at all.

The food at this place was absolutely horrible. The chicken tasted like liver and the rice was so mushy! They also just lather so much sauce on everything and they don’t ask how much you want…. I literally took one bite and I had to throw it all out. The server was friendly but the food was just so bad.

I visit this location occasionally and the service is great and always super quick! Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for good portion sizes and good tasting food.i recommend the mix on the rocks:)

Terrible food, used to love Osmow’s but this location was seriously lacking in its quality of food. The rice was stale and the meat didn’t taste fresh either, I don’t think I’ll be going back here: (

Came here 10 min before closing and everything was great. There was a man alone working at the front and he was friendly and went above and beyond. Also to mention that he made everything fresh for us and did not sacrifice quality. I definitely am looking forward to coming again

Went to this Osmows location today near closing and it was honestly so good, chicken was freshly made despite it being near closing and staff member that was there was doing above and beyond to make sure the fries and chicken was fresh 10/10 experience:)

Going to this place from past 2 years used to be very good now a days rice is half cooked and used to get hot sauce for free on the side if I need more today employee informed that they will charge for hot sauce if that’s the case you need to put hot sauce lines as mentioned while ordering and in one osmows they are offering half scoop extra chicken and other stores they said they don’t do half scoop only full scoop which costs 5$ Simple suggestion You have to make money by selling what customer wants. Mention everything on the menu if you are charging extra for hot sauce and also for extra chicken

Kyushu and Aman amazing service went well beyond for me the food was well prepped and was super delicious. Service was quick and they were super friendly

Had falafel wrap and it was disgusting. The guy made a lot spicy. No cleanliness at all. Worst location. Sauces they put was tested weird. Not gonna come to this location ever.

This place serves a variety of chicken options. My favourite is chicken kebab platter and chicken shawarma platter. Do visit the place.

I went this shop today lunch and got chicken super size shawarma, just wait 5minutes. The food taste was good until I noticed i my mouth that there were a big piece of bone in the middle of the wrap. That was look very hard, shapen. It must be dangerous if I coundn't found them and swallowed it.

Actually, I am a regular customer at that shop, but I never went there again cause I can't trust their food anymore.

Worst experience! I have ordered a falafel sandwich and mentioned that I cannot eat spicy. The indian worker said no worries we will make it mild for you! I got the sandwich and have tried in a bit! I was shocked as I realized the sandwich is so spicy which I have never had that much spicy! I am not sure she did it purposely or not! Seems she put all the peppers to my sandwich with no care! It caused me non stop cough and hiccups! Hope the owner considers it seriously as I did a favour to not complaint! I will share this issue to all my friends and family to not go to that place anymore!

I got daily special from this location and this place always have juicy chicken all the time. I have never received dry chicken even at once. Keep it up.

Delicious. Always get either the chicken or beef on the rox. Love the friendly staff. I’ve tried two other Osmows (in Richmond Hill - Elgin Mills and Leslie, as well as Bayview and High Tech Road). They were not as good. The food there was dry and they didn’t put enough sauce on. This place (Steeles/Alness) is the best by far.

Just wanted a Philly cheese stake not altered at all from the menu I guess this was too hard cause they covered both in olives and let people with no masks come in, holding to your sweater to your face is just fine half hour for two orders cause they couldn't get it right the first time didn't even apologize won't return can't recommend couldn't even get it right the 3rd time no lettuce no tomato gross 40 bucks for some meaty mush

This is the best location of Osmwos. I have been here few times and never had a bad experience. I can't miss mentioning Harjinder, coz the way she serve the customers is the best.
I tried shawarma from other locations, but here they always give everything fresh. No rush at all
They take enough time to make the wrap and grill it properly. I use my SPC at osmows and always get garbage because they have to give 10% off for that. Weired but true. But here they don't care if I pay regular or with the SPC. It's always been the same. I hope they continue it the same way.

Nice franchise but the quantity is just too less. I'm not sure why the employees are soo stingy on the rice and meat, it's like regular quantity is served on a large!

This location went downhill. Order poutine, fries and a chicken shawarma wrap. Fries tasted liked they were cooked in old oil. Shawarma was flavourless and tasted bland. Even the sauces & toppings couldn’t give the shawarma flavour. Staff were friendly, but can’t justify paying $30 for sub-par food.

I am giving five stars for your food and ten stars for the customer service, especially Sahil and Rips. You guys are superb. Keep up the good work guys.

Employee was fantastic and accompanying to my many requests. Service has always been great at this location. Food was prepared and not prepared, sitting in the food warmers so didn’t mind the wait.

I complained about quantity of food 2 days ago and today I give another try and they did very well and made my chicken wrap really good. Excellent love it. The staff is really nice and humble. Clean restaurant and taste is awesome if you are shawarma lover you should visit once.

I have been going to this Osmows location for the past couple of years. It has one of the best shawarma and rice. Chicken on the rocks is definitely a rock star. Rice is flavored to its perfection. If you are a first timer, choose your spice level wisely or even you can ask them to provide hot sauce on side that way you can control the heat.

Brilliant service! I have been coming to this place for a year now. To be honest i never get tired of this food. I feel like the quality has just gotten better recently. Amazing service.and will let my staff know about it. Looking forward to come again.

Been to multiple Osmow's locations but they really impressed me with their version of what I usually get. I got a chicken on the veggies, and the entire dish was cooked to perfection. Seasoning was top notch.

I was welcomed and attended greatly by Mr. Maneet. They made my food exactly as i wanted. Chicken was fresh and warm. Amazing place for Mediterranean food. Must try and will definitely visit again.

Had one bite and metaphorically ascended to heaven. A flavour paradise like this left me unable to feel any emotions for 48 hours leading to my wife leaving me, but whatever I got Osmow's Shawarma to keep me warm now.

Very inconsistent. If it’s the tall brown guy making your food, it will most likely be over cooked and dry. Avoid that guy and you’ll be fine.

Ordered a chicken shawarma poutine every so often and they were good, could do with more cheese curds and a bit less garlic sauce, but a couple months ago the price increased and the quality of the meat decreased. Not sure if they changed suppliers but two months ago I bought a poutine and in almost every bite their was fatty skin or unchewable cartilage. Thought it might be a one off so tried again the other night. This time every bite had some cartilage, and even a small chunk of bone. Stopped eating after the bone as I did not feel like chipping a tooth.

I was here yesterday and bought Chicken Wrap. It was perfect! But here’s the problem, I asked Mild Spicy. When I started eating there’s wasn’t spices at all! When I was about to finished, that’s the time I tasted the Mild Spices. Why are you guys whoever prepared the wrap didn’t spread the spice? It was just at the end! I wasn’t happy at all!

Love there food. You feel so good after there meal just be careful with there traps the cause tends to drip from the bottom so be prepared if you r eating in a car.

5 min ago i want to order and it was afrocanadian man working.i told him: hi, I want to order.he is ignoring me.i understood, he is busy.ok.aftèr 3 min i told again: I am ready to irder! He went to wash his hands.i say: ok, he will be with me in 1 min.but after he left and go to the kitchen! And not come back! This is discrimination! You must retired him or i am go to owner and complain to other institution!

The meat was just sitting there a steam table it wasn't favorable probably would not go back I want shawarma next time if I want proper shawarma I'll go to shawarma place

Osmows one of Toronto greatests spots to get the best survice. And their open late on Sunday at this location. In Brampton it’s not even open.good job guys

My fav place, service is great and quality is good as always. Only advise their fries has lots of oil.

Food is good but cashier need to pay more attention to what the customer required. I told him mild no spicy but I still got spicy.

We've had all sorts of Mediterranean fare in the past, and Osmow's definitely provides a very interesting variation on the format. Had the chicken shawarma & Greek salad here at night.and what can I say - it was most delicious, filling, especially the dressing and texture. A little on the pricier side, but it's such a good experience that I've been coming to Osmow's restaurants again and again over the weeks to have them "make what we're cravin'" indeed!

What's really nice about Osmow's and what makes them unique from other local Mediterranean joints (not that I have anything bad to say about them at all) is the meals are very customizable. You can make the 'big plates' as mild or spicy as possible. With the lowest amount of spice, it didn't even seem spicy at all - I recommend putting at least level 3 (4x) if you want something that's not too hot yet is satisfyingly spicy.

Another really great thing about eating here is that if you don't like to have rice, they give you the option of putting veggies instead. GREAT for those with dietary restrictions.

We were at this location 10pm at night, had just enough time to order and eat before they closed, and the owners started playing loud Middle Eastern pop music - a very cool touch.

I used to love this place not until I saw this outside there main door twice. First was a saturday around 8: 30am last 2-3 months ago I guess it was still summer and Second was yesterday Nov. 6 around 8am. There are racoons, squirrels and skunks going around the plaza at night and you leave you’re PITA BREAD outside so how can u guys assure us that they never come in front of those bread. First and foremost FOOD SAFETY. We love your food and we trust you but with this NOT ANYMORE. I posted this picture for you guys to be aware not to ruin you. I hope you’ll do something about it.

Great value and tasty. This is ye good ol shawarma joint. Had their shawarma poutine and it’s the bomb! I’d highly recommend.

I generally like osmows but this one is an exception. The rice was not done. Raw rice with chicken.literally couldn’t bite on rice.

Ordered the chicken kebab platter.
The chicken portion was fully covered by white sauce and lots of onions. My platter didn't even have half the portion it was supposed to. Stay away from this place.
Personally dislike the store and brand.
I won't ever come back.

Reply to the store manager; hi, thanks for responding to my review. It is funny you mentioned it was a miscommunication, it clearly wasn't. Because ur cashier asked my if I like it hot? I replied No. He said mild? I replied NO hot sauce or spice. Once I receive my order it was covered by red pepper. Plus nobody asked my for sauce or anything else. It was the lack of ur cashier's attention that he never asked. Still the portion of my chicken was half of a chicken fillet, and nothing beyond that. Which was covered in onions and white sauce. I should have returned my platter and got my refund. All in all, I wouldn't come back ever!

This is great food at a great cost. They serve halal Mediterranean and Arab fusion. I've been to three locations and all of them have been very satisfying. The staff is friendly and understanding. The only problem I have is that their meals can be inconsistent. Sometimes my plate will be drenched in sauce, which is nothing to complain about, but other times I'll have to go back to the staff to ask for extra.

Osmows catered for our 60 person party and it went off without a hitch! Food was incredibly fresh as always. Everything was prepared in a timely manner upon pickup, and kudos to this location's staff for the great service. Shout-out to Anmol and Harjot who helped make this happen. We will be definitely be back!

One of the better Osmow's in Toronto. Friendly, and quick. Food is as it should be, Chicken on the Rocks does not disappoint.

A well known, good shawarma place. They keep expanding their menu to cater different cravings, but I'd say it's becoming more westernized than other shawarma shops.

Pretty well priced and good tasting shawarma. The super size wrap is seriously super sized. Hits the spot when you're craving shawarma, but at the end of the day, not quite phenomenal.
