Osmow's Shawarma

Usually, I really enjoy eating here but today when I came in to get my food, I ordered the beef on the sticks, and unfortunately the french fries were barely cooked and soggy the meat as well was barely grilled, and there was so much onions inside of it I couldn’t even taste the beef. Very unfortunate seeing this this is my regular place that I eat a lot of times and I usually enjoy it. I just feel like it was rushed and not cooked properly the whole meal.

I came on Friday, and i asked for extra toppings in my wrap in which she charged $1.50, SHE ONLY PUT NOT EVEN A HALF OF TEASPOON OF THE EXTRA TOPPING WHICH WAS A COMPLETE EMBARRASSMENT AND STEAL. BE RESPECTFUL AND FAIR TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Also the wrap I ordered was so small doesn't even look like a regular size wrap. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AND TRY A DIFFERENT PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Am a regular customer at osmows. Today at 2: 45 i made a order at the store and a old lady took the order. It took 25 minutes to make the wrap ready for me. Usually the wrap is ready in 5 minutes or less. The lady who was wearing a glass was very slow and made me to wait. There were only 2 customer in the store and to serve a fries for the other customer she took almost 15 minutes and that too without draining the oil from the fries, she topped up the rice cambro without following FIFO rule. The new rice was filled on top of the old one which is against the food qaulity controls. This way the old rice will be served again and will be there under the cambro until some one changes it. The reason why i mentioned the appearance of the lady is i dont want everyone else to get the blame for her bad service and laziness. Even she messed up the wrap and was really disappointed. I have noted the day and time. From now on if i see her at the store then i wont place a order.

I have been to many Osmows before, so when i realized they opened one two minutes away from my house i decided to give it a try. I dont think i have ever had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant.

We walked in at 7: 30, knowing the closing time is 10. We were rudely greeted by the girl that was at the counter interrupting what i was talking with my mother, we were discussing thw menu still. Asked her for just an extra minute so we could decide and she walked away without a word. Her coworker came back to the counter and she took our order. I asked for all my food to be mild; ordered a super lamb wrap, a chicken shawarma wrap and a chicken on the rocks to go. We informed the girl we were going to eat the wraps there and that we were taking the chicken and rice home.

The girl that greeted us decided to start mopping with bleach by the second we sat down at our table as we got our food, didnt even seem fazed by us as we got up from our table, grabbing our wraps and going back to the counter to take our take out. Mind you, the floors were pristine before she started mopping with bleach, not to mention it was still 7: 30 when they closed at 10, so two and a half more hours to go.

We got home to have our food, and the lamb wrap was smothered with hot sauce. Now dont get me wrong, people take the word "mild" differently, this was just way too hot (i eat mexican food, i know spice), but my mother cannot eat spicy food at all and her wrap was insanely hot.

We even tipped at the register, so it couldnt have been about that.

The girl that started mopping with bleach beside us is the same girl that walked out on the front counter glaring as i said we needed an extra minute with the menu. She clearly wanted us to leave and well, she got what she wanted.

We will never come back, and i will gladly speak to a manager about this.

Just ordered some chicken on the side and ceasar salad, lettuce was super old, chicken was greasy and had no taste.the young lady that served me had some nasty attitude. Dont waste your money here!

I am a regular customer here and chicken shawarma wrap super size is always my favourite bcz the size is very good enough for me. But today am surprised too see what I was given. It’s almost small size. I asked the staff right-away bcz I know for sure this is not the super size. She started to convince me that’s it is the super size. I bought super size more than 10 times from this location. I didn’t have time to stand there and argue. Very disappointed. Plz train ur staff and be consistent with size.

I waited outside for them to open at their posted time which is 10: 30 and they declined to take me and another customer in because they had a "meeting going on". Zero customer care and service.

I really appreciate the food and service provided. Girl named Simran took my order, was very soft spoken, was quick and efficient. So 5 stars for her.

I went to order a large box of fries, like I have before, except the cashier wasn’t happy when it said $4.99 so he said he’ll just charge me the price of 4 bags for just the fries. Then the other cashier came and said that there was half of a large just chicken aka 8oz of chicken in a ‘chicken on the stix’. 8oz of chicken was 9.99 and 13.99 for a large chicken on the stix, so I’m sitting there tryna figure how these fries supposedly $20. I just left when they started negotiating with me like get your house in order. Osmows rymal location is not vegetarian friendly

Guy didn't want to serve me so he pretended the store was closed. Even though the door was unlocked and I walked in 20 mins before the store closes.

This place is excellent. Everytime clean. Always food is good. Workers are very nice. Five stars from me.

Chicken it’s super chewy and old the taste was bad idk why and the chicken was black not even like the other chickens somehow, not coming back again.

Worst osmows I've been to. Slow service and the chicken in my wrap felt like it was a week old.not fresh at all.

Absolutely disgusting. Got myself an osmows special wrap and it tasted beyond disappointing. Cheap portions, The wrap was drenched in sauce, The chicken tasted old, pineapples were literally dried up, the famous garlic sauce tasted like mayonnaise with pepper and salt, and the vegetables were soft tasting as if they were refrigerated for days. I used to really like osmows but with the management changed, it’s giving me more reasons to never go again. If you want people to come to your establishment it’s important to keep quality standards constant. Your customers shouldn’t be paying for old and tasteless food.

Went today evening. The customer service was great. I was served by Gurnoor kaur. She was very polite. Highly recommend everyone to visit this place

Just went there and got falafel wrap it was so good the girl and guy working there are a great team thank you guys for making my experience that good.

Restaurant is at very good location and also service is very fast. Staff is very cooperative by handling customers they also take care of cleaning as well and specially simran greets customers in a good way and i also visit there again for delicious food

I am dining here from more than one year and is very regular. Quantity of food is decreasing day by day. I ordered large chicken on rocks and I got quantity of medium. It is not worth for money anymore. I want to give zero stars.

I ordered a take out for 44.85 dollars and the food was so pathetic. When we went in restaurant for that the supervisor told the other guy named ali that it's not her responsibility that her made it even though she was a supervisor. She told me that she's been stuck here for 12 hours and she was tired solving my problem. She was arguing and giving me attitude.
She asked us to wait outside in this cold weather until the order was made. And she even refused to give refund and ask my aunt to come insde and do refund by herself since she couldn't do it by herself. She told her to come inside and cook her falafel by herself.

Absolutely awful. The meat was so bland and dry, the rice was disgusting and not seasoned like it says, the “famous garlic sauce” did not even taste like garlic it was super watery tasting, the Greek salad had 2 tiny crumbs of feta in the entire thing. Absolute disappointment. Do not waste your money here.

Bad chicken, tasted fungus and finger nail polish in my chicken on the rocks.not only just that, the chicken was expired, i saw some kind of green/yellowish substance. I know you can do better than this Sam Osmow. I had to resort to popeyes unfortunately after this incident.

The food was subpar. My chicken tasted old (maybe expired). The gravy was not mixed enough and tasted like brown sugar. My server said Osmows has bad food. They were right.

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR FOOD 95% VEGITABLES AND 5% CHICKEN ON A WRAP I ORDERED PLUS NO SAUCE. THIS IS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED. THE WORKERS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE ANYTHING REALLY CHEAP THEY DON'T PROVIDE YOU WITH QUALITY FOOD. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Chicken is always very dry and fries were always very brown and hard because the oil is old. After trying 3 times I gave up. Not worth when there are so many better shawarma options around

I went here once and never again. I got a chicken shawarma rice bowl. Upon eating it, the rice was moldy and tasted extremely old. We called and they said to come back in and get a new one. A couple days later I went again to get the new food and ONCE AGAIN I was completely unsatisfied. The rice was old and the salad was terrible. I do not recommend! Dont waste your money here. The best thing you can get here is some coca cola from the fridge.

In terms of service, I can honestly say that Osmows has fulfulled my expectations. I like to come here on my lunch break at work, because I look forward to the food. My best experiences have been with servers Ruhaan and Ilyan. Recently, I also had an exceptional service from a new employee named Aarash. These servers acknowledged any time shortages I have had, making quality food quickly and efficiently, while still maintaining politeness. I enjoyed watching them work. The reason I will not be giving 5 stars is because of a couple of other servers I've had. I do not remember his name, but when I came in, I was met with aggression and borderline hostility, given limited menu options, and forced to feel unwanted for the entire duration of my visit. Would likely recommend osmows to a friend.

Worst customer service, food quality dropped because of incompetent people working there. The man with beard having no experience how to deal with customers. Worst attitude. He doesn't even care what he is saying to customers he's loud and call customers by calling them HEYY with attitude.
Will never ever visit this location.

Food was amazing and freshly prepared. Great and fast customer service, will definitely be visiting again!

Was not expecting anything amazing, coming from a dentist apt, but, what we received was nothing short of awesome!
The chicken shawarma was so good, they have this sauce? IDK whats in it, but I love it. And my wife does too. Thank you to the lovely staff and their clean establishment. WILL. Be back.

Had the chicken shawarma, will probably never have it here again.
The chicken was full of cartilage and chewy gross, inedible pieces. I was spitting out most of the chicken because it was so chewy.
The flavour was fine. Sauce was fine.
Would not reccomend.

We tried this place yesterday for 1st time. Food was delicious but little pricey.

I love the location as it is closer to my house. I hope you will bring down daily special prices and keep same quality.

Not worth the price. Look elsewhere than this location. Even if we called to explain they just shrugged us off. I guess they don't want customers for a new business. Why bother. Good thing we didn't tip or that would have been a real dagger.

First time ordering. Worst food I have ever had. The rice was sticky, the salad had the ends of the lettuce. It was horrible. What a waste of money. Garbage!

Ordered my food here through Uber eats. Showed up cold, not necessarily the restaurants fault. But the chicken was dry, and rice was waaaaay over cooked. Poorly packaged Ordered extra sauce, definitely didn't get any extra because the meal itself barely had any on it.

Do yourself a favor, order elsewhere. Montforts, Neighbors shawarma is good too, staffin grill, Sana grill, they're all way better.

Got shawarma on rocks, employee barely put any sauce on it and when i asked to put at least some more Sauce that i can eat. I was told by manger/owner that it cost extra. May be owner/manager of franchisee needs need to see pictures of how shawarma on rocks looks like on your osmows menu. I am pretty sure photos from your head office are not wrong

50% fillings 50% bread. Really? My 1st time to order and this is how you guys treat customers? You put so little inside and then wrap it thrice over. This leaves a very bad taste, bad business practice. I even called this location and they proudly said they follow standard practice. So standard practice to put so little inside and more on the bread. Don't bother with Osmows, local chains around are more proportionate.

This the only bad Osmows store I have visited. Very miser when it comes to amount of meat and sauce they put. Cold wraps. Unbelievably smaller Shawarma wraps than other locations. You ask for a chicken wrap, it is mostly toppings. I know a lot of Osmows franchise owners. This place is not going to do well. Pull up your socks guys. Wont visit again. Will go back to my regular Osmows in Upper James that has cordial staff and awesome food

I am amazed to see how shameless the owners are. Nothing to say. Stay away from this location. Any other location is much better. Concerned owner, You are not complying to head office formula. I will escalate to Sam himself. Give your stuff right amount of training.

Was not busy at all on a week day, mid afternoon. Ordered my wrap and was shown a screen with all the possible toppings. After a 5 minute wait my wrap was ready. The wrap was delicious

Best Osmows location I’ve been to and I have been to all around Ontario. Good thing I live in Hamilton, this city has the best and worst location I’ve ever tried but this one is the best.

The manager, Mian (I think), is really nice! This is my favourite location, they always get my food right and also a good amount!

It just sucks.like the customer service and everything is good, but the shawarma is just god awful.

Sorry to say that but I had chicken shawarma today in this place and it taste awful because of way too old chicken in it.

New location! And I am pleased to say FINALLY an Osmows location where customers are greeted with a smile, food is fresh and all hygiene/covid protocals are clearly being followed: the staff washing hands, wearing masks and gloves throughout, as well as overall cleanliness.

Food quality: Fresh, excellent, generously served, thankfully very generous with their garlic sauce (only reason I even love shawarma)

I believe this is a new location and I can only imagine what it is like to be a restaurant opening up during Covid. Support all your local businesses and this is definitely where I am going to satiate my next shawarma craving.

Highly recommended. Excellent food quality, customer service is exceptionally amazing. Impressive product knowledge- Person who helped me with my order didnt just take the order and ask me to pay the total but also explained to me my options in food, you dont see this anymore in most of the places around. So happy to have osmows in our neighborhood. Keep up the great work rymal location.

This is the best osmows location, others are unclean and have cold cold food, this was hot and fresh, and super clean. Im hoping they maintain this. Ask for Mahmood when you visit, top guy.

I love how i can just walk to this location and enjoy "on the rocks half and half fries". Jeez.

This is a new store. Both food and service was exceptional. Also the sanitary practices are great I didn’t feel nervous eating here at all. Great work guys.

I will definitely visit again!
