Always amazing food and customer service. Staff are very friendly and thank me for my business each and everytime I visit. Restaurant is very clean and well kept.

Good food tasty fresh and economical.

Been to this location a few times. Overall, there is an opportunity for cleanliness and improve quality of food as compared to other Osmow's

They call the food Mediterranean even though the food have nothing to do what the food from the region

Visited to this store after quite long time, had a really good experience, so much better than before. Everything is great now.

I’m not someone who leaves reviews but this one is needed. Worst service I’ve ever experienced, awful food. Two bites were taken and thrown out. I was embarrassed to ask for a refund. The chicken tasted rotten and I’m hoping I don’t get food poising. I eat at other locations and this has been the worst location. I would go anywhere else but here if you’re in the area.

Quite possibly the worst meal we’ve ever eaten the chicken was basically minced meat and dry as hell, asked for beef was told it would be about 20 minutes? I’d rather eat 7/11 food DO NOT EAT HERE

Sept 8 2021.6 30pm. Got chicken shawarma and beef shawarma.
Did u guys put too much fish sauce on the chicken or something? Smell/taste fishy.
The beef was fine.

Coworkers went the next day, they had the same problem.
Debit machine started prompting tipping option.

Bought a chicken shawarma on the rox (rice) and a salad today. The rice was raw and more than 95% of the salad was just lettuce. $8.99 for a salad with just lettuce and a few pieces of tomatoe was such a ripoff! Not buying again.

Mid chicken at this location and these guys dont listen. Tell me how i have ordered chicken on the rocks twice but gotten sticks both times

I stopped coming on this location a 2-3 months ago bcz of rude behaviour of staff. But today i tried again and i got served really really well i did not expect that. The guy name gurwinder is very humble and nice. He listened me really well and prepared my food really good. My food was very good i will visit this location again. I hope i will get served again same as i got served today

Always great Shawarma wraps. My favourites are the chicken Shawarma saj wrap, also the chicken Shawarma poutine.

My only criticism is that sometimes the wrap isn't wrapped tight enough. But a top favourite.

Everything about my order was made incorrectly. Things were added that I didn't ask for and the taste was very plain.

I've been going here for a few years now and the food has been good and nice portions. Tonight, I get home and open the Chicken on the Rocks $15.49 and found a container of 50cents worth of rice and a 1/2 cup of chicken. What a ripoff.

Its a big zerooo for you guyz.we ordered large portion size which is equivalent to regular size and we paid $17 plus taxes.like why? Not enough sauces not hygienic at all.other branches are much better than this branch.

Paid $0.75 extra sauce, and they didn’t put extra on.
Had next to no chicken, when asked for more, I was given attitude.
The spice sauce portion was not correct compared to all other osmows I have been too.

Worst osmows there is

Incredibly disappointed. I order from the Waterdown location allot and it seems as though the portion sizes keep getting smaller. This time it’s significantly small, I ordered and paid for all items to have extra food yet we received regular size. This is the last I’m ordering from Osmows. The delivery guy was awesome though.

I've been coming to this ozmos for 6 months ish. The food is consistently good and the staff is friendly.

I would recommend this particular location to anyone who enjoys food.

I used to love this place and it was a weekly fave well not anymore. I went today to get the fatoush salad with chicken.when I got my salad there was literally 8 tiny shreds of chicken on it and 3 pita pieces. I went in and said there is no chicken on my 15 dollar salad the employee told me head office has changed portion sizes.then change prices.don't charge me 15 dollars for a box of lettuce and call it a chicken salad. The employees was very nice and obviously following company protocols but I will not be returning

Whoever gave Osmows #1 had no taste buds. The rice tastes like it was made a week ago. The chicken tastes like wet cardboard and nothing is fresh. Would of drove to get my money back but wasn’t even worth it.

I keep giving this place another try on hopes they are getting better and time after time they let me down. The owner really has to take a page out of the Dundas locations book. Their chicken is better, rice, service etc. I'm a big fan of osmow's but it's unfortunate my home town location isn't up to par.

Falafel too dry, no dressing on Fatoush, beef shawarma had too much grissel very chewy! Will give one more try, if no good, it’s over!

Unfortunately this Osmos locations fall short of the others I have visited, the food is not nearly as good or is the value there. Room for improvement for sure.

This was our first visit to Osmow's! I feel silly that I did not even know it was here (guess I was affect by COVID more than I thought). Regardless, we visited because our neighbour was absolutely raving about the quality and taste of the food. Well our first visit was exceptional, the gentlemen doing the cooking was very friendly and engaging and very happy to talk about his business. He provided info and direction. I had the Super Chicken shwarma on a pita and my wife had a regular chicken shwarma with the "rocks". Which is a bed of rice with a special garlic sauce and sumac seasoning. Long story short, the food was tremendously tasty, service was very good. We will 100% be back soon! FYI, even if you like " heat" on your food, whatever level of heat you would typically order.dial it back one notch! I like "hot" but he suggested that I start with "a little" yes, it is actually called that.thanks again!

Was great service. Never tried so much delicious Mediterranean food ever before. Customer service was very good. It is gonna be my everyday lunch meal from now on.

The meat is perfect, not dry! And they prepare the food with care! Excellent

Weird resturant, confused customer service representative. Unhygienic restroom. Order swapped. All in all not worth it.
Shawarma was okay though if i put everything aside.

Order poutine.after waiting 10 minutes.get told it will be another 5 minutes because they didnt make sauce.so I asked to switch to rice.girl snapped at me and said no its almost done.well it was stone cold aswell as the fries. Since I also asked for fresh since they sat their.wrap almost no meat.cashier dealing with food did not wash her hands.kept checking her phone.maybe they should put as much care into the customers as they do with their cell phones and what they are listening to with their headphones. Wont support osmos again.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Please do not go this location 1 hrs before closing because their closing time is 8: 30 i went there at 8: 09 pm sunday and are closed and door locked. They are not even look at you even if you knock. I drove all the may from other side of burlington think that they are open till 8: 30. Worst experience

I ordered a medium chicken shawarma on the rocks with lettuce, pickles, turnips, extra onions and extra chicken. I paid about $5 extra for the vegetables and they were super stingy with the quantity. I probably got only a pinch of lettuce, definitely not extra onions and only 2 slices of pickles. $0.75 for 2 slices of pickles? I've been to many other osmows and that is not how they usually do it. I also definitely didn't get extra chicken. I'm used to getting this and having the thing over flowing with veggies, that is definitely not what I received today. So much for national shawarma day.

Most horrible experience EVER. Stopped by for a quick pick up with my family. There was a guy at the cash who couldn’t figure out how to punch in the order. I patiently waited, as he was a trainee, but after waiting 15 min I asked someone else to take out order. Then waited 35 minutes to get out good. The poutine had NO salt on the fried and only LITERALLY 3 cheese curds. Over $60 dollars for 2 wraps, a kids junior chicken meal and a poutine. I will stick to Popeyes from herein in. Fast friendly service, and value for your buck! Thank guess being from Mississauga, we know what other Osmows serve. This place is substandard.

Worst customer service ever, the guy taking order is rude.messed up my toppings, specifically asked not to put onions and still found onions in my shawarma. Also the washroom is really dirty and unhygienic.

Great taste but 1 hr wait for shawarma is too much. I really hope they speed things up. Quantity for large shawarma on the rock is very less hope the fix the meat quantity. The large shawarma box looked like someone ate half of it and gave the box

Absolutely horrible customer service. If you can even call it that! We have now tried to call in an order on 4 separate occasions. The first two times it goes straight to a busy signal with zero connection or it just rings and rings.
It’s insane how they are still open!
Like how hard do you need to make it to tell Waterdown that you aren’t interest in their patronage?
From the times we did get orders it was a hit or miss. Either it was good or it completely lacked volume of contents or they completely forgot sides that were ordered and paid for.
Don’t even waste your effort. If you walk in you’ll be waiting for 30 min just for them to figure out a shawarma order.

Osmow's always my best option for shawarma places to go, but this location is the worst place to go. As per the quantity, this place is ridiculous. Over $16 dollars for a sandwich the size of my palm.when I took back 5he sandwich and asked why it was so small, he told me it comes in one size, buy when I placed my order he asked of I wanted a regular or large. The pouting tasted NOTHING like pouting. It was flavorless missing even salt and the cheese curds. So disappointed in this location. Keep away from this location.

They get a 5 star from me just for their friendly service. It was so nice being greeted the second I walked in. And they were BUSY! Im just here waiting for my food:).

Osmow’s is a good franchise but this location was not good at all. The rice was hard and the salad was very bland. Im leaving a bad review and a 1 star because I now have a stomach ache after an hour of eating it.

Great customer service and good food! Recently ordered from here for a small party and it was a smooth experience even with a short notice! Reasonable price for catering orders.we strongly recommend this osmows waterdown location!

Told us it was going to take 20 minutes to make the order and its been 40 minutes and I am still waiting here for food. I do not recommend going here.the Osmows in university plaza is 10x better

I have been to alot of Osmows Locatons in the past couple years. I gotta say these guys absolutely nail it out of the park. Costumer service is exceptional and the food is always fresh. Orders are consistent and have always enjoyed the high quality fresh food. I fail to remember the mangers name but he does an outstanding job. I strongly agree with other reviewers that people leaving the negative comments are probably not used to such quality food being so readly available. It's definitely my go to food joint would recommend everyone. Keep up the good work.

Having been to many Osmow’s locations, this location has amazing customer service and great food quality. This is my favourite Osmow’s location.

Customer service was an area I'd like to see improved. Gentleman behind the cash was rushed and a bit rude when taking orders.
Girl handing out the orders didn't seem to have a system. Someone almost walked away with my order as she was not organized.

The thing is they have a lot of potential and I'd love to see this place be amazing.

DISGUSTING

I've been to this location a few times and haven't been disappointed with the customer service and good quality food. This location cares about their customers and their satisfaction. I'll stop again for sure!

The best shawarma i have had on my holiday the quality is great and the staff are very friendly i can only recommend it to everyone very good and high quality goes by there really recommended.

The food is soooo good! Made fresh right in front of you. I got the falafel and the flavour is amazing! The customer service was also fantastic. Incredible experience all around.

My daughter and I went to pick up our Chicken Schwarma, not only was it delicious but the staff are really polite and friendly. They seemed grateful to have our business.

The issue with Osmows is a lot of places aren’t consistent, this is one of the few locations which stays consistent

The Food there is nothing special (very bland) I've always had my orders done not as specified, guess they need better management.

I have been to many locations around the GTA and in the Niagara/Hamilton Region, This location is by far the best! I have been there since they opened last August and every time I've been there, food and customer service is exceptional. I have read some reviews and some customers just don't know what good fresh food is. People leaving these reviews are probably eating fast-food everyday and don't know what fresh food tastes like!

Very underwhelmed with our food tonight. The menu on the website is reflected much differently in the restaurant and lended to some confusion over the options of sides.

The fattoush salad was just iceberg lettuce and stale pita chips. It was supposed to come with tomatoes and cucumber. There was lots of chicken and rice, but the garlic sauce had no garlic in it. The whole meal was fairly flavourless for a shawarma meal.

Probably won’t be back.
