Its a great experience. The ambience is very welcoming. Amazing food and service. Highly recommend.

Got a super sized chicken shawarma wrap

Very little to no sauce, I actually added extra tahini sauce and garlic in my order.

Also the wrap was supposed to be super sized but it was nothing like this, looks like they are hiring wrong people for the job, if this continues, you will lose business.

Honestly it was the worst shawarma wrap,
Not buying here anymore.

I did call and told that person that my order doesn’t have even any sauce and she says come and collect sauce on side.

This place is so good, the customer service is pretty good and the food here is pretty nice as well

There is a fly there, not one, not two. It's end of November, guys, something is definitely wrong with the kitchen. I had found a fur in my falafel. Midium sauce was hot as hell, so I haven't finished my dinner. Staff was nice. Loud indian music. I'm not a fan, maybe for someone it isn't a big deal. I won't go back in this place again.

Literally, the best shawarma in town. Me and my friends went to osmow’s harmony and the experience there was so fabulous like in everything aspect wheather it is hygiene or the taste of food. Totally worth it, do try there chicken shawarma with rice

UPDATE****
I ordered for delivery. Pre-ordered for a specific time. They "began making" my order 1 hour before the delivery time. My food arrived ice cold, missing an item. The food needed to be reheated, and the Stix were inedible/soggy/gross. I also got large sized items, and was given the wrong size for chicken on the rocks and the Stix. I didn't even bring that up initially because I was just over it. However, the lack of care, I am now making it known. I was not provided a refund or simply an explanation. I was asked to reach out to them directly, and the email they provided was not valid and bounced back. I reached out via their website and requested a response. I still have not heard back from them, though they were instant to respond to my low review on the app I ordered through. Normally a fan of the chain, this was a terrible experience.

UPDATE *** After responding again to another review and sending a THIRD email, Osmows has STILL NOT RESPONDED! They are answering for appearance sake and not for actual assistance to patrons. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT YO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

UPDATE 2*** they finally responded to me and blamed Uber for it. They also explained how Uber works like I've never seen the light of day. Nothing was offered or resolved, just a long, drawn-out email blaming everyone else.
"When an order is placed through the Uber Eats app, the status automatically changes to "food is being prepared, " regardless of the pickup or delivery time. For scheduled orders like yours, we receive a reminder 15 minutes before the driver arrives for pickup, and we make sure not to prepare the order until that time to ensure freshness"
I PRE-ORDERED AT 430 - IT DID NOT SAY PREPARING ORDER!
It changed to "preparing order" around 5: 30 (delivery was set for 630-7)
So no, the email doesn't match the actions and it is a major fail. Never going back.

I this osmows their food is always hot and so good and it’s the best on 2am trips there.everyone there is really nice and the food doesn’t take long at all.

Worst experience (s). Once I came in here, I ordered a medium chicken shawarma poutine, 1. Barely any fries out in 2. They ran out of cheese and were warming it up in the most unhygienic way (putting it on top of the grill to heat it up with steam? !) ugh, anyway, they put the cheese into my poutine, took it to the car and it was rock solid, brought it back inside to them and waited almost an hour for them to defrost the cheese. Went back in today to get two shawarmas and a large Chicken on the rocks. Beyond disappointed today, the shawarmas were cold, not wrapped well, not enough filling inside plus the bread was cracked. The chicken on the rocks was a portion for a 2 year old, I could literally see the rice as soon as I opened the container. When I called back I could hear a man laughing in the back in a different language saying “what’s wrong with the wrap now”, I asked for extra garlic sauce when I saw him putting only a bit and he made sure to tell me that on the phone “I gave you extra sauce too” lol what a ridiculous experience. Go to Simcoe if you actually want what you pay for

I visit this location from time to time and for the most part I have had an okay experience. The food always tastes different and portion sizes always vary. I went earlier today and the portion I received was unbelievable. Believe it or not but that fatoush salad on my chicken plate had like two pieces of tomatoes and three pieces of the dried pitas. I ordered hummus as an extra and I got half a spoon of it. The rice and chicken was for a 5 year old. Yeah you might save a few dollars but will lose customers. If this is what osmows at this location stands for, they will definitely go on a decline.

Very good taste, I ordered the food and it was hot and fresh with the extra fast delivery. Surely gonna order again soon!

I ordered a couple beef on the rox. Garbage food. Beef was extremely hard. Rice was undercooked.
The beef also had alot of fatty bits.
I also got a six piece bakalwa. Those six pieces were more like one legit piece. It was also very stale and lacked taste.
I've had food from several Osmows locations and this by far is the worst.

This is my favorite food place, always the best customer service and food always satisfies the craving! My goto is the pouting, it never dissapoints!

I ordered a shawarma plate and the chicken was very dry and didn’t seem fresh. The food didn’t taste that good and the rice was very stale as well. The Simcoe location is better. The service were also very slow. Don’t recommend: (

By far the worst osmows I have ordered from.
Every experience I have had an issue.
Portions are this location are not up to par with the other locations.
Employees are skimpy with toppings and meat. It’s like the employees make the orders in the dark.
Do not order from this location.
The one on Simcoe street have much better consistent portions, better service and atmosphere.

Waited for over 5 mins with no acknowledgment. Ignored by staff, skip the dishes came and got their order in front of me. Still ignored by staff. Walked out didn’t even order.

The falafel sandwich is really worth a try. It gives me the taste of Middle East country where falafel is so common. Try the spicy one, it's not as spicy, bearable spicy.

Chicken shawarma is always my favorite.

I ordered on the phone to place an order for chicken on the rocks. The lady took my order. It was around 12Am midnight. The lady give me. Half portion of rice and 8 pieces of chicken on the chicken rocks. The rice was not good chicken was not good. No sauce. I dont know. Why she did that. If she don’t want to take my order she can say No but she did this. I never ever visit there again.

Had a chicken shawarma wrap several different times, wrap is hardly filled even when paying for a super size, chicken has cartridge or something hard in it and often get bites of pure fat. It often take 15 minutes to get just a wrap. It seems they prioritize uber and skip the dishes. I'll go to another shawarma place next time.

I notified the customer service rep as soon as I started my order that I am allergic to beef and I needed them to ensure that my food was not peppered with the same utensils out on the same cooktop as the beef meals. Not only did they not follow this request, they mixed beef into my salad! I have been so sick the past 3 days because of their poor handling of my order. I will never order from this location again!

This location has consistently been the worst Osmow's experience I have had. I love Osmow's and have been to locations from all across ontario. The portions are routinely underwhelming, to the point of embarrassment. Service is poor at the location itself, order times are slow for uber/skip. I rarely leave a poor review for restaurants as I'd like to think these bad experiences are one off ocurrences, however this location has time and time again managed to disappoint.

Osmow's is amazing! Just this location sucks. Order from the simcoe location, they are friendly and eager to have your business. The owners of this franchise should be embarrassed, what a stain on the reputation of Osmow's.

Worst shawarma ever. Waited a hour on skip and the shawarma was cold and terrible. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Last time there was a hair in my food. The chicken was cold and uncooked. Now watch the owner Nadeem say please contact me to fix this but what is there to fix? U gave me garbage food many times. I never once received hot cooked shawarma from here. You should be out of business and ashamed of yourself

I wanted shawarma and we didn't get the regular shawarma chicken sandwich you get everywhere else. No hummus no garlic. They don't tell you they make their own special sauce which I don't find is better. They serve fries with it instead of seasoned block potatoes with garlic sauce. I would've felt better if they didn't get our order wrong. One was missing pickles. Mine had pickles which I didn't want but was missing pickled turnip and other regular standard toppings. Also one of the chicken sandwich had too much cartilage in it. I'm not having a bad day and I wish this wasn't the truth. Sorry.

Osmos staff! What happened? We order from here all the time and love it! We have never had a problem until today. Ordered our usual go to meals, chicken and beef on the rocks and a chicken salad. Asked for extra garlic sauce which usually comes on the side but for some reason an obsurd amount was dumped on the food. Literally swimming in it. Was inedible and threw it out. The salad was practically all huge chunks of raw onion and barely any lettuce. I'm still giving 4 stars because out of the dozens of times we've eaten from here this is the only time we've been unhappy with the food. We'll just chalk it up as new emoyees? Rush to make the food? Cap fell off the garlic sauce bottle? Either way we'll still go back but hope this doesn't happen again.

I think the service was fantastic, I was disappointed in the low carb food. The meat was really chewy, and pretty yucky for my liking. But, they did replace my meal, friendly. I personally wouldn't go back for more. But if you love shawarma, it looks pretty tasty.

The worst service! Called and made an order at 12: 45 am they closed at 1 am. The woman agreed to make the order explained was in the highway coming will be there!

We get to the door and then they turn the lights off, we knock the door and call no answer then a man comes to the door complaining saying that they have been at work since 10 am likes it’s my problem.

They didn’t care to call to ask if we were still coming.

What’ upsets me the most is the argumentative spirit and how this business has chosen to enter into the new year 2021.

This is a business I will no longer support. And I will spread the word.

The best service ever got especially from Jaggi Jandu. Additionally, the way of talking and the experience was awesome with the attendant named Jaggi Jandu.

Tried it. Wasn't good. Rice was stale and the hot sauce was absolutely gross! Not to mention little bit on the pricey side. If you want good shawarma and are in the Oshawa area. I highly recommended ohSHAWARMA in Courtice. You also won't get charged extra for sauces!

I say skip it and travel the extra 5 minutes down the road and head to Pita Deli. I ordered a chicken shawarma pita made with a fattoush salad and it left something to be desired. The fattoush salad usually adds a nice flavour but at this place it tasted like bagged lettuce (no dressing was on the lettuce and the chicken.where's the chicken. I should have just stuck with my usual place. Tried it and won't need to go back.

Good chicken shawarma, humus was nice as well, awesome size on the mega! The small upcharge for the humus and tzatziki was annoying and the pita was a bit tough where it was rolled up. Still good overall!

Not what I expected, food wasn’t great, mostly just rice with scauces and the salad with the pita bits has Italian dressing. Not great, your better off going to booster juice

I was at this location earlier today. I paid for extra sauce in my wrap and on the fries which I did not get. Multiple leaves were coming out from one of the wraps and I did not ask for it. If I could I would give 0 stars. Avoid this location as much as possible. The tall girl making the sandwiches was behaving rudely. Too much attitude. They should improve the quality of their food and customer service.

Hi, Yesterday afternoon i ordered from the restaurant Osmow's (harmony North Oshawa) the 'Mix on the rocks combo' however the whole meal was very disappointing.starting with the fact that both the Chicken and Beef were extremely dry and non tasteful making it very hard to chew, the few parts that i did. This is disappointing because it is a main part of the meal.not only the dryness of the meats but it seems like to cover up for the dryness they apply soooo much of many sauces, so much to the point where it was leaking from the bag, this ended up making the decent rice drenched and soggy i was shocked that i wasted almost $20.00 waiting for my sister to send me the pictures she took on her phone to upload

Excellent customer service. Received the wrong order through skipthedishes. However, Nadeem resolved the issue by personally delivering the correct order fairly quickly. Food was delicious!

This is hands down the best osmows location I've been to, and much better than any Mississauga location. It's clean, great portions and the garlic sauce is not watered down.
