Osmow's Shawarma

Although the restaurant is good, one of the workers does not know how to communicate with the customers. His way of talking and the way he greets the customers is disgusting also when I order online food he took my personal details and tried to contact me I want you to take strict action against him I can also share his number with you so please revert me back on my mail otherwise I will complain. He claims to be the manager of the restaurant and it was evening time.

The good thing about here is it closes late; the shawarma is a bit sloppy made compared to other osmow’ses. Overall is good.

I went in for a Shawarma and I eat from a lot of Osmows every now and then. And I guess this is one of the worst Osmows Shawarma I have tasted in a while. I don't know if chains across are supposed to have some consistency but this was missing, big time!

It’s a full package of pleasure each box. Beef half and half highly recommend for bulking dudes.

I visited the store at 30 mins prior to closing, they refused to tale my order and told me that we have to go home, is it professional you guys are working for a well know Brand, I’m sorry Osmos i used to be a regular customer at this store but now i will gonna look for other alternatives, the name of the guy who refused to take my order was Harman!

Great brand, but absolute awful service. First time in this location I asked for sauce on the side, the soaked the food in sauce. The second time I asked to skip some ingredients, since they asked and they put in everything. So hard to understand what the point of asking is if you end up doing whatever you want at the end.

There is not much sitting place and I think that's the only negative thing about this place, rest of it is pretty good. By the way, the doordash offer was terrible and didn't even work!

The food is top notch, hands down, the atmosphere is very friendly and good, the service is good and staff are very polite.

Very poor customer service. They took my single shawarma order and forgot about my order. After making me wait for 40 minutes the food was not even like I was expected. After long hours of my work I went to eat and it was completely ruined. Employees should be more trained on how to treat their customers.

Recently discovered a restaurant that serves fantastic and delectable shawarma, the best chicken, service, etc.

Worst experience i ever had. Dirty place where they make there food.
The lady was putting the food on the grill the guy was just putting them on plate when it was chilled. I also work in shawarma place i know how things work. I ordered chicken plate and wrap. He was jus literally mixing the chicken in the container. I feel sorry for those people who are vegan. I would suggest you to never come at this place ever!
The wrap was also disgusting. He made my wrap with same gloves that he was wearing since I entered the store like 20 minutes ago

Amazing service and food. Their supervisors are very attentive and always customize the orders perfectly as the customer's demand. 10/10 would visit again!

I ordered Chicken on veggies. The veggies and chicken were perfectly cooked. And, the osmows's special garlic sauce and hot sauce made it more tasty. Never tasted anything like that.

I ordered through Uber twice. The food is amazing. I have tried other osmows as well but this location is special.

BEST LOCATION FOR SHAWARMA. GOOD TASTE AND QUALITY WAS EXCEPTIONAL. STORE CLEANLINESS WAS WELL MAINTAINED AND STAFF WAS HELPFUL.

I had gone there 3days back it had the best hospitality in the locality and the shawarma is much great there ️.

Horrible experience, all the orders were mixed up and unnecessary lineup because of disorganized customer service. Sadly food quality was also very lacking, meat was old and dry, salad is just lettuce ….

I get my dinner (half and half beef) almost everyday from Monday to Friday at this location because its close to my office. They are generally good with their services and its my go to place nowerdays.

The Chicken wrap is so great here. Also, the staffs are also so courteous & friendly! Good work guys!

Been here twice. I thought I'd try something different to see if that dish was better. Unfortunately they were both bad. Their falafel ate consists of par boiled rice 5 Falafel balls smothered in garlic sauce. I like garlic sauce but this was like they put half a bottle. No salad no veggies nothing. $15 later. It's just not good enough for the price they should consider adding veggies to their plates one item in there is not enough for the price they charge. Even if it is post pandemic prices it's still too much money for what you get.

My order is always accurate and the food is amazing! I always order Chicken on the rocks and it becomes my favourite! Also, They also offer student promo in this location good deal for students to go eat after school:)

Ordered a medium chicken on the rocks over the telephone as I was driving. I've been going to Osmows at different locations for years, & have enjoyed it because of the simplicity of it - shawarma chicken, garlic sauce, & rice. When I came to pick up my order, I saw on the register that it said it had garlic sauce AND tahini, & told the worker that I did not want tahini on my food. At other locations I've been to, they'd always ask you beforehand whether you wanted tahini so I assumed it was an optional ingredient, & since I was not asked over the phone (nor was I asked for my name or phone number for the pickup like other branches), I assumed it would have the regular ingredients that I'd normally get. When I told the worker I did not want tahini, he very rudely told me that I should have known it'd have tahini & should have ordered it differently then, but as explained above, I did not know. So they remade my order, & I went on my way home. I open it up & realize they skimped out on the garlic sauce, & can't help but wonder if this was just pettiness for what had happened earlier. Either way, can't say I'd really recommend this branch - the workers are just rude & don't prepare the food the way any other branch would have. I'd recommend just driving the extra 5 - 10 minutes to a different one to avoid nasty experiences like this one.

Extremely disappointing. The food was overloaded with sauces. The dish that I received was extremely spicy. Had to discard the food as at wasn't appetizing. Very bad experience

Firstly the order wasn’t taken correctly and then when we went to the store they had only made half the order. After they made and gave the rest we went back. After going back home we saw our boxes were filled with hot sauce and in one box it was just the hot sauce, our food was inedible. Worst service ever.

Yesterday we ordered via UberEats: JR lamb shawarma, mixed half and half and falafel on veggies. I am sure that something was wrong with the food, my partner had all the symptoms of food poisoning for the whole day. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I had the falafel on veggies and it was average.

Ordered pick up and they messed up the order sp bad with large amount of spicy sauce which was just inedible. Very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend at all

Had the chicken shawarma wrap - overall it was delicious and portion size was worth the price point. Loved the hot sauce as well as it had a good kick to it. (I like spicy). Ingredients were fresh and the gentlemen that took my order and prepared my food was very friendly and pleasant.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Osmow's. I ordered a beef kofta platter (on the rox) with fattoush salad. The beef kofta were dry and chewy. The rice was dry and lacked flavour. The salad did not have dressing.

I was told Osmow's was very good, so I was excited to try this location. My experience really didn't meet those expectations, sadly.

I ordered at around 5: 30pm, which is by no means close to closing time. Can't recommend!

Lamb shawarma was great. Watch out for the spicy level. Ordered medium, and it was pretty darn spicy. ️

Asked chicken shawarm wrap with a little spicy sauce. After one small bite my whole mouth and lips were burning (40 minutes passed still burning). I went back to the store and asked explanations. They said this is our spicy level and everyone knows it. But i dont think that this is a little spicy. So i asked them new shawarma (i returned spicy one) and not for free. After 2 min they gave me new one, and didnt ask about the money. Anyway I left there 5$ tip. The most disgusting thing happened later. I ate the shawarma, and realized that they almost didn't put any chicken, olives, pickles inside. There was a lot of lettuce instead. Looks like they were angry, which is not good for the store.

Don’t understand the hype. Shawarma was cold, meat was dry and I asked for no spice and it was still spicy.

Ordered two big shawarmas, one extremely spicy and one mild. They managed to mislabel them and ruined the appetite for my partner after she took one bite. I even asked for clarification on which was which, they wrote HOT on the mild one and nothing on the spicy. Wasted $23

I've been to many Osmows locations, this one is the closest to where I live. Unfortunately the service is the sloppiest here. I routinely receive orders with the wrong toppings, missing toppings, missing items I requested to be put on the side, and seem to go into panic mode the minute I ask for a different sauce in place of the usual ones.

Consistently masking errors on my orders and customer service is non existent. The quality of food hasn't been the same, I miss the good old days when the food was delicious.

Have been visiting this Osmows location over 4 months now and never have I ever had any issues on the food quality, best Osmows location in my opinion. Food is always fresh, delicious and on point. Staff is very polite as well.

Great place and location. Fast and efficient. Food is good and accommodates request such as no utensils (I take my food home to eat) and spice on the side.

I normally love the osmows chains.this however is an exception. Ordered fries and a shwarma. Think I got like 12 fries which were ice cold and soggy. The shwarma was also cold and no meat at all. Would avoid this location

Good food and good price deals. You can make your meal spicy or mild i had medium spice pretty awesome place it's totally recommend.

Ordered the Philly cheesesteak off skip. There was hair in the wrap. This is so disgusting to me. Definitely won’t be going back.
